Brett, our invisible fence tech, came out to work with our 10 month old border collie, Jack. He was awesome. He got to know Jack with praise and small treats. Then worked with him on the collar. Jack was having a time with cars when they drove by. Brett did very well with Jack. Highly recommended with his communication with me and Jack!

Cricket aka Brett came out to upgrade our system.He first spent time with our dog Willow, he was patient and kind with her, she definitely has a few issues because of being a rescue. He was very good with her through out his visit. He fixed our line break, upgraded our system, and then he explained the inside training which we did with Willow. Brett is returning for her next two training sessions too. I highly recommend Invisible Fence and make sure you ask for Brett!

Brett also called cricket, was informative, friendly and showed compassion toward our dogs. Taught us about our indoor disc improper use because we had no clue how to use It to make dinner time more pleasant with puppies He was very helpful and teaching the corrections. Highly recommend. And even though they are puppies, he was able to get them to do what was necessary.

Brett aka cricket came to do boundary training with our newest pup. But he went above and beyond. He discovered our lines got crossed somehow and the dogs were getting shocked in their own yard. So he took it upon himself to correct the problem. Saving us time and saving the dogs from confusion. Highly recommend invisible fence and Brett!

Brett was great with our puppy today! We also are changing the layout of our fence in the yard and he did a great job gathering the requirements we wanted to change the fence in the yard. The service was great. He called prior to arrival, he explained everything in his breakdown on costs and charges. I couldn't ask for better service.

We are more than displeased with Invisible Fence Brand, and if I could give zero stars I would. We currently have a boundary plus system, and have had more issues with it than not, and we haven’t even had it for a whole year yet.Upon being installed, there have been 2 wire breaks- leaving us with the fence unusable for weeks at a time- both times.I’m no longer receiving notifications that the batteries are low on the collars. On multiple occasions we have noticed the dogs sniffing outside their boundary, and no alarm is going off- I check the app and it says the collar batteries are fully charged, yet when I take them out to check the charge them they are completely dead. I have since noticed that we have 2 batteries that will not hold a charge at all, and again, we haven’t even had the system for a year.Today after replacing their collar batteries with charged ones, I let my dogs out (supervised), and the alarm starts going off when my dogs are no where near the boundary. I check my email and got a notification saying “Madison was detected outside her boundary”- which is my name, not either of my dogs.Another incident today: my dogs were in the garage with us; which is attached to our house and no where near a boundary; and one of the collars starts beeping and my dog completely froze in his tracks, so I know he was getting shocked as well, which is beyond infuriating.We are incredibly irritated with the entire system, we find the system to be unreliable, we don’t NOT feel our dogs are safe, and would not recommend Invisible Fence Brand to anyone.We are so fed up with them system, to the point where we do not trust it and do not want it. Yet, we need some sort of solution to this problem as we have invested time and money into this.I spoke with customer service last Thursday (3/14/24) and she ensured me that the general manager of the Harrisburg location would contact me within 24 hours, yet it’s been 3 business days and I’ve yet to hear anything. I need someone to reach out to us so that this can be further discussed.

Brett was awesome with my two pups. I originally installed my system 5 years ago and just needed a collar reprogrammed and basic training for my new dog. The original collar was for another dog that passed away. Max took well to the training. Of course after his morning cup of coffee.

When we had a question about keeping our pup out of our flower bed, he had an excellent solution to offer. Today I had invisible fence install my new unit. Brett my tech came on time with an amazing attitude. He interacted with not only my dogs but my family of five with a smile on his face. Brett or “cricket” came out to fix our fence today. Our property is definitely not cookie cutter, as it surrounds 11 acres and crosses the stream in 2 places. Fixing it proved to be quite a challenge, it had multiple breaks, but Brett kept at it until the system was up and working. He went above and beyond to try and prevent future breaks. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. I am very pleased and my beloved dogs are once again safe. I would highly recommend invisible fence and especially Brett!!
