Beautiful store with a large selection of feeders, feed, gifts, home decorations, bird baths, and identification books and posters. The workers are knowledgable, so are helpful with questions and advice. They offer to help take large purchases to your car. I recommend their annual loyalty club at a small fee, which has many monthly special discounts, an ongoing member discount, and purchase points that add up to cash credit.

I just started getting into birds and I love the staff here. Always so helpful and kind. I wish they would stop giving out free things that I won’t use though😂💀 but I get the hype with other generations that may appreciate the free things

We have recently discovered the joy of watching the birds in our yard do their thing. We had no intentions of entering this store, but ended up coming out with 2 feeders and 3 bags of bird food! The 2 people working were very friendly and helpful. The answered all of our questions and helped us find the right items for our needs.

I come from several generations of bird fanatics. I'm raising my own little bird lover. I was SO disappointed when I popped in here to buy Christmas gifts and was treated horribly by a female staffer. Have had positive experiences with a male worker I believed to be the owner but isn't. In December I purchased just over $100 in feeders and Christmas gifts. A few days before Christmas I gave out one of the gifts that turned out to be broken. I was saddened and frankly embarrassed. I sent my father in to see if they'd replace it or refund it. He told me they refused both, and the same female employee I dealt with even called the owner who said "we never would have sold it if it were broken, they must have broken it". The polite man we've dealt with before (the one we believed to be the owner) came over and apologized profusely and said he would have happily refunded it had we encountered him. He's always been very nice and the reason we pay for the annual membership and come back to the store. No more. Appalled by the owner and the female we've encountered several times. Won't shop here again. EVER.

Absolutely absurd... I was excited to travel to this store and buy some suppies and feeders.. Upon arrival i am greeted with a ring doorbell for entry and a locked door. This is their format its normal according to my Mom. (I'm 52).This is not a public store. I will not ever return! Their loss not mine.

Beautifully organized store. Associate was super knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of bird food and feeders. All feeders are super high quality with a lifetime warranty. My wife and I will be comming back for all food and feeders.

Stopped by the store today for the first time. Customer service was top notch and we learned a thing or two about birds while we were there. We picked up a bluebird feeder with a lifetime warranty and joined their club to get discounts on bird food for the future. Will definitely be returning.

Nice selection off feeders and seeds for anyone interested in feeding birds. Sushi have great gift ideas for people who enjoy wildlife. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Seems like a pretty good place to get your bird feeding supplies, but I didn't stay long because one lady assumed (not sure who) that I was only there "waiting for pizza." I guess they get that a lot since Dominos is next door, but it was very off-putting and made me want to leave immediately. Don't make assumptions about your customers. It's incredibly rude. Maybe I'll go to a different location someday, but I will not be returning to the Mechanicsburg one.
