Mask required. Normally when you walk in there, within 30 sec, 4 people ask if you need help. Today no one. And there were only about 7 customers in the store. Waited quite awhile for someone to free themselves up to get a key made. On the plus side, their inventory seems very robust, no low quantities and prices are reasonable.

Product rang up different from shelf lable. They had someone go back to verify and he showed me where on the shelf it belonged, but a different item was stocked in that space and he told me those items are also stocked incorrectly as well.What a lie you tell your unsuspecting customers who don't pay attention at checkout when you charge them more than what they saw on the shelf. Lable your products correctly and put them in the right places.I've gone back in since and have had the same experience where shelf labels do not match the price at the register. When I inform an employee which product rang up wrong nothing is done. I know this because I have gone back in for other things and the shelf labels are never changed.

Best Coles I've been to in the area. Store is always organized and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Don't always have what I'm looking for but the experience and attitude of the staff make up for it.

I love Cole's. The're friendly, helpful and they know what they are talking about. Prices are in line with other places. A good place to shop for hardware, kitchen goods, pets goods and other handy things. I shop Cole's allot.

I was very disappointed that 7 of the bags of wood pellets on our pallet was busted open and was all over the place. I went on their website to try to contact them and there is no email address or phone number for corporate complaints.
