It's a mess. There is a whole aisle you can't pass through because it's full of return carts. You can't tell what each aisle is supposed to be for because so many other products have been left on the counters and not returned to the proper shelves. Short staffed though not for lack of trying to hire. Every isle has a "now hiring" sign taped up to the end of it. They need help.

Could be cleaner and the employees could be friendlier... I don't like going into businesses that make me feel like I'm an inconvenience and am bothering them by entering... Definitely need a better system at getting the cashiers attention when you're ready to check out and a way to let the public know they decide to close at 5 randomly OR just not even open!! Frustrating!!

I love the store itself but I feel like the store manager needs to step it up a bit. I went in there the other day, there was an elderly man working with a back brace and the manager asked him to take all of the expired milk out of the fridge by himself. I feel like he needs an easier job, I wouldn't recommend asking an elderly man to pick up heavy things especially when you know he has a hard time making his way around. When I went in there there was only two people in the store (One at the register, one stalking shelves) But they both had very kind faces and were very helpful. However, the place is poorly understaffed and you can tell their employees need trained a little longer, They're doing great they just need more experience. They are very friendly and are fast paced, so when you need to go in and out quickly, this is the store to come to.

I love this store! Everyone is super nice! I always get help when I ask for it. The manager always has a smile when he sees a customer. I get a very personal experience. They remember who I am and with all this going, they take the time to ask me how my kids and mom are doing because they know the are usually with me. I never have any problems in this store. Always clean and polite customer service.

Love this store. Very close to home manager is very active in keeping things in-stock. Staff is always friendly. I am grateful they are here.

Your local convenience store for just about everything. Saves so much time not having to drive 20 miles to Walmart. Or being able to go 3 miles versus 8 for milk, bread, eggs. It's no wonder they are popping up in every town. Dollar General saves me so much time and money with their low prices. If you are a smoker, this is a great place to buy cigs for less!!

Lots of variety. Was camping nearby, & discovered I needed a 20 foot tieout, for my dog. They had just what I wanted. Reasonably priced.

They are always great about keeping cases of 50.7 oz bottles of water for me because I drink a lot each day due to a medical condition. They call me "the water Lady."

I love the Dollar General in Port Royal on Tyson Hill!!! they seem to have a lot more of a selection there and the employees are super nice💗💗

A little cluttered. Some of the placement of things don't make sense. Also I noticed a lot of the things there can be found cheaper elsewhere. Overall good though

Prices are very good and reasonable. I just wish that more Dollar Generals or is organized and as clean inside as this one is in Port Royal.

Pleased with selection and service. Suggest they stock shelves during unopen hours to avoid cluttered non passable aisles.

Dollar General is very inexpensive it has lot of Chinese Imports there and people are very much under paid for the amount of work that they do I don't respect the company at all for a billion dollar company they should pay more
