They aren't selling the instant potatoes or decaf tea bags we like. They used to but a couple of years ago, they stopped. Usually they don't have enough product to sell the whole week.On a good note, most of their deli meats and cheeses are available and tasty.

We have consistently good experience with Giant, strangely the stores in VA are not related to the ones in PA. However they have been great in both places. Produce is fresh and the place is clean. Not the cheapest or the most expensive but overall solid!

Easily the most expensive grocery outlet in the area. $7 for a bag of Doritos here for example. This place adds their own inflation tax to the already inflated prices. Been shopping here for 4 years but I’ll be going to Sam’s Club and Aldi from now on, the gas points aren’t worth spending over half my paycheck here anymore.

This is one of the worst run grocery stores I have ever been to. It has horrible staffing and you should expect to wait in a line of 5 or more people regardless of self checkout or using one of their cashiers.

Love the store. Hate the self check out. Their self check out is the most scrupulous of all the local grocery chains. The lines with the real cashiers are too long, and the self-checkouts are extremely frustrating. If you scan something and the screen isn't green, it tells you to scan the item or to place the item back in the bag. Then you have to wait for an employee to come over and reset the system to keep you scanning.This is time consuming and annoying.Walmart isn't like this, nor Weis.

Let's face it prices are up everywhere, but Giant does a good job offering sales. Although I always check my receipt as I find errors at least once a month, see the pictures. I was there early and nobody was at the service desk, so I will go back and get my refund on a future visit. They are always happy to help and I have always received my refund. Not alot, but with today's economy it adds up.

This was the worst experience I had with curbside pickup up and the manager at the Middletown store attitude stank . Not sure about the curbside there anymore I've been doing it since covid but im beginning to change my mind

Called and asked to turn off refrigerator trailer that has been running nonstop all night. The manger flat out said no and it will continue for the next few weeks. Not days, but WEEKS of letting a diesel engine run all night in the middle of residential neighborhood. The airport has to stop flights at 10-11pm but giant can run engines all night long. Called police and notified code enforcement.

Getting up in age is inevitable but, this location of Giant at 277 Hershey road keeps there fleet of Electric carts charged all the time. I say Thank You because of a physical disability I am limited to how long I can stand.Thank You GIANT

My family loves the chocolate chip cookies from the bakery. Always check the date making sure they are fresh but unfortunately lately they are hard. Not sure was going on but please it need to be like it’s used to, soft, fresh and delicious!

Always good deals especially when you have a members card you can save a lot of money and also simultaneously earn gas points that you can use at the Giant Food Store gas station. And when you earn enough points the price of the Giant Foods Store gas can be pretty cheap.

Customer service has improved a bit, but still my 2nd favorite Giant in Dauphin/Harrisburg. It's a little limited due to it's smaller size, but generally has my basics covered, and they are always improving upon their varieties in each sectioned aisle, and also with alcoholic beverages.

Standard grocery store with large selection and good prices. They have great produce, bakery items, and meat! We love their sales and their weekly meal deal where you buy one item and get a bunch of stuff free with it to make dinner. We have mostly been coming here for gas points, which add up very quickly.Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful!
