Very nice store. Big store. Excellent selection. I had to ask where to find pita bread. A clerk was very helpful. Quality of products is excellent. Plenty to choose from, across price ranges. For as many people that shop there, we didn't have to wait long to get rung up by an actual real-live human cashier.

Were used to the Finleyville location because it’s closest to us and almost no one ever goes there so the lines are short and the parking lot is close to empty. The only thing is, it’s desolate - employees can be very antisocial, rather unfriendly, and sometimes painfully inattentive, but this isn’t a review about them lol.We’ve visited this GE twice and it’s huge and stacked. It’s VERY clean, there’s a self checkout kind of like Walmart’s that is NOT limited to 12 items, and the carts are NEW. They’re very holiday-ready too with how they set up their inventory. It even has a Starbucks I’ll make sure to review as well.

I wish i can give zero stars. I dont appreciate how Lisa (a manager at this store) told my cousin to call back on whether or not MY MOTHER died. Do u not understand how rude that is to me, the daughter of the Deceased? And because of that call, she didnt make it in time to see her before her passing. We never got an apology either.

i (21)went to this giant eagle to buy wine for my baby shower we’re making a wine basket… bonnie at the check out looked at my ID (i was 20 in pre pregnancy i looked nice for my picture) and said “is this even you” with an attitude... i gained weight since i’m 7 months pregnant my face is a little fuller and i may not look my best since i have problem due to my pregnancy… she continued to stare and roll her eyes at my ID… i then said “i’m sorry i wasn’t 7 months pregnant in that” and again rolled her eyes and did a little laugh… i started crying as soon as i walked away… before i could make it out the door i was bawling my eyes out… if airport security doesn’t question if my ID is me i don’t think she needed too…

I love this grocery store! The workers here are so incredibly friendly. It is clean; with new renovations finally complete! The new self checkout area is awesome. They added a Starbucks, and often have local shops selling their items upfront. This is my favorite go to Giant Eagle in the area.

I feel almost as if my bank account has been assaulted after I leave here. I just wanted to go home and take a long hot shower so no one can see im crying but they don't make water hot enough

Wow, missed out on shitake mushroom twice and knew it was just the my luck. Matt, helped me out by telling me to come back early the next day. He had some for me and handed me coupon for my coming back. This is an awesome store. Plus, awesome sales. Beef Fillet for 9.99 lb and snowcrab 6.99. Yeah great experience. 👍

The pharmacy is so slow. An order for a med was placed the evening before I went to pick up a single amoxicillin the next morning, an hour after they open. I got there and they were just starting to fill it. 1 person was preceding me. The time to wait is pretty absurd. Inefficient service. I’ll be changing pharmacy locations

Deli is the worst ever. Smart mouth inconsiderate BOY. I know help is hard to find however not getting what ordered and being spoken too like it is a hard job to cut cheese on a automatic cutter is the worst. Spent $25.00 for wrong product and a attitude

Produce section here is top notch, the issue is the butcher side, everything is dried out and poorly presented and i would never get anything out of the case again.

10/19/23: This morning, most of the cashiers act like zombies, not all. They don't smile or speak (up) to hear them. Would be nice if they were pleasant. Sorry customers are taking you from your mobile devices for texting and gaming. I know you don't make a lot of money, but if you can't be pleasant, seek employment elsewhere like a warehouse where you don't interact with the public. I don't expect my butt to be kissed, but smile and be pleasant for 8 hrs or get a different job. Jeesh! Mgmt really needs to get the entire GE operation in order. Wish Kroger was here!10/12/23: This is about GE in general. Their sales and IT depts are idiots. I bought the prepared foods meal deal today which is 1.5 lbs turkey, 1.5 lbs mashed potatoes and gravy, 1.25 lbs stuffing, and 64 oz iced tea. Supposed to be $19.99. After scanning my card, those items, and a few other items, she said $47. I said that's not right, none of the meal deal items were discounted. So she had to get a mgr, who had to look up the sale in the ad, manually add up 4 items, subtract 19.99, then credit me the difference of $14.48. GE makes so many mistakes with their sale items. Why is the discount not automatic? You have to watch every item they scan. I'm the one holding up the line because of ge's constant pricing errors due to incompetent business and IT people!

This is the only Giant Eagle I've been to with the newer style carts which are almost a hardened plastic. They make zero noise, and even have a small tray for your phone which makes shopping with a list easy and efficient. They also have a distillery and tasting room on site. Wonderful grocery shopping experience!

Ordered a $40 dollar fruit tray for my kids party among other things. . Fruit tray came with moldy raspberries and strawberries. . Didn't notice til I got home as the case had condensation on it and really couldn't see in. . Unfortunately no one at the party needed any sort of penicillin. . Must have used the oldest fruit they had.

I do most of my shopping here. The selection is always good and the store is clean. The carts are also amazing!The remodel is a little annoying. I like the split aisles vs the long aisles that get backed up.

If you're from the west coast, the store is a huge, populated with all sorts of goodies, and good prices. Prices. Even better if you're looking around, and got your coupons in hand. The Starbucks could be lots better. Did you serve a fine drink, but The employee seemed far away and detached from their work.

Giant Eagle gets less and less customer friendly on a daily basis. Now even when you go to a cashier to check out you must stuff your money in a slot one bill at a time with cashier stepping many feet away. Soon there will be no human workers there.

This pharmacy is consistently out of my prescription, and now management decided these types can’t be transferred. The giant eagle in west mifflin has it available, now I have to wait until I can get a hold of my doctor to have them then send a new script. This is absolutely insane!! I will be looking into transferring all of my prescriptions to a complete different pharmacy. The prescription was also supposed to have been filled days ago, and no one contacts you to let you know that it is out of stock! Shocker! Absolutely avoid this pharmacy if you can! I would like to add today the pharmacist heard my comment and threw the one prescription they could fill with attitude. Absolutely disgusting customer service shame on you.

Loved itI arrived too early for the deli to open but the store was awesome. Best time to be there is 9 amI am disabled and find a riding cart available. This is such a problem with all the other stores. I was able to get all my groceries for 80 dollars. With coupons and savings it was great. The check out people are very nice.

The staff here is wonderful. Something happened and my transaction froze. The system still took my money. The general manager Chuck made sure to handle my situation appropriately. It took all day for them to fix it but i was totally satisfied. He even gave me a gift card. Thank you Giant eagle.

I love this Giant Eagle! Is always so clean and friendly workers! There is never a long wait in line here management is amazing and on top of every little issue! Deli and hot foods are so much better than the other ones I have visited! They make sushi rolls right in front of you so good! Want a good shopping experience or great food this Giant Eagle is for you!
