The workers here are so pleasant and helpful! Everyone I ran into was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no problems returning my water heater that was still under warranty fit a replacement The guys that helped me load and unload ( from the aisle to purchase and loading the car) were so encouraging and kind and the cashier was very sweet. Very good people work

Just made a purchase of several windows, sliding patio doors and such thru the in-store millwork desk and the store associate Shaelin. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in sorting out my order and making a few changes and addtions over several store visits. If you need any help with the purchasing of doors, windows or any millwork desk items, be sure to ask for her.

I was at the west mifflin location looking to purchase a ryobi angle grinder. There were two different items that I was deciding which one to purchase. I approached an employee to ask a couple questions. I said "excuse me sir can you help me?" The older gentleman responded with "oh geez what do you need?" I replied "excuse me what did you just say to me?" He repeated it and said "I'm trying to leave." My response was "just go ahead and leave then I'll get someone else." He replied "there is no one else." I replied "then I'll go buy it elsewhere".... I then walked away, found my wife and asked her to leave her cart of items and lets go. I then proceeded to go to Lowes to make a purchase of a $240 angle grinder. I have never strayed from Ryobi tools until this situation. I doubt I'll return to this location.

I always love theirs and Lowe’s plant selection, but this is the best time of year half off perennial plants and I found a bunch that I like and I was upset that the Christmas stuff is out already though but always a good store. I like Lowe’s too I like both of them

Asked the young man to cut 8 Pvc pipes for me, after he sighed and told me I had to carry all them to the cut station he wasn't helping I walked out, that insulted me that a man on the clock at work didn't feel like doing his job to help me, I will never be back to this location ever or my family.

This home depot is well stocked and pretty well organized. It seems that their lumber is a better quality for the same money than the Other big box home center

First time returning water 5gal didn’t know how or were to go. So i enter store ask first were an she pointed to check outso i went to check out. Met heather an asked how an were she said this way enter badge pressed a couple more an bang put in c card sn was done got copy of recipe pain an asked were to go out threw doors an was there. Boy she sure made it easy an quick. Now i gave an idea how an were. Smart young woman,she made my day. That is why i go to Home Depot’s. They completely mistreated my mom Kathleen N!! She bought a washer and dryer and a small fridge for her basement. They have 100 and one reason why her delivery keeps being pushed back. Their nonsalant attitude and "that's how it is" response. Let us know this will be our last stop here we never were treated like this in AZ! Shame on this store. She spent a decent amount of money and was planning on doing tons of remodeling here. Never again!

So I had my windows installed by home Depot. They sub out the actual install to some company. Short story is that they installed a premium window in the incorrect place. I went up the chain with no avail. They still have not reached out to try and fix the problem. They Mike fetsko told me he would call me and didn't. The attached is my original email discussing the 281 bucks they just took from my account without consent as well. They charged my credit card incorrectly because of there mistake. It was refunded 2+ weeks later.This experience was horrible. I'm giving a two star to just because the store is fine. I would not use their services though.

This review is half for the store itself, store itself i would give it a 3 probably , the 5 star review is for a manager at this location named Kelly, she not only talked us into going with Home Depot instead of a private business for all new counters and cabinets, sink, and faucet for our kitchen but went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. She made sure other customers around us had someone to help them and that people were doing things accordingly. I’m not sure if cooperate for Home Depot ever reads these things but Kelly deserves recognition and a raise. She’s a wonderful asset to whichever company she represents.

Comments on Gardening Section. It's not too early to start planning Spring and Summer gardens. Raise plants indoors and transplant later. This section is also nice to visit if you can't get to Phipps Conservatory. It's a sparrow's best kept secret.A review of Home Depot's public restrooms. One of the cleanest, well-planned, and organized public restrooms I have ever used. The hand dryers are set at different heights and there is a built-in step stool at one sink. I have never seen this in any other public restrooms. Five stars!

This is my go-to Home Depot for all of my hardware and house renovation needs. Nicolette and Talia are awesome if you are looking for anything to do with appliances or kitchen design. Generally most employees are pleasant and more importantly, knowledgeable to eager to help. That is more than I can say for most hardware stores, and why I keep coming back to this store.

I can not express enough how phenomenal Marissa from the garden department is. They absolutely go above and beyond in helping their customers with a smile every time and not a single question about it. You truly have a phenomenal asset to the team and I can not thank them enough for their help!I had to edit this to add, Mary is absolutely amazing too! Thank you for helping me load my soil into my car too! So patient, concerned, and kind.

Very helpful staff member arranged for an item that wasn't available in store to be picked up at another. My issue is with merchandise availability. This isn't the first time that I went to a home depot and the item I was looking for was in very short supply or the (usually) one or two that were available were damaged in some way. The staff and prices are good though, so it's still worth checking out, just be prepared to visually inspect the item you purchase and to maybe have to go to a second store for all you need.

I purchased flooring for the kitchen and the worx. That is an electric blower/ vacuum leaf shredder! It arrived today, way ahead of delivery. The best part is, I got a letter for deferment, 18 months!!!! Flooring and something for the garden!!

Employees are all very friendly, say "hello" as they pass you and very willing to help. The lady who is in charge of the lighting dept. was very patient with us and very helpful. Home Depot has way more stock, and therefore choices, than Lowe's
