Place is filthy. Needs cleaned. Hope they can find a broom and vacuum cleaner. Pandemic is over. Time to hire proper management. Front door needs oiled. Sounds like you're entering a haunted house.

The customer service at the Dollar Tree in Middletown PA is awful. I waited in line for more thank five minutes. They had only one register open with a line of four people and the first person in line that was being waited on was getting a bunch of balloons filled up. There were other workers in the store and yet no one else got on a register to help get the customers out.

I've been in the store many many times, but I've never ever ever seen it as bad as what it is today. The shelves are 50 60 maybe 70% empty the selection that is there is very poor and floor in the place was just filthy! The cashier was still friendly!

I always find decent items in this store. I'm usually looking to buy seasonal things for the kids like crafts, games, candy, etc...I most recently bought 12 artificial flower stems to make cemetery arrangements. They look really pretty and are an inexpensive tribute. The staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable if you can't find something.

My only problem is dollar tree is no longer everything in the store being $1 it is now $1.25 per item. However the cashier's were very nice and helpful. Not as big of a dollar tree as I've seen but still has a pretty good selection of items.

They don't have hardly anything on the shelves they are wasting money for not having items on the shelves. They don't have enough help and it's so hot in there they had to put a fan on I have no idea what happened to the air conditioner. There was almost a fight in the Dollar Tree because people were standing in line for so long everyone had an opinion and they fight almost broke out. Terrible experience at the Dollar Tree in middletown, Pennsylvania

I enjoy this Dollar Tree. It is smaller compared to some others that have frozen food (this one does not), but it's well stocked and overall tidy! A lot of the items are good quality compared to other places and their prices. Great place to get snacks, gift wrap, cards, craft and office supplies, party supplies, and puzzles/toys.

We came to the store today 5 minutes after opening. A few employees standing outside that maybe could have been vacuuming. Floors looked awful. Closing shift or opening shift somebody run the vacuum!

I cannot say how much I love Dollar Tree! Over the last year or so they have seriously increased the quality of the stuff they sell. They're arts and craft section impresses me so much! So many things that I cannot believe only costs a dollar!

I 💘 love the $$$ Tree. I love to go there and pick up things, every month or so. You get what you pay for, but when I am buying plastic flowers 💐, I'd prefer spending $1, not $6.99. So is true about a lot of things in the Dollar Tree, but love shopping there.

Staff needs to keep their very unprofessional comments to themselves. If they are unable to contain themselves and absolutely must make a comment don't do it in front of the customer and don't say it loud enough that you know full well they heard you.It would be bad enough coming from front of store employees, but a manager doing so? Unbelievable unprofessional.It's sad. I have always had good experiences here prior to tonight.

My kids like it for cheap toys, can find most things then count what you owe. So bring as much as you want to spend. I have no problem spending what I bring. As well as coming with a few dollars and still leaving happy. Something that's hard to do else where. The lines to pay suck the cashiers are mostly ok in the friendly department. I had my first job there when I was 18. They sell different balloons. $1 its good for that price.

U can get some GREAT buys a Dollar Tree! Children's coloring books PLUS K-1 learning books, simple reading books, children's party favors, paper plates and table cloths.Assorted roll wrapping paper for $1? YUP!PLUS a lot of other GREAT deals!

Unfortunately, Dollar Tree was not a good experience this afternoon. I found the trash bags I was looking for but the check out line was ridiculous. Two registers were initially open but for some reason they decided to close one. DOLLAR TREE needs to do better with having staff available especially with the holidays coming up

Everything is $1 and there is a good amount of stuff there that is worth well over $1 at other stores. We bought some glass cups and the cashier got a box to put them in for us, which was very kind of her.

It's in no way the best dollar tree! I've been to some that are super nice inside. And have a lot things your looking for. But when your in a pinch they are close and have what you need!!

I was thrown out of this Dollar Tree by a women named Bonnie if memory serves correct, I was apparently "behind the counter" when just looking at some items near the registers. I also moved some boxes on there U-Boats or inventory to be stocked which was also told to not go through their boxes. Awful service. Mike the central PA DM should be informed.

Helpful staff, cute random products. Discovered that I should be buying hygiene products here -- they carry name brands on stuff like toothpaste for cheaper than you will pay at the grocery store or whatever.
