I live close by and it’s the only station here. The customer service is awful. The girls have apparently never been trained to smile and think about the customers. The managers are lazy and need to improve the way they treat the place. The gas pumps are always out of paper so you have to go in to get it. Businesses need the receipt. The food takes a very long time to make. There will be 3 people in there “working”. One making food, one at the register, and one sitting doing nothing but talking to other two. This place needs better management.

Super unsanitary. I just watched the morning manager fix food and make money transactions with food gloves on and go back to fixing food. There was another young lady that fixed my food I saw her take her gloves off to take a phone call and then she put a fresh pair on. That’s how it should be done. The manager also had a clear look of disgust because she had to deal with customers. Clearly if they didn’t look like her she wanted nothing to do with them. It’s sad when this is the only place to eat and have to deal with people like her making food. Health inspector should pay this place a visit.

I was just passing through. I should have kept going but I stopped. Definitely the worst fuel service station experience I have had in a long time. But what can I expect. I have a nice sheetz close to my house.

It can be real Jekyll &Hyde here. Morning crew is usually friendly and on the ball and they try to get you in and out. Foods ok. Afternoon and evening crew can be either OK or just plain hostile. Bathrooms usually clean. Pumps are often filthy. This summer they had so many spiders and webs on the pumps I quit buying gas. So I go in the morning mostly just for munchies on the way to work. There are times when you wish both cash registers were open when they get a line backed up. It’s a shame really because if they just put a little more effort into this place it could be so much better. That’s not the girls fault that’s management.

Clean, new and huge entrance and exit. Perfect for large motorhomes that are towing. Pumps facing the right way for us to be able to enter and exit with easy.Those who are not happy and live in the area should count their blessings for such a nice clean gas station that attracts customers and thus creates jobs because ya know there is nothing up here for economic development aka work aka money. I am grateful and I do not live here.

Stop this morning to get food. Nothing in the pre-made. No pizza made. And asked if anyone here to make food and then girl that checked me out stated they on break. Get to me in 15 to 20 mins. Whatever.

Used to be a great place before they hired a bunch more folks. The drink machines are constantly broken, the gas pumps are constantly broken, the credit card machines are constantly broken.The afternoon and evening shift employees are miserable and grumpy. They speak rude to customers and act as though it's inconvenient to do their jobs.Like I said though, it used to be a good store.

I grew up down the road I watched them build this here after growing up in the area. Cornell‘s to agway to dandy. The laundry place, to the old barbershop. I seen this building go down since the start of dandy. I ordered food like I do al the time and the lady said I should call in orders that big. They have the staff they are just lazy. We move out of my childhood house Monday this is the last time I’ll ever come to a dandy.

With a family memeber who has an allergy to dairy products, I ordered the veggie delight pizza that to have 2 sclices of the pizza with NO cheese. The pizza was made perfectly and cut so there was 2 full pieces for my daughter. I will be ordering our pizzas here from now on.

I was pleased there was a bathroom, But not so much with the shape it was in because it needed cleaned and the whole place could use Remodeled ! Yes there was gas & pit stop much appreciated , But this is the First nasty Dandy I have ever been in .

Sadly this place has slid downhill at a high rate of speed. Horrible customer service afternoon and evenings! The girls hardly have the energy to move and act like it’s a chore to wait on the customers! Not a very friendly atmosphere! The managers need to whip these girls into shape!! BRING BACK CORNELL’S!!!!!!
