Location is always a mess with product all over the place waiting to be shelved. Made a purchase today, one of the items was not placed in my bags. When I returned to the store to retrieve the item I was called a liar and told the product had to be in my bags because it wasn't behind the counter any longer.

06/21/23 Store Closed at 9:30 instead of the posted time 10pm...How is this acceptable with a company that is supposed to have standards?

Store is messy, most timed stock in aisle making unsafe to move around. Register lines are bad..no clear direction of whose next in line. High employee turnover...only store in town should be better managed. Merchandise is decent, pricing slightly high for dollar store. Until something else comes to down this is it.

It's very jam packed with stuff on lil displays and stands and stuff. But there's several locations on the shellves that are empty or almost empty. There were 4-5 carts sitting around different areas of the store that were full of stock, that made shopping and getting a shopping cart by very difficult. I understand that stock has to be put out but it is a real deterant from buying things if you have to try an move this heavy cart in order to get what you want.As for a positive, sort of. Most of the cashiers are not very pleasant. However during late afternoon early evening, there is a young lady and a young guy, that usually one or both of them are there and they both are nice, friendly, courteous, patient and helpful. They are a true asset to the store.

Limited selection of groceries but better than most stores in the boroughs... If you want good selection you have to find a Walmart, unfortunately... But they have milk eggs meat cheese OJ chips and juice.

The store is not disabled freindly at all. Boxes and handtrucks are always in several isles. Doors are difficult to open when confined to a wheelchair or even a walker. Employees are freindly and helpful. Midland is an ageing community. It would be nice to see The Family Dollar Store focus more on the elderly and disabled community members needs. An automatic​door and less clutter in the already narrow isles would be a great start.

Nice staff, though they seem to be stuck with just one person manning the registers a lot and there appears to be a pretty high turnover of staff. It's too bad because all the cashiers I've met have been wonderful.

I stopped for a few things at the Family Dollar Store in Midland, and I was pleasantly surprised how neat and clean it was!The cashier also helped me locate a product, and carried my purchases up to the counter!

Employees do not wear masks. They said corporate told them that they are not required. They are not allowed to refuse service. They seemed to have an attitude that, it is no big deal. I will not return there.

It's pretty crowded in the store at all times. There is usually always an aisle or 2 not accessible due to merchandise. The staff is pretty friendly though.
