Acme on West Baltimore Pike, Granite Run, is a beautiful market place. This store is immaculately maintained and stocked. If you’re looking for a last minute gift they have it from flowers to specialty greeting cards and balloons. Their produce, deli, and bakery sections are super clean. A+

I shopped at the Acme by Granite Run recently. I had the pleasure of being waited on by a man named Larry (he was the cashier). He was so pleasant and helpful. He explained to me some features of the Acme app and coupons so I can save money. Besides that, he was just a really nice person who delivered exceptional customer service.

I do enjoy shopping at this market, but I would like to make a product request. Is it possible for you to carry the Betty Crocker Gingerbread Mix. I have stood at the cake mix section looking fir it each time I come in. I even asked the customer service man Bob and he went looking for it. Please get this in stock, I have been to so many markets and stores and can not seem to find it. Please stock it in my Acme Markets.

I'm happy I didn't get 4 packs of the multi meal deal and instead only 1 pack of the shrimp because I was disappointed that they were waaay overcooked and dried out. Not only that but the shrimp are overpowered with the old bay seasoning and not too enjoyable.I did wipe a lot off (which was still seasoned nicely afterwards) and put the shrimp in a pan with some butter etc to give a better taste.I just wanted a quick meal but I'll just go back to buying my seafood raw/plain and preparing it at home to my liking.Edit: Went back to this Acme to try the Salmon instead and I don't know what it is but it was not fresh. I got it the same day it was packaged and it had a smell like it was going bad 😩 I give up, I'm going vegan. I can see this happening more often and I can't chance getting sick or wasting more money!!!!

This is literally the main place I do Most of my grocery shopping. With the cost of groceries going up, it's nice to have deals, coupons, and rewards that are useful. Especially at the gas station. I saved 50 cent off each gallon recently!🙌🏽 plus they give you bonus points for your birthday and free items sometimes.

AS GOOGLE REFUSES TO UPDATE ITTHEY DO NOT CLOSE AT 11 THEY LOCK THE DOORS AT 9:55PMThe fresh food area is absolutely disgusting. Multiple times I have gone there to see bugs and rotting produce. They are constantly out of stock of the most basic of items, and get upset if you ask about restocking times. The cashiers are also insanely rude 9 times out of 10, and make some very disgusting assumptions about the people who shop there. They lock down an entire side of the building with only a small and easy to miss paper sign saying they lock the doors at 8 now.

I used to love coming here. No complaints but since a _____ opened up near my house I shop locally now. Although Acme has a awesome bakery, fried chicken as in hot food to go and helpful employees, I do miss shopping their. Updated 12-23-23 Still a great supermarket.

Today I went to Acme Granite Run, my normal Sunday, prep for the week shopping, A pretty routine shop for me. When I went to check out, I had the pleasure of being in Larry’s line ❤️He just made my day! Larry is personable, ever so pleasant and just brightened my day!Thank you Larry!

Out of 14 years coming here today was the breaking point. Get in line to check out everything’s going normal. The cashier asks her manager when her break is coming up. All good right? No. He proceeds to tell her “don’t push it” this manager is so stuck up and snooty. He does it to others too. God forbid you have to ask him where something is in the store too. This combined with the absolutely outrageous prices and garbage quality of seafood and meats brought make me say enough of this. To the girl who was targeted I’m sorry you had to deal with that he’s very unfit to hold a management position.

See other bad experiences about the workers here and I wholeheartedly agree. I have never been treated so rudely by a worker than the one I encountered the other day. I didn’t even get to say a word before I was greeted with a ton of attitude. You could be the nicest person but If the bagger is having a bad day expect to get treated like an inconvenience. Easy 1 star for treating customers like garbage. You are not the only people who are having bad days.

I bought these milk on Sunday June 20, 2021 and after feed my baby 2 bottles, he vomited two times. Then I looked at the milk expired date and I found it expired. This store is sell the baby milk that already expired.

Well there must be a reason why the Acme has lasted so long (131 years!) while it's competition comes and goes, and the reason is they know what they're doing! prices are reasonable, products are fresh, excellent baked items, good selection, easy to find things, friendly staff, reasonably fast getting you out, and the pharmacy is good. Over the years I've tried all the other stores, now I'm giving up, I'm just going to go to the Acme from this point on. Well done Albertsons for keeping the quality going.

The girl with the dyed red hair who works the self checkout area is not nice at all. She stares at people the whole time they are at the self checkouts. I know her job is to make sure that everything gets scanned and she has to watch everything but instead of doing that she stares incessantly at people to the point that her stares are demeaning and hurtful. And then you hear her talk about you in an equally demeaning manner - for no reason at all - to her co-workers. I will never go back to that Acme again because of her.

For being on the smaller side of some the Acme markets we have been to, this one is definitely not lacking in variety. The shelves are all stocked to the T as well being very clean and organized in every aisle. The staff are always diligently stocking as well as answering any questions for what you may need. Overall the experience was very refreshing as the store wasn't packed with people and we were in and out before we knew it.

I usually have a good experience when I’m at the Acme. But tonight I was floored by how rude the deli workers were to me. They flat out refused to honor the price listed for one of the items. When I questioned them they yelled at me. They refused to give me their names. And they refused to get a manager for me. I’ve never experienced such horrible behavior by a store employee.

No cashiers! I just spent 300 dollars and had to do self checkout. Had I known this I wouldn’t have gotten such a large order. Totally unacceptable. You need to get self checkout like giant if you’re not going to have people available. Do you have any idea what it’s like using that tiny self checkout area for 300 dollars worth of food. I almost walked out and left my full cart.

Hadn't been inside this Acme in a few years because the aisles are kind of crowded. However, I was pleased to find that they had several cleaning supplies I have not been able to obtain at other stores. Also, found some nice ready-made items for a grab and go meal. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. I will be back.

Apparently the cashiers don’t know how to say “your welcome” after being thanked. It’s insane. I was in line around 4:30pm today and after paying, I said thank you multiple times to the male cashier who rang me up and handed me my receipt. He just kept ignoring it. I even said thank you so much to the girl who bagged my groceries and she didn’t say your welcome either. No customer service skills whatsoever :/ I’ll just stick to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.

This is a small store, self check out is always jammed up the line runs into the isle. It's more expensive then Giant and other local food stores. I don't go here often it's not my first choice of grocery stores

Acme is always a good grocery store to go too! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and more! The staff is excellent, and was able to give me accurate change. Their selection of cards is great - they have birthday, birthday for nephew, birthday for wife, and more! They also have an impressive gift card selection as well - although many grocery stores do. Overall, this is a great grocery store that I would recommend!

Overpriced, not exactly dirty but not as clean as other stores, small selection. From what I have seen their produce is less than fresh. I only ever go here because it is very close to my home, to pick up one or two essentials. Otherwise I make the trip to Wegmans, it's just better.

It's great store well stocked. However I found them high in price for the same products that's in Walmart. The diffrence is big for a product I needed by Dove. The diffrence was $4. I said wow. I'm thinking about taking it back . But walmart was out. SMH.

This Acme is very, very clean. The bathrooms are very clean, the shelves R always stocked. The Seafood is very fresh, I bought Wine from here & the lady was very nice friendly & very professional. I needed help wth some items the woman tht helped me took me took where the items was, She was very nice, friendly & very professional. She didn't mind helping me @ all.
