I’d love to give Sheetz a 5/5 because we haven’t had a bad customer service experience at any of the locations. I can’t though. I usually order the same thing, a turkey sub, every time I go. Location doesn’t matter. While the sub is always different quality depending on the store and who makes it, this one left me speechless.Maybe it’s the new subflatbread? Flatbreadsub? Turkey sub pizza? I can’t quite tell, honestly. Whatever it is, it’s weird and only mildly resembles the Turkey sub I ordered.Please stop smashing food, Sheetz.

The employees are afraid of sauce apparently. They put almost no barbecue sauce on my boneless wings and I paid 70¢ for a single cup of ranch... This location consistently forgets sauces and sides. The other Sheetz a mile away is much more consistent.

Doesn’t matter what time of the day the staff here will most of the time suck horrible if you order anything hot and you actually get your food hot go buy a lottery you are one of the lucky ones this sheetz is one of the worst ones in the area go some where else or good luck hope they don’t screw your orders up

Ordered a steak burrito when I got it and took a bite they put chicken and steak in it and I dont eat chicken like that. Every sheetz I try lately just doesn't get my order right no matter what I order. Guess I'm over trying sheetz. Don't recommend

Mto keeps going up in price, items get smaller, should call them baby shmuffins. Ordered a ham egg and cheese, ended up eating an egg and cheese. Forgot to put ham on it.

Understaffed, I was trapped in the drive thru line with one car ahead of me and one behind me, for well over a half hour. I must say though when I finally got to the drive thru window, Christina was super sweet and apologetic, she definitely works well under pressure. There were only two people in there trying to run everything, and that's obviously not their fault. However management should be held accountable and they clearly need to close the drive thru if/when they can't keep up.. there's no reason anyone should be essentially held captive at a drive thru.It ended up taking almost an hour to get my food, which I wouldn't have waited for if I hadn't already waited over 40mins due to being trapped in line. I just got home Oct 8 12:50am and Christina impresses us yet again, she didn't forget a thing, we got all our sauces, even napkins. She was on it, professional, and super sweet, give that girl a promotion.

I go to this one often, here lately has been the absolute best! Decoda I think is a manager there is always so positive and friendly with a smile on his face. Twice I came in for food while he was there and both times greeted with a smile and he genuinely seemed interested on how I was doing. My family and I will absolutely be back. Such a great crew!

Ordered with app used points for hot dog deal.. I will take the blame for only getting one hot dog instead of 2 like i wanted. BUT...I didn't get the deal AND app still used my points. This store #201 is very inconsistent. I'll be checking the diet Pepsi fountain drink later today.... how many times I have to mention it is out before it is fixed. Mentioned Sunday night ... Stopped Monday still no diet Pepsi. Just clear liquid

I read through the one star reviews for fun and decided I needed to counter them. I eat here almost everyday. I use the gas rewards and the food rewards. Occasionally I even get a free sub. The food always hits the spot and I can’t believe people are upset with the service - it’s good. Also it’s clean and the environment is way more welcoming than the turkey hill 5 minutes away.

Place is clean, but the MTO food is to be desired. Usually done sloppy, or not to order specifications. I really think they need new management in the kitchen. This is the only Sheetz I have a problem with when it comes to ordering food. I will say that the drinks are always fine. I wish they would add a gingerbread flavor for the iced coffees in the winter. The drive-thru at this location does take FOREVER most days.Update: 11/4 This place is going downhill. The only employee who seems to care is Kathy. Give this hardworking lady a promotion! Food is sloppily prepared. The speciality drinks, especially the coffees are not prepared properly. I was given a latte which was pure white (employees seemed to pour it full of almond milk). Kathy fixed it. All employees need to pay attention to what they are doing.Update 10/5: drive thru took 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and hash browns.Update 10/7: ordered a biscuit, was given a bagel.Update 3/12: seems to be under new Management or improved management. I have not had any problems at all for the past couple of months and Kathy is still their star employee

Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I am from New England and never been to a Sheetz location. Absolutely love everything about it, especially the made to order food! My sausage breakfast sandwich was so good. They have everything here that you could want: freshly made sandwiches, hot chocolate/coffee machines, f’real smoothies, sweet tea, frozen drinks, etc. Love it.

Not only is the crew ALWAYS busting their a**es at this location, but I have yet to see a single member of the staff interact with customers in a negative way.. even ones who clearly deserve it. My boyfriend’s nan had her coin pouch stolen from her home and police determined that it had been disposed of at this location.. the manager on duty, Amber, was super helpful and thorough when aiding in our efforts to recover it. She took the time to get our contact info and to double check trash cans that hadn’t been changed over yet. WHATS MORE, is that AFTER all of this.. even still, she went out of her way to approach us and ask if there was anything else she could do to help us. Excellence deserves to be recognized. Thumbs up!

Hoping it was just a bad day for everyone in there today, but goodness! Absolutely terrible customer service, rude staff with nasty attitudes all around. Treat people with respect and courtesy at the very least. It’s always the same guy too and I go in there once in a blue moon. Might be time to start a new career, bud. And the staff looks miserable every time I go in there. I hope you all have a great rest day of your day, you clearly need it!

The new self scan machines are absolute junk. No way to backout of the coupon screen without waiting for an employee, half the items in the store aren't recognized when scanned, and then your end up stuck.

Rude employees, inform them the lottery machine not scanning and gets an attitude like it’s not their job. Not the 1st bad experience at this Sheetz, cold food, long wait times for food & cashier. Sheetz corporate needs to do more secret shoppers to gauge a better experience for costumers. I would have rated less if it was available.

Keep your gas price UPDATED on your website. I paid $3.52 today (with .03 discount) when your website said gas was $3.49 per gallon. Next time I will go to Weis to gas up!

First time trying the drive through window for my.lunch break and noticed the sub I usually get was made completely different from when I'm inside watching them make it. 1st time taking drive through I ordered a chicken sub with Harbanero sauce, buffalo sauce, old Bay and pepper...pretty simple you would think. Well my disappointment is that they put the sauces under the meat instead of on it like they do when I order it from inside and I didn't get any pepper or old Bay on it. Seems like drive through is less cared for than the people inside.

The food is over priced for the quality the hotdogs are the best value and the best tasting they are still over priced .sheetz use to have the best gas prices they ran the small local gas station out of business they are the only place to buy gas in town and the keep it about 20 cent a gallon more than it needs to be .

As long as u know the food is kinda gross. Pizza not cooked all the way, sliders oh please u want real burgers go to steak and shake. Burgers with thick and dry. Ok to be desperate. One star for delicious smoothie!!

No option to put anything on the side, all sheetz. If you order a hot dog, it will be ice cold. If you want toppings of any kind, they will dump ungodly amounts of condiments on them, leaving the buns wet and soggy.

2 out of 3 times that I used the drive through service they forgot to give me half of my order. The last time they forgot I was even there. 40 minutes to get a sandwich, cheese stick and a soda. Only reason I didn't leave was cuz it was the only place open in the area at the time.
