Called 1st, asking if they sold kerosene. A please person answered my call and said yes, they also informed me where the pumps were located. In person visit, the 2 people I saw working were pleasant, professional, courtesy, best sheets I have ever done business with. Store and parking lot were clean and well organized.

You can see why it's become the #1 choice of convenience store/ gas station in Penna. Clean, organized, wide selection of quick need items, staff are helpful, the food to go menu , mostly sandwiches, is pretty big and they're reasonably priced.

I absolutely love going to sheetz i order some food my fries were hot and fresh that's a big Plus in my book I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad meal here or at any other Sheetz so keep up the good work and honestly this is probably the cleanest sheets too that I've ever seen

I'm usually pleased with this place, until tonight. I get the same thing every single time I go there and it's awesome. But tonight I went and the so called supervisor is rude. And the caramel sauce i got tasted like it was mixed with chocolate or peanut butter maybe or maybe it was scorched I'm not sure. You get the same thing and sometimes its 5 to an order and sometimes its 7 to an order. Get your staff on the same page and find a new supervisor . Threw my food in the garbage it was terrible

Went in and payed for 2 things of tots a breakfast sandwhich didn't get the tots got 1 jalapeño bite got Chicken tenders and got jalapeño bites for those instead. Overall the order was just really messed up. And the tenders were going to my kid. Was very disappointed.

I don’t know what’s so difficult about including condiments that I pay extra for in my order yet the employees at this store manage to pull it off every time I order food here. Or should I say ordered. I refuse to go back.

It's a typical sheetz gas station. The rewards program is great. The scan and go feature of the program, once setup, is awesome. The pump first authorization, which allows you to skip prepaying if using cash for gas just by scanning the sheetz card. The card also gets you 3 cents off a gallon.

We stop in twice a week at this particular Sheetz as it is out half way point. Service is hit or miss, and so is food prep.

The cashier was really kind and offered to carry a case of water to my car because she saw I was having a hard time with it, the staff is always really nice and helpful

My fiancee and I sat here for at least 35 min for a large and a small cold sub ridiculous!!! Larry's subs should stay open till 11 the ugh would get alot business that sheetz gets (because they are only place open th in s late )

Your employees are not obviously aware it's against HIPAA to ask customers who are not wearing a mask if they have medical conditions. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Asked for and paid for bacon on a sandwich. No bacon, went inside and they gave me a tiny single piece of bacon for .80 who puts 1 piece of bacon on a sandwich.
