I used to Shop here back in the day, when the store first opened. It was a 24-Hr wonderland of a supermarket. Over the years, it has gone way downhill. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a pound of Chipped Chopped Ham that was on special. I got it home, and I took a bite. It tasted OK, but it had a foul odor, like rotten meat. I had to throw it away. I wanted to make a home version of Isaly's Chipped Chopped Ham Sandwiches, instead, I could not pallet the smell of the meat. It must have been stored at the wrong temperature, but was still edible, because it was cured. It is typical of this supermarket. There is an awful smell of rotten food that hits the customer as soon as one walks in the front doors. I can not believe that they are acquiring a license to sell booze, and are going to keep this place open. Management! You need to fix the source of that foul smell, before you go any further. It's the truth. I have no interest other than being a customer...

Eh, I only like shopping here because it is always empty when I come here.. which is pretty nice since I hate people. They don't always have my stuff I need and usually have to go to plan B and buy something else. they are also doing some sort of remodeling

Absolutely the most atrocious customer service ever!! Employees and management are completely unprofessional, unwilling to help and just down right rude! The grocery manager just told me he "didn't care and not going to deal with this" and actually hung up on me! He wouldn't even listen or let me finish talking when I was already making a complaint about another situation! Would give zero stars if possible.

not the place to do all your shopping but if it is absolutely more convenient to stop in here than somewhere else then it is worth it. No sushi and limited hot food.

This is without a doubt one of if not the worst SNS in the area. Rude employees and management. Consistently not having items that are on sale. Plus the store itself badly needs remodeling. The small store in Olympia shopping center in McKeesport even puts this store to shame. Whoever owns this store better start paying attention to it or risk it closing altogether.

My wife, and I have always been shopping there. Everyone is nice, and very professional. The store itself can use a little work, but is definitely worth trying out. Also, our favorite cashier is Josh who is always smiling, and very knowledgeable. The store is lucky to have such a wonderful staff!!

It's a very clean and well organized store. They have several cashier's so checkout is a breeze. Tons of parking. Never an issue. The help is always willing to help you find something. There are other Shop N Save stores around but in my opinion this one in the West Mifflin area is the best one.

It’s a Shop ’N Save. It had a lot of food inside the store. My sister does her shopping here. My husband saw some jalapeño jelly and bought it. The place seemed kind of empty, but the produce looked pretty good. The cooler sections were huge. I noticed the lights in some refrigerators were not working. They had a good selection. I felt like I could find what I wanted, even if I was picky. The store exterior looked beat. It was scary until we got inside. I thought it was a dangerous area because the exterior was unkept. The building looks very aged, and it’s not the graceful kind of quaint historical landmark type of aged, either. I was getting really bad vibes outside the store.

I’ve never experienced such disgusting customer service in my entire life. All the cashiers have a terrible attitude and look high as kite. Getting snickered and laughed at like I’m walking into a high school classroom, just to get groceries. Teach your employees better people skills. I hope they get fired, on the receipt the name was Luke, and then an ugly guy bagger and a snotty looking girl. All the food is stale and the store stinks. I will continue shopping at Giant Eagle.

This is one of the bigger Shop n Save's in the area so they have more items than the others however, the employees here are less than kind. I had one cashier who didn't say anything when I spoke to her, another one reprimanded my husband for trying to move something that was on the belt and about to smash our bag of chips, and another who, when my car wouldn't read, just stood there and didn't offer any suggestions.

When this Shop 'n Save first opened, it was open 24-Hrs, and it was my favorite place to shop for food. It was a big modern supermarket. That was back in the 1980's, and the place hasn't been updated, since. Today, this Shop 'n Save is nothing like it was, years ago. The prices, on most items, are higher than the Giant Eagle, which is also overpriced. Much of the time, there are bad odors in this store. They have a discounted produce table that sells rotted produce that should go into the dumpster. One can come across old, discolored packages of meat, for sale in the coolers. Recently, I stopped into this store during peak hours, and the place was virtually empty. The way that it is being run, and with the lower priced competition that surrounds it, I don't see how this store can remain open much longer.

I've been looking for an oddball shaped aluminum container for a particular project I'm working on and never thought of looking here. I was driving by and figured maybe they might have it. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have every size aluminum pan you could possibly imagine. The staff was friendly and well informed on their inventory. After browsing the store I found things that I was paying three and four bucks for on Amazon for simply one dollar. I'm glad I rediscovered Dollar Tree.

Very bad experience. Store smells like rotten potatoes. I'm handicapped and was using one of their scooter carts when it stopped working in the produce dept. I asked a man working in the produce if they had a different one and if he could help me. He told me they did have more but I would have to walk up front to get one! I said I can't walk, and he shrugged his shoulders and went back to his task. I called my daughter who was shopping at a nearby store to come and get me another cart to get out of there. Was very upset and I will never step foot in there again!!

I must admit I don't shop at Shop and Save very often but today I stopped in to get a few things boy was it bright and clean and smell good in fact there were no odors no offense of odors at all the cashier that I went to he was very friendly very nice young man the manager who I had to stop in the mixed up the store to ask where to find certain items he was more than helpful kind and cheerful so yes I enjoyed my experience at Shop and Save because it was not crowded it it was peaceful so I do recommend Shop and Save and I think I myself will start to visit Shop and Save and Shop there more often thank you

We moved here from the NW and the first store we found was Giant Eagle. We were not impressed and when our neighbor introduced us to Shop 'n'Save we never looked back. The people who work there are wonderful, the store at Century Square is convenient and the prices are great. Your ads are varied and I love the fact that there is a discount for gas.Thank you for being such a great place to shop!

This is a nice, clean grocery store. The employees are very nice and helpful. The shelves are fairly well stocked. Good place to shop, especially on Sunday afternoon.
