Yet the results he and his team produced were well above my expectations! 6 completely unique arrangements--each one beautifully artistic and a perfect complement to my late husbands colorful artwork. Long Stems delivers great service and value and I will definitely be using them again.

Extremely easy to order on their website. Great selection! Will definitely use them again!Only downside is I called to check the status of stock for the blue hydrangea. Was told it needed to be ordered, which was fine, so set the delivery date out a couple days. A bit disappointed that the one that was delivered was white. But the recipient enjoyed it.

My mother-in-law recommended Keith assist with the floral arrangements for my wedding. She has known his work for quite awhile. Things went so smoothly and timely. I showed him ideas and he amazed me because it was exactly what I wanted. My bouquet was so incredible. Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures of it. However, he even bedazzled a cane with flowers which looked fabulous. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Good news: arrangement was delivered on time. Bad news: it was not at all as pictured on website. The actual arrangement delivered was a different shape, smaller, and much less full than the photo online which this company posted to show me what I THOUGHT I would be purchasing. Quite disappointing. When I told them of my surprise and disappointment, they offered to replace the arrangement but only if they could pick up the original from the person I shipped it to. But it was annoying that this even happened in the first place.

Ordered a plush toy of hippo but Long Stems substituted it with a bigger stuff animal due to shortage, with additional $25 coupon for next purchase. The delivery is on time and customer service is great and responsive. When I wanted to cheer a family at a hospital celebrating Valentine’s Day, I am glad I went with Long Stems.

My best friend in the whole world is buried in Laurel Hill cemetery. It is always so hard emotionally when I send a wreath to his grave. This time I tried Long Stems and worked with John. We contacted Long Stems for our wedding day and were not happy with the customer service. We understand we used Long Stems at a busy season, but we felt dismissed and misquoted based on our initial agreement. Initially, we had a phone call, discussed the flowers and received a quote. We signed the proposal based on the discussed bouquets and price. Four weeks prior to the wedding, we reached out regarding our mockup, which was guaranteed from the proposal. We continuously reached out and didn't receive a mock up until 2 weeks prior to our wedding. When we received the pictures, the flowers were nothing as listed in our proposal. The proposal listed all white/cream bouquet, with a touch of greenery, and a bit of lilac. We received pictures of a mostly green bouquet, with white and pink flowers (see first picture below). We reached out disappointed and were told we would not be receiving a second mockup because they took notes for correction. Still unsure if we were on the same page, we asked again for a second mockup. We received a mock up the week of the wedding and they were beautiful (see second picture below). However, Long Stems charged additional money to meet the request. Long Stems should have originally quoted us this, as we never once changed the type of flowers or bouquets requested. Based on the up charge, lack of dependability, and customer service, I do not recommend Long Stems for any big events.

I have ordered flowers to be delivered twice now--absolutely fantastic! I was unsure what to expect my first time; I ended up calling twice to ask questions and even though that was undoubtedly annoying of me they answered every question and were very nice. Both times, the flowers have been described as the best flowers she's ever received, and from the pictures I don't disagree. Beautiful arrangements and great service!

I came here today because I was at my friend's house eating pancakes and I was eyeing these really pretty purple roses that were sitting in the middle of the table. Then my friend's mom took them off of the table to switch out the water and when she put them back, some of the petals fell right into my pancakes. I got the intrusive thought to eat one but I first asked her if I could (her mom is a doctor so she is educated in this stuff. ) She said that she couldn't see anything going wrong so I ate it. It tasted so good but I felt like it was missing something. My eyes immediately went to the pancakes so I took a bite of the pancakes. It was the best thing I have ever ate. I'm telling this story to say that I fully recommend the purple roses. The employees were also really sweet!! I love this place

An amazing florist. I use it to send flowers to an amazing friend who lives near there and the service Long Stems renders is one of the finest and for a local area florist goes above and beyond to do a great job. Will continue to order from here directly. Their online portal and ordering systems is equally good and easy to navigate and works very well and fast. Definitely recommended.
