Prices were good. What impressed me the most was their knowledge of the products! I didn't have to ask for help..which is so nice. The gentleman that helped me was able to answer all questions. He was young, so friendly and never once seemed annoyed (seriously..find THAT in the younger generation)! 5 star boots..10 star service! Thank You!

First time visit won’t be my last based on this experience. Asked for trout lure they did not have but got some help suggestions to pick up a few that will be worth trying out. Store was not busy so I got assistance (like having a personal shopper)! I enjoyed chatting with associate that helped me and then let me check out the store. Forgot to ask about live bait options; will do that next time I am in the store. Hoping for some Father’s Day sale bargains?

Finally made it into this place. I’ve been living out here for a couple years now, and I drop the Amish off there to shop I went in. They have a nice selection of hunting clothes, under armor, Carhart, Vortx! Staff seems nice lotta stuff for fishing and hunting.

I have shopped here before but my second time I went here the owner of the store profiled me and my two friends. It started as soon as we walked in the door. We walked over to the cases of reels to see what they had in stock and if the companies had released any new lines. He approached us and asked nicely asked us if we needed help. We said thank you but we were just looking. We then went over to the work wear section to look, the owner followed close behind. At this point we were starting to feel uncomfortable so we went over to the tackle section. The whole time the owner has the cameras up on his phone. We were looking at a couple of swim baits when the owner walked up again and said did we need any help, we declined then he said oh I’m trying to get my cameras to focus. Then another employee came over behind him. At this point I had had enough and so did my friends, we instantly walked out. I have never been so offended in my life. I will never do business with this company again.

Huge store huge selection lots more clothes than accessories but they have a good bit of everything. Decent sales on name brand hunting apparel will definitely check them out before next hunting season

Been shopping there for work boots since they were in their old building! Always great service and selection.I called yesterday because my boots needed replaced, and they were able to ship them to me, saving me an hour drive each way, and a trip out in the corona world! This place rocks!

AWESOME place. Ron took his time helping find the exact boots I needed. Paid less money than what I paid year and a half ago at another place. And they even had the near impossible to find gloves that I've been having to order online. Wont be going anywhere else...

They always have great deals! I go about 1-2x a year and always find something I can't live without. 😁 I also love how they have ladies shoes and always have my size. (5 1/2 and hard to find anywhere else)

Bought my work boots here 2 years ago and when I bought them they had a lifetime warranty on the laces. The laces frayed but never broke but the boots are finally falling apart. Also very nice place for hunting and fishing apparel and equipment

The manager was very rude to my husband when he asked him if they had a certain product. He continuously hovered over us as we were shopping in the store, repeatedly asking us if we needed something. Finally he became a mask dictator and TOLD my husband to pull his mask over his nose. If find this hypocritical when he, the manager, didnt have his on properly when we walked in and he had his mask under HIS nose when talking to me about a product I was looking at. We placed our stuff on the shelf and left. Kindness and customer service shouldn't be gone during this trying time. If anything, more consideration and compassion in speaking to your customers is needed.

This is a great place to go to find hunting equipment. I have boots and all kinds of clothes, bibs, jackets, rain gear. They have a large display of knives to pick from and a pretty big fishing section. My only disappointment is they do not sell ammunition or guns. That is why the four star rating

I called the store on 4/7/21 and asked the employee that answered the phone if they spool fishing reals. The employee told me that they did to stop in the store. I then told that employee that I'm coming in tomorrow while passing through town on the way to a fishing trip. The employee told me that there would be someone than can spool my reals for sure. On 4/8/21 I stopped in the store at 11am with a total of 6 fishing reals to have spooled. We was told by a male employee that he was to busy to do them that he had "stuff" to do in the back room, that we would have to leave them to pick up another day. At the time me and my buddy was the only ones in the store besides him and another female employee.

Poor customer service, went in to get some reels re spooled. One other person in the store getting the same thing done, employee behind the counter said he was too busy to do them as he had to get to the back room? Even called the day before to check that they could do them as we were passing thru on a trip.
