First let's start by saying store is always a mess the cashiers are rude all the time.. I had a bad experience with the chick i think her name tag said melodie or something with a M she is very rude and acted like she didn't want to help me along with the store manager she isn't any better the way she talks to customers and employees I don't see how she is a manager. It's sad because the store is convenient because it is close to me but I'm probably going to take my business somewhere else.. I didn't even want to give 1 star. There is a guy that works there not trying to be mean but he always smells so bad if I see him I go the other way

Trash everywhere!!!!!! The outside of this store is nasty. Everytime I come here it looks worse. Nonorufe in their stores at all. As a resident of this town it's sad to see.

I like dollar tree you can find great deals but this store is ridiculous. It's always a mess things thrown everywhere. I was shop her alot but im most likely gonna take my business to woodlyn. The store Mgr I believe her name was Liz is so rude an the way she speaks to her employees is sad she degrades them. Please Dollar tree look into this.Do better

This store is always a disaster inside, I really don’t want to come back here as often due to the mess everywhere, everything is always all over the place, they have products thrown all about, it’s really unfortunate because the store itself is big and has potential; I just really hope they can get a better hand on the organization.

Every time I visit this store I am greeted with pleasantries. From the stock people to the cashiers, they are all super nice. Specifically Alya who went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I was looking for. Kudos to this team!

Accused of Stealing. Racial profiling, I am not sure, but they were dead wrong and failed to apologize. Black and Brown folx BEWARE! If you have an exchange, you MUST bring your receipt, or who knows what will happen! As a classroom teacher, I typically begin my school year, stocking up at the dollar store. I visited the one at this location b/c it stays open later than others. Pacing myself, I decided to grab bins (for notebooks), socks, wash rags for my classroom, and deodorizing spray (I teach Middle School). I initially came to check out their picture frames just in case I wanted to make an exchange (I purchased six picture frames at another dollar tree nearby just minutes earlier). After collecting all the items mentioned above, and six different picture frames I liked better than the one I originally had, I gave my un-purchased items to my daughters so they could hold them for me while I grabbed the frames I wanted to exchange from the car. However, once I walked by their notebook section, I saw a clipboard, then a folder that matched the clipboard, then my daughter showed me a cup holder that matched the folder and clipboard, then, and then, and then. We were having a decent time finding other matching items , until someone who seemed like the store manager came to me and asked if I purchased my items. Confused, I said, "No", because I have yet to purchase all the items I had with me. The manager then says, "Well then why are you putting them in your bag?" I certainly was not placing items in my bag, and this verbal exchange ended with me showing them my receipt for ALL the items that were in the bag. However, after humiliating me in front of my children and accusing me of wrongdoing, there was NO APOLOGY. I am not sure what it was about my interaction with my daughters that made them think that I or we were stealing, for I/we have shopped at this same Dollar Tree, at this hour COUNTLESS times before (did I say I am a school teacher?). Was it my locked hair? The natural hair of my children? What was it? The only thing that was different this time was 1) the cashier, Lauren, who I think alerted the manager, and 2) the manager (I did not catch her name, but will tomorrow- (African-American, medium build, with her hair styled in two cornrows, and a few tattoos on her neck). At the time this interaction took place, I was so shocked and stunned that I allowed the manager to view my receipt and check my bag of picture frames. Instead, I should have immediately demanded they call the police. I don't think there will be a next time... this store has shown me what they think of me and my two children. Black and Brown folx BEWARE! If you have an exchange, you MUST bring your receipt, or who knows what will happen! I have contacted the Family Dollar Human Resources Contact Center to share my experience and will place a review on Yelp as well.

First time ever in this store and to hear a manager and cashier go back and fourth at it was a little disturbing while I wanted for someone to come out and help me. About 5 people were behind me and this guy Matt started taking everyone behind me completely ignoring the fact I was waiting while I had my stuff layed out on the belt. Matt gave poor service....

This is my favorite dollar tree in my area !I will give you a heads up ,they have recently had to raise prices! It's still a great deal. Still one of the best dollar kind of stores around they basically have almost everything you could need!There arts and crafts ,do it yourself stuff always well stocked absolutely amazing !They have a wide selection of it things to keep you and the family busy . Also anything for school projects or materials I would suggest stopping here first they have a wide range and it's a lot cheaper than other stores.Things that you look for at other dollar stores that you can't find you can usually find here. Their story is usually well kept and organized! Their staff is professional kind and proficient always helpful they know how to properly bag your stuff as well.

Stock seemed a low on the party bag items actually a lot low but the people who work there are friendly and nice and generally they have a great selection of dollar items.

Aston Dollar tree just reopened last week and what a difference! The whole store looks really nice and clean and shelves are stocked. The people who work there are great. Everybody's been real nice and happy and working with smiles. Almost a 360 from what it was before

My wife and I love this dollar tree. It is larger than the one that is actually near our home and it sells more of the things we need such as snacks, cleaning supplies, decorations, and other supplies. It was sad what happened that it had to close for a minute but we both ran there when it opened it back up. If you have a second go by there and check it out.

I rely on the Dollar Tree for so many of my household and crafting projects, as well as seasonal items and things for me kids. I know the inventory and layout like the back of my hand. This store can be a bit messy depending on the time of the week you get there, with unopened boxes down the aisles, but those are generally out of the way so I don't mind. I'm posting, however, because I got there tonight at 8:42, only to be told that they close at 8:45pm, even though the sign outside and the website says 9pm. I don't mind stores having early closing times, but having inaccurate information posted is a waste of my time. The man who asked me to leave was polite enough, but if you say you will be open to a certain time, then you should stand by it. I will have to come back to finish my shopping list another time. Closing 15 minutes early might not seem like a lot to some people, but it will take me a lot longer than that to find time for a shopping trip on another day. Please update your information.

I love visiting Dollar tree stores cause they have a huge variety of goods and the prices are always Right!! One Dollar! I never buy toothpaste anywhere else, they have a wonderful selection of gift bags, candy,.. anything. And everything and the staff are always helpful. I purchased yesterday some plastic party ware for a Labor Day get-together. Save moolah and shop at Dollar tree.

Please check the payment at the Aston dollar tree register. Today I bought 14 items and cashier charge me for 16 items. I realize it when I reached home and put items in pantry and they were 14 and I thought may I left some thing in car but when I checked there was nothing. I call the store manager lady she is too rude and said she can’t do any thing because I left the store. There are hundreds of customer daily walk in store if they charge like this how much money they are going to make every day? Be careful people!

I went to this particular location because it looked very inviting (nice building, clean outside, stands out in its location which is a very busy and crowded area) I was looking to try a "new" dollar store, so I made this my go to. Huge disappointment. Most of the shelves were empty (and not because people were shopping)and the front of the store smells like something died. There was only one cashier on a "Holiday" and what WAS available was very sparse. Don't feel the need to go back. The smaller Dollar Trees in my area carried a much more abundant supply of what's available.

Always go there and shop. I bought my dinner plates there 4 years ago, not a chip or discolored and all the utensils are still good. Like that they have more brand names. Lysol spic and span. And expanded there food aisle.

This Dollar Tree is really nice. They have lots of stuff for Christmas, like scotch tape, small & large gift boxes & plenty of gift bags! Also the card section is well organized and has a big variety of Hallmark cards!

Friendly and helpful staff. Store has all items you can imagine but the parking lot is really disgusting. I avoid going there anymore because I'm concerned I'll step on something concerning which I've seen there before. The inside is fairly clean. Great place to go for cheap, useful household items.

Good selection of glass ware. Large store plenty of space that lets them spread inventory out while your browsing. Would like to see more computer related items, such as cables, Bluetooth items etc.
