The nicest Walmart I have ever visited! They have everything here! It’s clean, well organized and the staff are very helpful. Come for your groceries and leave with everything you came for plus a Gingerbread house-shaped cookie jar and some sparklers!! This Walmart has it all!

Ever since they implemented the cases on certain things shopping has become more of a chore than it ever was. Having to track down or page for an associate to unlock a case for a Lego set or something cheap is ridiculous and I hope we can go back to "normal" soon or I'll refrain from buying certain from Walmart.

Walmart always been a great place to buy things at great prices. I love walking around the store discovering items that I would never have thought of, maybe spending more than I wanted to at the same time. But ever since covid they definitely went down hill. I miss being able to come in the middle of the night most of all. I've noticed staff towards the end of the night tend to not exist then in one moment they are all there.

The store is ok, well organized, but the pickup is a mess! I waited 20 minutes in the pickup area after I called them and told them I was here (yes, you have to call them to do that). I was with a crying newborn and grabbed a pack of paper towels (I thought if I ordered ahead it would be faster, I wouldn't have to go to the store with the baby). Well, lesson learned. Never order pickup if you want to save time.

If I could leave a 0, I would. Stopped in to get a few things the evening of December 30, 2023, at 8:30 to pick up a few things. There were only 2 regular checkouts open, both with very slow, inattentive checkout clerks, and a line back to the bakery for self-checkout. Decided we'd get out of there faster if we went through a regular checkout. The cashier, as I said before, was slow, and inattentive. He kept trying to charge one lady for someone else's items, even after she told him twice. Then he checked us out, and we got home to fin one of our bags was missing. I tried to call the store multiple times after we got home, and twice the following morning, and nobody would answer. What's worse is that they don't even have the employees' names on the receipts anymore so you can't file a complaint about one specific person .The only redeeming thing about this fiasco, is after we drove the 10 miles back to the store in the afternoon, the customer service rep found our missing bag and apologized for the mishap. You need to train your employees better.

Their aisles are not listed in order to follow alphabetically. Needed M and it was way after ALL the N and then O asiles.When arriving, not a single cart was available at the entryway. There were not that many shoppers in the store at the time. Didn't check the cart returns in the lot when I was leaving.After the frustration of not finding the labeled aisle right away and when I did the item is too heavy to lug back up front to the checkout & no carts were available.... made the whole experience a waste of time.

Limited selections compared to other Walmart Supercenters. Their online selection is really limited. They tell you they don't have items but you drive rt down there and it's sitting on the shelf so why pay for the membership if you have to drive there anyways?

Only shopped the Garden Center and was happy for the size of department it is but sad for the condition many of the plants were in. There were many nice flowers and plants to chose from, also many soils, fertilizer & bug control. Too bad Walmart can't afford a staff to upkeep this center.

So this place is huge they have great prices with that being said you don't have alot to choose from by the end of the day so if you want shelf full of great variety of food ,snacks,and drinks come very early! they open at 6am this is great becasue if your not for the crowd than this is the best time to come they also have a cheesestakes place in here as well ,the workers are nice ,and respectful however my daughter did get hurt do to leaving the to go orders in the middle of the customer service desk they work cut us off and my daughter did fall ! However the atmosphere is safe they are not the only store in This lot they have a dinner as well as Sam's club an Asian restaurant and more

Found these cute dinosaur Bounce Buddies at HALF PRICE! Normally $29.99 and got 3 of them for $15/each...one for each of my granddaughters for Christmas! They are going to absolutely LOVE them!

I wrote to corporate and here is why,I went to purchase steel toed boots a couple weeks ago and the shoe department was a complete disarray. Carts overflowed of shoes needing organized and returned into their proper locations, skids of shoes needing unloaded and sorted, while the seat to even try anything on was completely covered. As I am fighting through this mess I happen to see a customer stole steel toed boots.I'm not even part of your loss prevention but it doesn't take much to see someone's worn out boots tucked into a corner and an empty box of steel toed boots laying beside them. First off, this department or ANY department for that matter should NOT look like this. 1. It's a safety issue and 2. It makes it difficult for your customers to move around and to find what they are looking for.Now, I was just in there tonight in hopes that I could buy a PUR plus filter for our faucet for drinking water. We get home open the box only to find someone bought it, took it home and took their old one off and replaced it back in the box and returned their old rusted one. This tells me one major thing, your customer service desk did not inspect the return as they should. Now I, the current customer has to fight through this inconvenience, not once, BUT TWICE.What really irritates me is, you are a multi-billion dollar company running through this pandemic while our small local mom and pop businesses are closing their doors for good. These small local businesses CARED ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS. If you are going to run your billion dollar business through this pandemic and allow our small local businesses to close their doors for good, I EXPECT BETTER QUAILTY FROM YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES!They say, WORD OF MOUTH, is your best advertisement . Well, here is my word of mouth, pictures, and opinion. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.(UPDATE: Spoke with corporate, they never compensated me and/or offered anything. They simply stated they would look into it and that's as far as it would go.) First off, you challenged me, challenge accepted. No sooner I said I'll take this to the news, no one wanted to talk anymore. Good luck Walmart.

Very bad service! I tried to return the item but they said no. Because the item has the wrong number. They didn't even check it, there were so many numbers on it they just pointed to one and said no! But this is what they sent me. It's till brand-new and unused. If I changed the item , I'd say I got the wrong ones. And the website says you can go to any store to return it, it’s easy! No, that is no easy! Very bad service!

It's Walmart. They're always sort of hit or miss to some degree. This location, despite being larger than Camp Hill's, tends to be baren in certain areas. Produce is typically smashed or already rotting. Trash such as wrappers, boxes, or takeout boxes/drinks can be found throughout the store...some of which even have spoiled dairy products or rotting food in them (bleh).The employees watch you to make sure that you're not stealing, obviously. But then act oblivious when you need help with something. I've been followed around this Walmart by associates through entire shopping trips and then they back off when they see me check out. If you're suspicious of someone, idk, call LP? Or just try to intervene with the "hey do you need any help?" line. Like, I work retail, too, and I don't just follow customers around if I'm suspicious of them. It's very unwelcoming at times to be there, especially in the earlier parts of the morning or later evening.Management needs to do a better job at handling creepy customers, too. More than once I've been approached by random people while shopping and have had them ask me for a multitude of obscene or offensive things. I will let an associate or manager know, as will other customers. They just stand around and shrug it off. I'm not saying they have to get involved themselves, but they should be checking cameras and contacting Silver Spring PD. I know not everyone has bad or good intentions, but when someone is outright making someone feel unsafe something should be done.But, please, make sure to check my receipt for the $11 jug of Tidy Cats I bought to make sure I didn't steal it, even though it's the only thing in my cart.

Don't use grocery pickup. We've never gotten everything on the list. Never. If that wasn't enough, we regularly have glass break when we open our back door. Then we get smushed bread on top. Wish there was another alternative that is better. Oh, yeah. Everyone else.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Wont go into much detail since ill be calling corporate because my receipt has the work ID number of who rang me out and treated me like absolute garbage. All while the manager stood right there. I was called names and spoken to rudely and the cashier would not stoo harrassing me even after i asked to be served by someone else. Good thing I have a bjs membership. Less idiots.

This plaza is Not trucker friendly, unless your a Walmart truck. They will tow semi trucks just for stopping for a couple hrs to shop and leave after. Just a warning to the public, good luck in the future for hating on big trucks that pickup just about everything you buy. It's not Walmart I've been told but the Town of Mechanicsburg. Vote accordingly!! I barely avoided being towed, IMO this town suxs.

I was in the Walmart check out and I was having an issue with my card with a defective chip the customer service representative who was checking me out was very nice and tried to help me every step of the way after about 15 minutes my car didn't work and I had half of my groceries paid for but I had to put a couple things back because my card wouldn't accept part of my grocery shopping so upon me putting the things back the very nice lady Cindy paid for the rest of my groceries I really appreciate it and it shows me that there are truly angels still here thank you so much for being kind it means a lot God bless youuu

It's a Walmart. Staff is generally friendly but several seem to speak zero English. They have good stock and the hours are pretty decent.

We ordered 100 Christmas card photos in the store. We waited and waited for over 10 minutes to speak with an associate about them, after pressing the call associate button 4 times. Then we had to wait 2 hours till we got them. Then we got them and they were all cut completely printed and cut crooked. The associate didn't even tell us they were. My wife opened the envelope to look at them and told the associate they were all crooked and he acted like he didn't know they were. He blamed it on the machine and said he checked the machine and it was fine. For the price we were paying for 100 of them, they were only willing to give us a 10% discount. Unacceptable. So we pressed and got 20% and still paid over 60 bucks for them. So now we have to re-cut them ourselves to try and straighten them out so they look decent. Needless to say we WON'T be getting pictures from here again and WON'T recommend going here for anyone looking to print photos.

This Walmart is crazy busy at all times… I got in and out relatively quickly and items are decently priced. Items are easy to find as well.
