I went to this vet for the first time the other day, following a vet I had seen at a different practice.Everyone here is SO nice, from the receptionists to the techs to the vet.We went back a couple days later and saw a different vet. Our original vet was in emergency surgery, but had gone over our dog’s extensive history with the vet seeing us.She was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with us. She had a really good handle on everything our dog had gone through.I really felt comfortable and confident in the skills of the team. I’ve been fostering for dog rescues for over 20 years and have seen a lot of vets at a lot of practices. This is an excellent vet and we plan on switching all of our senior dogs to this practice.Also, their prices are much better than our previous vet practice.

I’ve been taking both my dogs here for quite a while now and I’m always satisfied. I have fearful dogs and they always make accommodations when necessary. My dogs have consistently been examined by Dr. Lavigne, and she’s AMAZING! She’s extremely thorough, patient, highly knowledgeable, and never hesitates to answer questions. My senior dog was diagnosed with a collapsing trachea a few years back and with Dr. Lavignes help, we were able to medically manage it. I’ve never seen a senior dog as happy and healthy as him! Thank you CSR’s, techs, doctors, and Dr. Lavigne!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We have had everything from routine visits to having to put our beloved cat down, and the staff has been incredible every time. They checked on us after we lost our Daria, with the Dr even calling to check on us and update us on some things a few weeks later. The office staff is super friendly, the techs are wonderful. I have told so many people about this place and I’ll continue. Love them.

My dog has been going there since he was a puppy & I would highly recommend them. All of the staff are so wonderful, caring and truly love animals. They definitely care for the animals best interest. They give me all the options and information I need to make sure my dog is living his best life. They are affordable and transparent with pricing. They were originally recommended to me by the shelter I adopted my puppy from. I absolutely love them!

Everyone at Aston Vet is so welcoming and are good with my dog. I'm just so sad that all the doctors that come into the practice end up leaving so soon. I would recommend them to anyone. My Matilda has gone to Aston Vet since she arrived home with me in December 2014. They have provided the utmost care to my fur baby and always ready to help this new puppy momma. The staff and doctors are amazing. Appointments are easy to get even if it's at the last minute - which has happened on a few occasions. I can't tell you how much this team means to me and helps me keep Matilda in great health. Her picture says it all - she's one happy, healthy labradoodle!

The staff and Vets here are the best! My dog Gracie just LOVES coming here, both for shots regularly as well if there may be other issues. I board her here as well, she knows the staff and they always fuss over her. She gets really excited when we turn into the drive way!

I have taken my dog there for several years. He loves to go to see Dr B and is very excited when we get there. He always want to go straight in. They are very kind and caring with my dog and me. They treat him as if he were the only little guy in the world and they always give me as much information as I need to make decisions. They do not force things on us and they are respectful of our decisions. I have emailed them with questions and I usually get a telephone call back with a response and they do not push me to make unnecessary visits. I had another very elderly dog who died and not long after I received a sympathy card signed by everyone in the office. I have had dogs for decades and can honestly say that Aston Veterinary Hospital is the best I have gone to in all those years.

The staff members were all so nice and considerate. The vet and vet tech actually sat on the floor with us, not only comforting our dog but us as well. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care they showed our dog in his final hour.

The team at Aston Vet has been nothing short of incredible in helping my family deal with a very difficult and unexpected diagnosis. From the moment we arrived on site the care and attention provided by the entire team was top notch.Dr. Kutney was a tremendous help in evaluating Maddie, answering our questions, and making sure we had all of the information needed. She even called us just to check in after our visit. I can’t say enough about this team and highly recommend them to anyone who needs care for their pet. Aston Vet went above and beyond to care for my cat. I took my cat to a different vet a few months ago & they didn't notice & didn't address my cats ears. Even though my cat was seeing Aston Vet for an unrelated problem they took care of her waxy ears AND explained why they were that way (enlarged glands!). They truly take their time & care for the WHOLE pet - they don't just try to get you in and out the door. Thank you Aston Vet. My cat is feeling much better, thanks to you!

Wonderful care of my little dog, Alo, since I adopted him about 5 1/2 years ago. All the staff are very friendly and professional and the veterinarians have provided consistently thorough and good care. Along with general wellness visits and immunizations, Alo also had surgery to remove some benign skin cysts that had become enlarged and infected. The veterinary surgeon, Dr. Kutney, did a beautiful job.

You've been my family's Veterinary hospital for many years for our cats and dogs. We appreciate the sensitive care and attention you have given to all our animals and they appreciate it as well. While the service fees seem a little high it is worth it for the compasion, care and friendliness of the staff. Scheduling for services is convenient and in most times available on the same day , or on a date that is convenient to you. They also have treats for your companion(s) while they are being given shots or something that the animal might find unpleasant (rectal temperature comes to mind. My Maggie hates that!) They will ask you about any question or concerns you may have and will try to resolve them right there or if the can't they will email a resolution as soon as they can. Thus my "5 start" rating.

Sadly the practice has gone downhill since DR B retired. They are inconsiderate and incompetent. My dog is highly stressed out by going to the vet and we have to medicate her. Instead of trying to schedule an appt when she can get all of her vaccines they had us come back and medicate her again. When we got there they tell us it has not been 2 weeks since her last vaccine and can we come back in 2 days. Like I don't have a job and that we don't have to medicate the dog. They schedule the appt 2 days before they should and We then have to be inconvenienced and come back. It is not big deal for them and they don't care how hard it is on us.Told them they are not the only vet in the area and we will find another one. Sad because they used to be the best. We have been taking out pets there for 13 years and are now going to go elsewhere. They did not even apologize and just emailed me my dog's medical records....So Sad

Aston Vet was my dog Elvis's Vet for over 12 years. The care has always been top notch.Today was a difficult day for me and my family, we had to make the hard decision to euthanize our awesome dog. I love how Aston Vet treats my baby. My dog is a rescue so a lot of her history is unknown. And I have been bringing her here since she was rescued and it's always amazing to watch her with the staff. She comes out with her tail wagging like she always makes friends. For the past year and a half she's struggled here and there with gastrointestinal issues and I have felt horrible trying to figure out what's wrong, especially when she gets sick. I adore my dog and want the best for her and Dr. Kutney has taken great care of her. And I'm not being judged if I come off paranoid and concerned no matter how small the problem is, she understands. My dog adores the staff and to me that's enough to keep coming back. Because how someone treats animals says a lot about them. I am getting answers for my baby and I couldn't be more thrilled. Two paws up 💜

We had our first appointment for our rescue dog Gracie. It could not have went better. Gracie is afraid of everything and everyone.Dr McGibney and Bree were so calming and loving! They took their time with her , reassuring Gracie and us she would be ok. So happy to have found such caring people! 5 stars plus!!!

This vet has gone down hill since Dr B has retired cold n callous n worried about the money over the animals care. Refused to see an animal that was gushing blood resulting from a surgery they performed . Stay away

I called to verify pricing on vaccinations as well as examination fees and the receptionist who I communicated with was very rude. She answered the phone in a rude tone then once I began talking in a friendly voice is when she decided to change her tone. Then once I explained to her that I’m just going to keep my pets scheduled appointment somewhere else because the pricing is a little bit better, she caught an entire attitude and said have a good day, not do I need any further assistance or anything and hung up right in my ear. It’s like she didn’t get the sale and got mad. Definitely won’t be bringing my pet here for any type of services because if the receptionist has a bad attitude I’m pretty sure the other staff has similar attitudes.
