I went on a humid rainy day, I don't know if that impacted anything other than the floor being sticky. I expected it to smell like soap, but I didn't realize how potent the store would be. The work station is not separated from the shopping area by any wall from what I could tell. If you have asthma like I do, be extremely cautious of this store. Even though my asthma is not usually serious at all, I still left the store nauseated and had a bit of trouble breathing. The selection is great, but I could barely smell anything other than what was currently being made. I was really excited to go here, so I was sad to leave before I could settle into browsing.

I started using PSS when I lived in PA and I've now been shipping their products over to Oregon since I moved here 3 years ago. I use their body soap, shampoo bars, salve, lip balm, and deodorant and I don't think I'll ever stop! I try new scents all the time and I've never used one I disliked. I wouldn"t survive without Pompeii Street Soap!

Everything about this business is fantastic! The products are great, you won’t be disappointed (and I’m picky about what goes on my body!) Even better than the product is the fantastic folks running the show. Every shipment I’ve sent myself arrives in a matter of days with a “thank you” on the invoice. I recently sent a package to a friend as a gift and they wrapped ALL OF IT. They even went as far as to add a card saying “from Skyler.” Who does that on their own besides the loveliest of people?! One time USPS sent my package elsewhere and Pompeii immediately emailed me about the delay. I’m not used to such quality customer service! There has never been another business I recommend more than this one. The products and the people are exceptional in quality. Give them all your money.

I love all natural soaps and shampoos so this was the best! It's a small shop but very nice. The products are wonderful! The employees are great and very informative. I will definitely be going back every time I need soaps or essential oils.

I have used the soap and essential oils for years. I started using the clothing detergent and have refilled my jugs several times. I love the lemon scent. Every year, I send a birthday gift to my best friend. We used to go to the store together. She now lives in another state, so being able to send her favorites, including dog soap and spray is easy.Recently, I bought shampoo bars. I love the bar. The bars are more solid than ones I have purchased elsewhere. It works great!I also have the soap dispensers made from canning jars. The soap dishes are great. We carry a rubber one with us when we travel for those slippery hotel soaps at the sink. Thank you for your wonderful products!!

I have very sensitive skin, the only lotion that hydrated my face and does not cause irritation or break outs is their Honey and Milk!!!! Absolutely LOVE this little shop! Highly recommend. We just made Easter baskets for all of our girls who are getting g too old for the Easter bunnies usuals! Wonderful scents and amazing products!

Couldn’t recommend the company more! Their soap is excellent and very fairly priced. They have extremely timely shipping, a hand written note in the box as well as a discount code for your next order. I initially got hooked through their Rusty Rail beer soap when I was at the brewery, and loved it so much that I’ve bought 8 different scents since! I use Dr. Squacth soap a lot, but will be moving fully to Pompeii going forward. They’re that great of a product & company!

I was gifted a set of lemongrass soap, scrub, and lotion and they smell amazing. I was also gifted the Dapper Dog spray for my dogs. I would like to note that many essential oils are dangerous and deadly to dogs ... Peppermint oil included, which is in the spray ... Did not use it on my dogs, and would not.

Amazing products! Wonderful staff! We get bar soap every month & soap flakes to make our own laundry detergent every 3 months... my whole family loves the soap here! Their lavender body butter works wonders on sunburn or as after sun care. LOVE their sugar scrubs & bath bombs too! Love this place and love the fact they do refills of liquid soap and laundry soap. Everything is amazing. I dont get my e.o. any where else. My girls love the chocolate espresso!!! There pup products are amazing too. I have a dog with severe skin allergies and her dapper dog spray is amazing.

Love this little business!!! When you first walk in the shop, it smells SO good. And they not only have soaps, they offer a lot of items for the holistic crowd. I’m a person who doesn’t like added chemicals and ingredients I can’t pronounce in the things I put in and on my body. They offer soaps, lotions, scrubs, essential oils, and other items to make things on your own, if you’re into that. I visit whenever I can.

I ordered some patchouli and lavender and patchouli bar soap, along with a some patchouli and sweet orange and patchouli liquid soap from Pompeii Street Aromatherapy and received it the other day. The scents are incredible and last very long. They are the “real deal”—true essential oils and not synthetic scents that smell fake. The soaps all work incredibly and the scents last on you for a good portion of the day. Pompeii Street Aromatherapy also has wonderful customer service and I received my order fast, was well packaged and shipped, and they even included a sample which was very nice. I highly recommend purchasing from them. You will not be disappointed.

I love this place! So many scents to choose from. The hand/body lotion is amazing. I get very dry hands and since I started using it they aren't dry anymore. This summer I had a case of poison ivy on my arm. They sell a soap that draws the oils out and stops the itching. Within 2 days the poison ivy had dried out and I suffered no itching. Thank you Pompeii Street Aromatherapy!

Amazing little shop. This place would be insanely popular in the big city. I love their orange and clove bar soap. I also liked that I was able to buy a little dropper as well for oils and scents. They have a nice selection if you make your own stuff as well.

Great place to have in a small town like Mifflinburg. I love their lotion, they offer ingredients to make your own soap, chapstick, etc., and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back! I also think the prices (equivalent to bath & body works) are very reasonable for their quality products.

The world has become competition for the little gems like this place, but when the products I go in to purchase are either discontinued in stock, or took a jump up in cost and downsize to quantity, I'll buy elsewhere; I love small and local shops and support them when I can, but when I see the 6oz bottle of product I bought 3 months ago for 20$ is now 4oz for 29$, that's one less reason for me to go in, and at this point I've gone from going in once a month to I've been in 1 time since December; Bc I can get the exact same thing, online, shipped 2 day for cheaper. Even my mother who went in weekly has only been in 2xs since the new year for the same reasons. And there are more and more manufactured products making their way in.
