This includes but is not limited to phone calls, emails, letters, or any other form of communication. They did such a great job with my cat. We were worried she wouldn’t let anyone groom or cut her nails since she doesn’t like being with strangers and might have to get sedated but they did a wonderful job and my cat loved them! They were able to cut her nails and give her a bath and I’m so happy she was calm and sweet with the staff. I definitely recommend them for any grooming services you may :)

Maverick, our German Shepherd loves going there. We tried the big chain pet store once just to trim her nails but they wanted to muzzle her and it really freaked her out. Never again!Jeanette and her staff are fantastic with her and they also do pet portraits. When Maverick comes home she looks and smells great! Highly recommend them!

The best animal care and groomer around! My puppies love going to visit the ladies at animal instincts. They get lots of attention and love and I know they’re safe and cared for. They’re certified in everything and can do pretty much anything you need, including a full photo shoot!

Great lady, and the takes so much care of my dog when I took him there, I been going there for a couple years now. I don't give 5 because I feel like the price keeps changing, and I wish they keep doing the vaccine witch they don't do now.Update: is true it only change once, is alwaysthe same price. I love that she knows lucky and he enjoy going there for grooming. And yes I hope she finds a good vet that can give vaccines that will be a plus. But I gotta say is a really friendly place to take your dog for a great pet salon day.

They made a scheduling error then called me yelling at me for their error and black listed me from bringing my dog in. She was very unprofessional especially being that my dog was there every 3 weeks

I had to switch from the same groomer my dog has had since she was a puppy, due to location and other issues. While we loved our original groomer, it was necessary. I was so skeptical about switching, but Animal Instincts did a great job, and listened to all my concerns. Very reasonable and they were so nice helping me and Maggie make the transition. I highly recommend them!

My yellow labs nails are very long and she did a great job with them! It can be difficult to get him there when working full time because of their hours which is my only gripe. She was friendly and very caring towards my big baby! Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff that cares about your pet. They even called me to check on my dog when they knew he had been ill. Trimming his nails has been compared to alligator wrestling with one arm tied behind your back, but they get it done without causing him too much stress. During a recent checkup my vet commented that whoever is maintaining his nails is doing a great job. Buster says "Thanks and see you soon"

Vet recommended I sedate my dog to get his nails cut. Animal instincts was extremely professional and were able to work with my dog and got his nails cut without being sedated. I look forward to going again.

My senior miniature dog was handled with such care. He was allowed to play while waiting for us to pick him upHe usually is traumatized by grooming bit not here! The place is rather unassuming but the groomers love what they do. Thank you.
