The sandwiches were delicious we had 3 sandwiches and a small ice cream bowl and it came up to $50 quite pricey. The taste and flavor was very good, there is limit sitting inside five sitting tables inside and a clean bathroom. There are some benches outside of the shop. Very nice area.Parking: Limited parking

I had previously left a glowing review, but after a recent bad experience with the staff, I'm modifying it. Really good ice cream, cute shop & great location, but the owner, well, he is kind of rude. There is no need to be curt, sarcastic and dismissive with people. They are the reason you're in business. So, if you like decent ice cream and can overlook an owner with an attitude, give them a try.

This place is in the development.Pretty nice, simple and have a great foods and desserts!If you're in the area, make sure you stop in and grab a great paninis and or desserts. If you're not, you can always make your way and check this place out.The owner is super nice!The menu is very simple and have a great selections. They also have a kids menu too!!Will definitely come back again!

Adorable ice cream place with a cute ambiance. They have a corny joke wall, which I love to read every time I go in. It is kid-friendly and dog-friendly, they have doggie treats!Their oreo ice cream flavor and blueberry swirl are delicious. They also have a great thai turkey panini which is a regular order for me.

There are plenty of varieties of ice cream and sundaes that will please even the pickiest of ice cream eaters. The reasonable prices, and fun atmosphere make it a great family outing.

So many complaints about this place. The serving size was terrible. Our sandwiches had barely a slice of turkey. The plate was dusted with chips. The scoop of ice cream didn't even fill the waffle cone. The service was horrible. There was one person managing the cash register, ice cream and the kitchen. Definitely needs to learn customer service skills. Really sad because the atmosphere was great. Won't be a repeat customer for sure.

I want to give this place 5 star. It is a cute icecream/sandwich shop with outdoor seating ,within a walking distance from my house and their ice cream is really decent. But the owner is VERY RUDE! We had a very uncomfortable exchange, he was rude and disrespectful. Since I promised my kids icecream, I tried to let it go and went ahead placed the order anyway. He didnt even bother to use gloves as he grabbed cones. I let that go too.. Then we went outside and sat for maybe 5 minutes before he came outside and started closing umbrellas and pulling chairs- 40 min before they close. I quickly got up and we left so he is not once again talking to me with a disrespectful manner in front my kids.We won't be going there again for sure.

My daughter introduced me to this amazing gem. It has become our go to spot for ice cream on weekends and the occasional weeknight. Such friendly staff, delicious ice cream, and reasonable prices. Tonight we discovered they have ice cream for dogs so we got our pup a sundae, too! (He LOVED it) We hope to come in one day and try a panini, but in the meantime- we will continue to frequent for our ice cream cravings. Highly recommend!

You get a tiny bowl for $5-$8. The ice cream in the grocery stores taste a lot better. They only had 1 young girl working the register and serving so there was a 15 minute wait and by the time we all got out ice cream a few of ours had melted. Cute place though.

The best tasting ice cream in Cumberland county. We like The Butter Pecan and The Black Cherry. Owner always has unique flavors to like Pumpkin Cheese Cake and Tandy Cake And even Tea berry. The milk shakes are also awesome too. Will he looking forward to their Deli items to. Understand soup will he served soon. Peter the owner is a good guy too. Nice to talk too. His employees are friendly.

Fantastic place. No indoor seating (COVID19), but benches outside in this cute little Arcona Town Center place. I had the Chicken, Gorgonzola, Cranberry frisee salad (huge!) And a HUGE small sized cookies & cream sundae. The salad was super fresh, super tasty (& my special schnoodle Cho says yes to the chicken!), crunchy, deliciously creamy. The sundae was very big, all for $5.95! Fantastic cookie & creamy ice cream, real hot fudge, real caramel, real whipped cream & a cherry on the top. 3 medium sized scoops of ice cream in a banana split sized dish.My son had a veggie panini with what looked like hand made chips. So delicious smelling, my mouth was watering. He also really enjoyed the chocolate malted, very thick, creamy tasty.I hope this great place survives. I'm so glad I insisted on checking out this Town Center after we went to the Dog Park yesterday!A really nice family oriented place! I'm sure when they're able to have in store dining, I hope it'll be packed! Saw 3 families with Toddlers & babies walking to their Town Center. Also hope that management brings in more events & advertising for the vendors.Thank you for your hospitality & great food

I will give 4 stars for the ice cream but only 1 star for the service. My wife and I went there once when they first opened and the staff was very rude to us. The owner was out of town so gave them the benefit of a doubt maybe it was just a bad day. We tried it again tonight and had the same experience with some friends of ours. We walked in at 8:55pm to get a few scoops of ice cream. They did not seem happy to greet us and provide service. We sat down after they got our ice cream unaware they closed at 9pm. One of the staffed walked over and said “We’re closed, you need to leave now”. The way it was said was very rude. I understand you were closed at that point but there are better ways to say it and do it with with courtesy. After 2 bad experiences we will find another place which is a shame when your right down the street from us.

Cute facility in a cute area. Really yummy panini. I asked which the owner suggested between the Rachel and Greek and without hesitation he said Rachel. The cole slaw on it tasted home made which I love because I’m picky with cole slaw and always appreciate when something is made versus bought (not sure if they make it but if they do, keep it up). The owner was super friendly and we spoke as he made my food. He said it would be 10 mins which it didn’t seem to take that long and I’m willing to wait for delicious food. I love their wall with the underwater sea theme. I will be back! Might have to try the ice cream next time and Greek panini.Also, sorry for almost giving you a heart attack Peter… lol

Very family oriented seating outdoors and parking1st time here, it was early evening stop on my way home treated myself to some very good fresh ice cream 🍦Parking: This place is in close proximity to residential area some people drove others walked pushing a baby buggies.. gotta love 🌼 sping timeKid-friendliness: Not just for ice cream menu available for children and adults

2 stars for the decent ice cream. Service was okay. The guy was nice but got frustrated when we ordered two paninis. There was a small line and unfortunately he was the only one working. I would have been patient if he wouldn't have told me he couldn't get to the sandwiches because of the line... and I quote "Man I'm not going to be able to get to your sandwiches.. look at the line. Come on" he literally said "come on" Probably not the best idea to only have one person working on a Saturday. It's only getting warmer. I just hope the refund actually goes through.

Wonderful ice cream. Wasn't expecting to be able to get vegan, but I did and it was delicious. Me and my girls enjoyed it greater. Definitely a place you want to try out.

This ice cream shop was an amazing find, I came here with my kids. They give ice cream in generous portions and I got a delicious, cold, fresh salad. It’s a very welcoming place and we all had an excellent experience, thank you Shirley Rae’s!

This place is amazing! The staff is kind, efficient and are wonderful at their jobs. The atmosphere of the building is very welcoming, so it has an inviting feel to it. But what makes it better is the high quality ice cream. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

What an awesome hidden gem. I never knew about this place and its 10 min away from my house. I'm happy we have discovered it and added it to our list of delish ice cream shops in the area.

Went for an ice-cream to celebrate a special ocassion only to find out that they are closed. Two stars because I called ahead and the voice-mail said open everyday 11am -9pm. We got there shortly after 7pm on Feb 10th. Please update your voicemail.
