We spent at least 20 minutes waiting.....nobody knew what they were doing, we saw about 7 or 8 staff (not understaffed by any stretch), all either standing around or all over each other. The manager was just as clueless as everyone else. I would also like to note, it was not busy (maybe 1 or 2 who already ordered when we walked in). Second burger king we've stopped at and had a bad experience.

Nicest Burger King experience so far. The lady with the nose ring was so nice. She made sure we had everything we needed. Customer service here rivals that of chick fla.Food was like something out of a commercial.

During my last visit a small fry was forgotten. It was my Two toddlers. Luckily I noticed it as we were pulling out. The ladies gave me a 10 dollar credit, two crowns, two toys, and not only a larger fry but one for each child. Ny girls swore off "Donald's" that very moment and seem offended now just seeing those darn yellow "M's" anywhere now... 🤣😂Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals that come with a toy for either small kids or older kids. They also come with the infamous crowns. They have slushies which my children love and mozzarella sticks

As someone who used to work in food service, I have a hard time leaving bad reviews as I know how rough that industry it can be at times. So I'm not one to nitpick, but I would like to share so hopefully they can improve.The food is almost ALWAYS hot when you receive it and of the quality you would expect. If not better. But you also, almost always, have to remind them of side items (that are on the ticket) and/or of sauces you have ordered. Not once or twice, but every visit. And it does get a little old after a while.The vibe in there is also pretty weird as well. For example, just yesterday I walked in during a pretty slow time of day to pick up a mobile order and it took anywhere from 5-10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Again, having worked in the industry I don't expect anyone at BK to roll out the red carpet. But most people probably aren't going to be as patient or understanding as I am. I'm sure everyone in there is working really hard for less than adequate wages. But a little bit would go along way here.TL/DR: if they could clean up some of these issues this would easily be the best BK in the area. Food is GREAT. Service needs some work.

May I say TOP notch service!!! My cashier/2nd window employee deserves a manager position shes excellent... She was an older lady and her manners&professionalism was STELLAR!! Burger King's around other parts of this town should take pointers from this one.. And I might recommend the steak/bacon 🥓 😋 breakfast sandwich.. very good!!!

This place has some questionable characters hired, but I have had 83% correct orders from here. Most times when they get something wrong myself or my husband go to one of the employees or the manager to fix the mishap. The place is always clean. Yes, you can see employees stand around here and there; however, the place is still fresh and new. I’m hopeful they will get better with time to “Have it your way.”

The staff is friendly even at the busy hours. I know this may also sound silly but the past few times I went, the food actually looked close to the picture and was very well balanced. They didn't get heavy handed with any of the toppings.

I would recommend not going here. After paying and waiting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes (where I could see the workers standing around) I was handed my food. It was cold and the guy who handed it to me said, "Sorry for the delay but it wasn't our fault." No other explanation was given. It was only after I got the order home that I found it was completely wrong - four burgers for me and my family and four incorrect orders. The attitude and service are sub-par at best.

Very clean,open eating area thats doesn't feel crowded. Fast service! Walking out the door and the young lady working the counter says"thanks for coming,come again" that's something that you normally dont hear when walking out of a fast food place! 5 star for sure!

Some days I get more than I ordered, others I’m missing something. Even after they implemented to reassure my orders correct they can’t even do that. Fast foods stressful, I’ve worked in it but it’s wild there. Foods amazing and hot tho

It was BK, what is there to say. Their food isn't good, what you get at any fast food, Regret! I only get fast food if I am driving and need to keep moving. Thee is never the thought that I want BK.

Nice and clean !! Ever so far the rest rooms !! And that is very important in a restaurant. Brought new life to the town and has a lot of foot that is affordable even with very little money ! and that is worth 5 stars ! Not every one has a lot of money ! Happy with this one so far ! Can't say that of all of the BK.'s

The coffee was bitter and I had to put 5 packs of sugar in it but everything else was great. Food was fresh and warm.
