Was recommended to this place and was very disappointed. Ordered right away but The wait was quite long and the burger was a frozen patty. In a town of many farms, you'd think you would have fresh burgers. I ordered a quarter pound burger and they charged me for one of their signature burgers. Had to go elsewhere to fill up.Parking: Great parking

Not open during normal business hours and the staff laughs at you when you try the door even though there was nothing indicating they were not open. At 7:30pm on a Monday when they're "open" til 9, there needs to be a sign posting if they are closed. I had 3 very disappointed kids who wanted ice cream after a soccer game at the complex on White Top who were even more upset when they saw the 2 girls at the counter laughing at me for trying the door. My kids were still in the car, so the girls were not hiding it.Both food and service has gone downhill since the new ownership took over. Used to be one of our favorite places to go in the summer. Now I think we'll skip it and just wait for Howells in Mount Pleasant Mills to open for the summer.

Ordered a 1/4 pound burger that's basically a generic big Mac, 2 baked potatoes with cheese and bacon and two coffee malts...Came out to $27.50..Burger is $9.35 for3 piece bun with two premade patties and thousand Island dressing..2 baked but under cooked potatoes that they offered to microwave to finish and two malts that barely taste like coffee...The only positive thing was they were easy and ready to issue a refund for the food.Apparently after new ownership came, the quality took a massive dump.Overpriced food that went straight in the trash after they refunded our money.

I am unable to complain about the service, as it was non existent. Never have I been to an eatery or business with such poor service.We waited to order for over twenty minutes, at least five customers who came after us were waited on before us at the window. We intended ordering ice cream cones, not a four-course meal. They NEVER acknowledged our presence or even made eye contact. They could not have cared less about the very long line inside. We will not be giving a second chance. On the bright side: The mascot was very cute, we left with no money out of pocket, and no calories on the hips!

Now I tried a variety of food from this place. There ice cream is the best around. Everything on the menu is very good except the hamburger was off point. They have a outside place to eat so on a nice day it is fun to eat out there. The outside seating has a roof over it so you do not have sun blasting into your eyes. Over all nice place to eat 9/10!

It was absolutely disappointing for the money I spent,. Burgers were hockey pucks (less than) everything was skimpy on, the bun was bigger than the burger, soooooodissasisfied, I feel like they owe me money for eating there... never going back. I ordered 5 burgers, they were all dried up and smaller than the bun... never will go back.not the same Kreamer Freeze 🤬😡😝

Lousy service food was the worst I have had in a long time the so call double cheese burger was so small not worth $1.00 let alone $3.60. fry's we're cold and our guarter pounder was not made right ask for no cheese it came out with cheese took it back and came back cold.The person behind the counter was an air head didn't know what she was doing. Spent $15.00 .what a joke.will never go back there again.The new owners should be there instead of a couple of kids running the place. Used to go there all the time in the past. Won't waste our time again.DISCUSTING.

Great place for a little icecream stop! Kids loved it! Honestly I have never stopped for the food only for dessert, buy they do offer a large range of choices for both seafood, dinner and dessert. It was sort of crowded while we were there but service was fairly quick and everyone was wearing a face mask!

Great place to eat. Prices are not bad and you can call your orders in to reduce the wait. The k burger is my favorite. The milk shakes are delicious and the French fries are the best. I call them accordian fries since they're shaped that way.

My family was just there. It was the dirtiest place I've ever been in. The floor was filthy and greasy. Crumbs and paper laying everywhere. And all the employees were sitting in the dining area doing nothing. Doubt we'll be going back.It used to be a nice little place, but obviously has gone way downhill.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! Always rude when my family goes in. Workers gave not only swore at my family but has completely ignored my family. I have waited over 20 minutes just to get my order taken. Now they don't even wear masks!! I am NEVER going there again!!! I NEVER recommend this place!! HORRIBLE!!

I had BBQ bacon burger with cheese. Made from frozen patty, store bought BBQ sauce, and nacho style cheese. 3.99, without fries. Asked to try a piece of fish as well. The cashier thought I was asking for a free piece of fish. Really. I don't see color, but this is the most awkward I have ever felt.
