Bought water today 3 for$10 most experiences I have had if I only bought one I would have paid $3.50 but to receive the discount I would have had to have bought 72 bottles. 70yrs old and have been a customer for years times are hard. Thanks for nothing Giant Eagle. Your prices are high enough the way it is...you are fortunate to be the only store in the area... so stick it to us!

Called to see if I could get a chicken tray made for a loved ones funeral and they told me no because it wasn’t 48 hours in advance. Well I’m sorry that I didn’t get a notice my loved one was gonna pass away. How rude. The guy could care less. Some people could have some more sympathy and respect.

I give the selection great and pretty good for store of it's size. I will say freeing not seeing a seafood or bakery. Registers only problem you sometimes get 1 or 2 registers open and two self serve or self serve closed n only three registers open one being an express lane

Compared to other Giant Eagle supermarkets, it is so-so, though you'd do better at Shop n Save or Kuhn's. Pretty easy parking. Deli items are now limited. Seafood counter gone. The only thing you have to watch for at this location is that the produce sometimes has these black little gnats flying around. It is really gross. I don't shop here anymore, but stopped in recently as I was passing buy to pick up a couple staples. Update: Stopped in today just to get a few canned items. Black gnats are still buzzing around the onions and landing on them. And, they've got more and more expired food. It's May, 2020 and they're still selling expired food. Row after row. Gross! CHECK YOUR DATES!

I have been here many times and the experience is always good. General stock counts are good and the staff is amazing. Whoever is running the place is doing a great job. The Cafe staff in particular deserve a shout out, they're the best!

The Giant Eagle Supermarket has always been a nice place to shop. They have many items to choose from. Hot meals a deli, bakery and much more. Friendly staff lots of parking as well as a citizens bank. Not far from Kennywood park. I always enjoyed shopping there.

I ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday online, received the confirmation, and then lo-and-behold was told the day of pickup that the cake didn’t exist and was never received and nothing could be done. I do not blame the staff, but if you’re going to develop a system, it’s generally best to make sure it’s actually functioning and not just TELLING the consumer that it’s functioning. Thanks Giant Eagle.

Horrible. The staff is nice. They look over work No surplus of items of anywhere. This is supposed to be a big Grand store. Also, they will not open up the pharmacy door. There is only one way to get out of that store. The manager is not a nice person. Not helpful at all. He's stares at people.

Decent grocery store with a well stocked produce section. Great for stocking up on snacks for before or after Kennywood. They also had hot food like chicken tenders etc. Cashiers were very helpful and nice.

This is a good Giant Eagle. Plenty of parking, plenty of clean carts. The employees were friendly & the store was well stocked. Displays were appealing & there were many customers. Today was Pennsylvania's first day in the green color & everyone wanted to go out . The store was clean. There were lines but the self-service was without any wait time.

I was accidently charged twice for a $30 item, and have been told twice that I needed to come back again for a refund and manager said there was nothing they could do, which I find hard to believe. If it was only $1 or $2 I wouldn't really be that concerned, but $30 is a big mistake that needs to be fixed. Lack of customer service!*Update*After making a 3rd to the store, and having to leave work early (to make it by the 6PM customer service counter close time), I was able to get a refund. This is ridiculous to make it this difficult to correct a problem that wasn't my fault. I've never had this issue at any other store. I will NOT be shopping here again!!

I like the store and employees, very friendly. Sometime advertised products not stocked when doing early shopping, but if you can locate a worker they always go out of their way to help. Young man who wears the holiday hats the best and always helpful outside of his department as well

They were out of the angel hair cabbage I needed to make Coleslaw , no distilled water and other shelves were empty and they are short on help there were signs at all departments that they are closing today at 2 or 3. I went through self checkout because the lines were too long

It has been yrs since I came to this location. I recently moved back to the area. It was always a pleasure to shop here back in late 90's early 2000's even when they were originally at the dollar tree location.... It still holds true for today. Thank you cashier Debra F. You are appreciated

Seen better. Carts were not sanitized. I canadgable say in their defense that they left the sprays out and had sanitizing wipes but no hand sanitizer.As a person whose doctor says that my masks give me asthma attacks I still have to wear one

It's a smaller giant eagle, sometimes you get lucky and your stuff is in stock, sometimes you get lucky and you can find a friendly worker. Been approached numerous times by people trying to bum money. Deli is nice. Overall it's so so but I'll only stop @ this specific location IF my shopping trip takes me over this way. Preference is the one by Route 51

Not happy with the fact I was calling in to order a birthday cake for a 6yr and the woman in the bakery wasn't very polite over the phone and then all I asked was do you have any superhero kits and from there I would have told her to please add a Batman, however she didn't want to tell me what they had and told me id have to come in person to order, however every year I order via phone, but I guess this year I will go somewhere else. Customer Service was not on her mind today.
