My daughters and I cannot express enough how wonderful Jim is. We unfortunately had to visit him twice in a very short time, but he has been a bright light during some dark times! He truly cares about what he does and has so much empathy. He took amazing care of our Clementine and our little feral friend Zelda. While I hope it is quite sometime before we have to visit him again, I would recommend him to anyone, especially families, he is amazingly kind to children who suffer loss.

we recently lost our dog Lucky. Cat Nip Vetrinary was very compassionate with us and made his passing very peacefull and loving. Cat Nip transported Lucky to Keystone Pet Cemetary on our behalf. Two weeks later we received the most beautiful carved wooden box with Lucky's ashes. There was also a beautiful dried rose on top of the ashes. This is our second pet cremated at Keystone and we will not hesitate to use them when the time comes again. They are truly pet lovers and your pets are treated with love and respect.

I contacted Jim about my cat Skittles passing, he got back to me right away and wanted to work with me when I could bring her. He was extremely kind and caring towards me and taking care of my baby. When I got her back the box she came in was so beautiful. I would highly recommend him for taking care of your beloved pet that has passed.

When our German Shepard Sammy was in the process of dying and inevitably passed, Jim was incredibly helpful and compassionate. He was extremely thorough in explaining the burial process and when the time came, he was a shoulder to cry on. Jim was kind and gentle, he reassured us and allowed us to feel our pain without judgment. He worked quick, making the memorial process a little less painful. I can't say enough good about Jim at Keystone. He's such a gentle giant, and is so sincere in his care and concern. He offers kind words of comfort, no matter the critter. I've used him twice for my guinea pigs and once for my cat, and every experience was everything you could ask for. He's available 24/7, he's up front about pricing (never any surprises), and he gladly accommodates your wants/needs. He offers guidance if you're not sure what you want/need as well. He never makes you feel like your pet is "just" a pet; he knows our babies are family, too. Again, I really just can't recommend him enough. Thanks for everything, Jim!

Jim was incredibly empathetic when the day came that I had to say goodbye to my best fur friend of 18.5 years, Tino. He made my heart wrenching experience a lot more bearable. From our first words on the phone (I was crying and couldn't even think straight), to saying my final goodbye and placing my Tino in Jim's caring arms, to the hug I got when I picked up my boy's ashes...Jim was nothing but courteous, kind, and compassionate. Well its been 2months since my Cocobean passed on fri Oct 13, 2023! Id been in touch with Jim at Keystone Pet Cemetary an he got me in on my way home with coco and made the experince of getting her cremated much easier for me he explained the whole process an i thank my sister for being with me also! Our beautiful boy Sarge passed after about a month of being diagnosed with metastatic cancer. I had e-mailed Jim preparing for the worst and he told us to give him a call if things went south.Jim is without a doubt one of the kindest human beings I ever met. He gave us this beautiful box with a card and was very comforting and understanding through the entire thing. When we took Sarge down you can tell just by the way Jim pet his head that he loved animals and that he's doing this for the people like us who want to memorialize a staple of our lives.He's about 45 minutes from where we live and the drive was worth it. The last time we got a puppy cremated it cost double for what Jim did it for and it was very personalized.If you have a sick or passing pet and would like to memorialize I cannot recommend this man enough. As soon as you talk with him on the phone you'll know you made the right decision.Thank you, Jim for helping our family memorialize the goodest boy we've ever had. God bless!

I can not thank Jim enough for his kindness and compassion when it came time to find a place to have our beloved German shepherd cremated. It was a holiday weekend and super short notice. He immediately stepped up and offered to meet us within no time at all. He is beyond caring and understanding and went above and beyond even with it being a holiday. I can't express how much I appreciate him and his care over my bearded dragon. He made sure to walk me through the cremation process and showed me pictures of exactly where she would be, insuring that she would be cremated alone and I would get her remains back in a beautiful box with a custom name placard. I can not recommend Jim and his services enough. Our 7yr old Dane passed suddenly on the 4th of July. A family friend of ours said to call him. He waited for us to arrive and was just amazing. He was sympathetic and gave us time to say goodbye. I will always be grateful for the way he handled our Dane and love and care he extended to my kids. This was the first time we’ve lost a pet. Late on a Saturday night, while on a walk, our dog Bane unexpectedly passed away. While my wife and I were devastated and filled with grief, we had to do what was right for our best friend in handling his remains. We called around and got nothing but voicemails and messages regarding business hours. However, when we called Keystone Animal Cemetery, Jim answered the call at 11:00. He guided us through the process and set up to drop his remains off at 6 am Sunday. When we arrived, Jim was up and prepared for us. His compassion through the whole ordeal made the grieving process more manageable. We received his cremated remains back within a week. They came in a beautiful wooden box. My wife and I can't thank you enough.

We just lost our 15 yr old Aussie and which was truly a loss of a family member. Jim at Keystone Pet Cemetery was very helpful, compassionate and made a very difficult time a little less so. As our dog was a pretty big boy, burial at home wasn't an option and so we went with the cremation services, with the ashes returned in a beautiful carved box and which was a thoughtful touch. I wholeheartedly recommend Keystone to anyone who has lost their pet.

As someone deeply attached to pets of any kind, it hit me deeply when a newly befriended stray cat of mine had passed away yesterday due to every vet’s early closing hours after she had contracted a respiratory virus. I had planned to shelter her in my room until mornning arrived to get her care but sadly she could no longer hold on, hitting me deeply. In order to at least provide her a respectful resting place i began to search for pet cremation’s where i happened to meet Jim. Jim was the only place open when I needed it and upon meeting him directly you can tell Jim is a man of complete sincerity. Jim is not a man guided by money or financial gain by his business but rather someone who wants to help provide for families in need, he offered a complete affordable price and even sympathized with me on the loss. Jim is great with handling customers and being able to provide to there needs beyond the business Moto, Jim is someone you may depend on.

I called Jim in the middle of the night when my ferret passed, and He helped me set a time to meet him with my Rikki. When I arrived to hand Rikki over, he sat me down and walked me through the entire process, and gave all the details he could. Jim was so kind and personable and I felt comfortable leaving Rikki with him to be cremated. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and loves animals. This date one year ago, my best friend/daughter -Fatty has passed away due to breast cancer. Her surgery didn’t extend her longevity. She left me at 03:00AM after one month surgery from Skippack Hospital. This is the biggest regret in my life, Fatty should have live happily and longer if they were not promised extend her life after the surgery. I sent her cold body to Keystone Pet Cemetery around 05:00AM that day because the owner couldn’t hear any words from my mouth. Thank you for taking care of her as your own pet child. I’m really appreciated your sympathetic. Everything seems just happened yesterday. Sorry for the delay review, it takes me really long long time to be able to open talking about this. I can not say enough about the way Magic, our Rottweiler was taken care of and our feelings were taken into account.We came home and found Magic deceased in the middle of our floor on a Sunday night. We placed a call to Jimmy and explained the situation and he came out and picked Magic up.He said he would call us Thursday. We could not wait and called him instead. He told me Magic was on his way back and he would call us when he was there.True to his word he called me. I told him we would be there for him right after I got out of work.I went home picked up my husband and granddaughter and off we went. I was anxious, we wanted Magic, another bad snow storm was suppose to hit us and we wanted Magic home with us for it. Well needless to say when you want to get somewhere you run into traffic and what ever can happens happens.My husband called Jimmy and explained and AGAIN, Jimmy said not to worry he would wait for us.When we got to Keystone Pet Cemetery, Jimmy met us and said he would go get Magic he had him in the chapel. I wanted to cry. Magic was not sitting somewhere on a shelf or desk he was in the chapel.When Jimmy came walking towards me with Magic it was like we got him, he is home.The wooden box he is in is awesome. It has his name, Magic on a gold plate attached to the box. You can open the box and Magic is in a plastic bag with his name on it and a artificial rose in the middle of the bag.I ABSOLUTELY love that we can see him. We can hold him, pet him, give him kisses.We also received a very nice card with The Rainbow Bridge poem on it and then our names and Magic name.Magic was very close to our 5 year old grandson. Magic and him were inseparable. Magic followed him all over. Jim explained the whole process and timeline and Kiwi was ready for us to pick up on the date promised. Kiwi’s remains and a little flower were placed in a decorative box.
