I woke up to flooding in my basement due to the heavy rain we recently received. I quickly called Zimmerman based on referrals from several of my friends. My experience was great from the very start! They had a plumber, Scott Mease, over within a few hours. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining what went wrong and what’s next. He replaced my sump pump and offered advice moving forward.I would highly recommend Zimmerman’s and Scott in particular. Thank you again!!

Zimmerman's is a high quality company! We chose them to install our ductless mini split system a little over 2 years ago. They explained every step of the process so we felt confident choosing our system and there were no surprise fees. They are efficient and tidy in their work, even wearing shoe covers in the house. The staff they send for routine bi-annual maintenance has always been professional, tidy, and friendly. Our ductless system works great and we haven't experienced any issues. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just moved into our home last week and noticed a leaky basement sink and there was no washer connection. We quickly got an appointment for an estimate, and Bill was back the next day for the job. He was very polite, professional, and got the work done sooner than expected! Scott came to check my leaking water heater. After it was determined that I needed a new.one, he explained what I needed to do get financing. After the financing was approved, Scott installed a new gas water heater and was very thorough in checking that everything was working and there weren't any issues with the installation. The technician, DJ, was prompt, courteous and helpful in relaying his findings for our heating/ air conditioning units. He is a great representative of your company and a credit as well. He deserves a raise in his salary for his hard work and cheerful disposition towards your customers. $10- $20 more per hour would be reasonable. But seriously, we are very satisfied with your company and all of the technicians we have met have been great.

I am very satisfied with my maintenance visits with Zimmerman especially when I have the technician DJ because he takes the time to explain everything in great detail to me and is always kind,courteous and professional. This past visit he took the time to call the office about an incorrect estimate about my mini-splits and had the estimate corrected and suggested a plan of action for this summer to clean the minis when the AC unit gets checked. I feel very satisfied that my HVAC systems are getting top service and at a reasonable price and will ask that I can have DJ return in the future if at all possible..

After my furnace was replaced, the owner himself came out to sign off on the job before it was considered complete. My regular service technician DJ is also wonderful. Paul, a Zimmerman employee, was here today to replace an old hot water heater that was older than my adult children. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I thought anyone I called for that thing would run away screaming, but he was great. I will call them for ANY other plumbing or HVAC issues. They are keepers I am very pleased.

A personable young man, Sean Bonner, arrived at my door earlier than scheduled. He explained he had been close by and decided to see whether I was home and was interested in having him conduct the maintenance I had requested. He not only checked all the components of my HVAC system but solved the other problems that had made it less than responsive to my needs. I now have a thermostat that senses conditions on both first and second floors of my condo and automatically adjusts to ensure both are comfortable. I am so very, very pleased with Sean and with Zimmerman for having such a knowledgeable and responsive individual on staff!

I had them come out to my house because the line out to the septic tank clogged and then backed up and drained into the basement when we used the water anywhere in the house. I called at 12am and they were here and done by 3pm the same day. So they first had to locate my septic tank which was about 20 ft from the house. Then they just opened the service port in the sewer line in my basement that goes to the septic tank and used a large drain snake to clear the clog which they were able to do easily. The guys were dressed and acted professional. Everything with their service is perfect other than the price. I paid $736 for the service called “clear sewer drain clog to septic tank up to 120 feet” I probably used 10-20 feet of snake so I believe I could have had this done for way less but I am just accepting that I paid for prompt and professional service and I’m okay with that

Had what was supposed to be a 2 day job done in only 1, and were so respectful of making sure everything was done with minimal disruption and discomfort to my home. AMAZING! I am new to the area and I actually had three specific task that I needed done, and Zimmerman Plumbing and heating was highly recommended. I needed a new toilet to replace a 60 year old 5 gallon flush toilet, inspect and clean my oil fired furnace and some electrical work. Mr Zimmerman came to the house looked at everything that I needed done. Scheduled all the work to be done on the same date. His crew showed up as promised performed all the work in a timely manner, cleaned up any debris before leaving.I highly recommended Zimmerman Plumbing and heating, and if the need arises I will hire Zimmerman again
