I enjoy a specific flavor of wine cooler drink they sell but are often out of or certain sheetz dont sell alcohol so i called ahead before making the 20 min trip. An older sounding female answered the phone and when I asked if their location sells alcohol, she said "uh yeah." I then asked if they were in stock of the specific brand i was looking for. She replied, "ugh I dont know and we are really busy, we had two people call off, i dont have time to look." I was shocked by this reply and just hung up. I drove to the facility. They did have what i was asking for which is on a display right in front of the registers. I saw the manager and she looked liked the voice i heard but she quickly disappeared to the back after seeing me. I asked the young cashier what her name is because i want to make a complaint. He said, I dont know i just started and laughed. I actually wouldn't even be writing this complaint if it wasnt for the fact that when i got there 20 min after the phone convo about her being to busy to provide customer service, that the place was completely dead. No one was even waiting for food . That is what just boiled me over. Do better.

I have visited this Sheetz for years. They have just dramatically decreased the amount of meat they put in their subs, I have had them here and have always been satisfied with the results. I recommend skipping this place for food and visit all of the many great options close by!! I spoke with the manager and she said they are prepared by corporate. Where's the meat?I visited Jimmy John's the next day and they put in plenty of meat on my sub. Skip Sheetz for their MTO's!

Stopped going to this sheetz because the big girl behind the counter in the morning always holds my mto order hostage behind the counter. Also tired of getting cold food. The location is more convenient for me but can't stand the aggravation anymore so I go out of my way to the sheetz on market street.

Tonight was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at sheetz. I went there yesterday and they completely messed up my MTO order so I called and let them know. I was told to come back on and they would comp the meal for me. So I go back in tonight and I am on the phone with my friend telling him what had happened and the manager some young gen Z girl tells me to watch my mouth because she had minors working her. I was like I am talking on the phone wasn’t talking to you. And she got completely rude to me saying she will ask me to leave. So I said go ahead . I am the customer who pays your salery! These young kids and the entitled attitude enrages me!!! I won’t be going back to RJ e location or any for that matter!

Along with frequent stocking issues they consistently get my order wrong. The service is usually really good but when the end result is frequently being upset and getting wrong food it won't make up for itI can not understate how wrong and how frequently they get orders wrong, its to the point it seems intentional. Wrong sauces, missing sauces, entirely wrong sandwiches and the manager does not seem to care at all. If I get delivery she blames Doordash even though them getting the product wrong is CLEARLY their fault. And if I go in they reluctantly remake food even though without feeling the need to make up for any of my time or money they've wasted

I only stopped in quickly to fill up my van with fuel. Everything worked as it should and the outside was neat and clean for a gas station. I didn't go inside so I can not comment on the inside.

Thought I would stop here for a cup of coffee and a hash brown. There were four kiosk and only one works.I left and went to the Sheetz on Market street where I was heading to but thought I would give this Sheetz another chance.My husband worked at the Army recruiter office across the street and they would have to drive to the market Street Sheetz because the fountain drinks didn’t work or the kiosk were not working.

All I ordered was a “Oreo Milkshake”. They put ice cubes in it. That’s not how you make a milkshake. Their were no “Oreo Chunks” like their were supposed to be. It was more like a “water” milk shake. No I didn’t go back to. Get a new one the time is too late. Just wish someone could make a simple “milkshake”. Ugh! Won’t be ordering another one from this Sheetz. It says Oreo shake not “ice, water” shake.

Over a 30 minute wait for a drink that was already half made and still didn’t get it. Ended up having to get a refund entirely. The employee decided to get up and leave her coworkers mid rush late at night, all I had was a drink order she started making it and just stopped once it was done being blended. I stood there for over 30 minutes how does that make sense for a drink that should be made within 10. It’s honestly a shame and this same sheetz I’ve had issues with other employees of theirs with attitudes for no reason.

Paid 9 dollars for a salad that they didn't put 3 things in that I specifically added on the MTO screen, and the bowl itself was less than half full. Seriously feel like they robbed me on this order!!!

Used to love coming here since it’s so close to our new house but they hired a new day shift supervisor as well as a new night shift supervisor and both of these women are just nasty towards customers without any previous confrontation. I’ve seen this happen to other families as well as experienced it first hand on multiple occasions.

Been waiting over an hour for food. It's Christmas day, they know that they are busy every Christmas. They are the only place open. This is ridiculous. Only 2 workers!!!!! And clearly moving slow like they don't care. I ordered easy stuff. 2 hot dogs. And fries. For my kids. I worked in restaurants before. When your screen is all in the red, you move a little faster. Not slower. This is insanity. I will NEVER order food here again. And the workers are very rude !!!!

Thank you for being open on Christmas Day! Everyone did a great job. It was very busy and the employees were wonderful and kept working through it. As mentioned in another review...the only place open...Thank you for being open and working today! Also to that reviewer...the entire service industry is working with a limited staff. Everyone there did great! I ordered online and waited a little longer than usual, but I figured it would be busy when I placed my order. I waited my turn and got my order. Pretty easy. No complaints. I appreciate you all that worked today and everyday.

Placed a midnight MTO order through Uber eats. Unfortunately i got no sauce or napkins as usual for this location... However I'll give 5 stars anyway because of how phenomenally they prepared my food. I ordered three different MTO items and each was fantastic! Above and beyond any Sheetz food I've had before. Thank you!!

It's Sheetz. What's not to love? Promiscuous photos all around for the young boys and girls to view the bathroom is a fairly clean even though you only ever find one sink at works see a lot of them being rebuilt too she must be doing good as far as profit goes sheetz should have an employee appreciation Day and a customer appreciation day cuz without us guess what ? Well I think you know don't take us for granted. Not trying to be a jerk but not all of us are doing as well so maybe spreading the wealth would be the right thing to do.

So I went in tonight to cash out 2 lottery scratch tickets, i didn't know exactly how much my winnings were so I asked the cashier Laurie how much I won and she said A COUPLE OF BUCKS but I had a feeling she was lying so I looked at the printed lottery receipt she had in front of her and it was more than a couple of bucks. Obviously Laurie didn't think I would notice and said oh I forgot how to add... That is theft at its best.

Ordered food to go and received the wrong order. Took a picture if the wrong order and kept my ticket and went back in within the same day and simply asked to have my order filled correctly. Supervisor knew the orders were messed up but denied to fill it and then began on a list of reasons of why he would not fill it including one of them being that I kept my ticket just to have it refilled. After trying to show him the picture that I took of my wrong order with the ticket with it he said he didn't want to see it and I would have to contact customer service. Got through all that for a 5 dollar mistake...... I then asked for the contact information for the store manager and was denied. Shameful service to say the least. This supervisor's name was Sam.

We order here frequently over night while at work, we almost always receive poor attitudes from the employees and almost always have orders messed up. I emailed corporate about 2 weeks ago, they sent us a $15 gift card but this does not fix the continued mistakes that occur. A bucket of fries only filled half way, literally. Being given chicken tenders instead of 2 orders of popcorn chicken. Paying extra for extra sauces and not receiving it. Ordering an iced drink latte and receiving a frozen latte. These are just a FEW of the mistakes we experience. I wish there were somewhere else we could get food from working overnight but this is our only option and they continue to disappoint.

Every time I order food from here I regret it. They always forget marinara sauce when I order it and pay extra with fried apps, and last time I got chicken tender and asked for buffalo ranch, assuming it'd be on the side since they don't give you an option for tossed or the side. So of course my tenders were DRENCHED in sauce and basically not edible. They do the same thing with nacho cheese on the nachos, making the chips soggy. Also their boneless bites and chicken tenders are usually gross and slightly overcooked. Good place for beer and gas, but don't order food here. It's a joke.

Today February 18th, 2021 i ordered a whole sub steak,mayo,extra American cheese,salt,black olives and banana peppers. I got home to eat it and it had onions on it i don't eat onions and there was no mayo on it. Now being a current employee at a fast food restaurant i know mistakes could happen on busy days. Today when i ordered my sub it wasn't busy and the fact that theres a screen with specific details on what I the customer wants and its not busy there shouldn't be any mistakes.

Ordered on the app for five people. We were all quite dissatisfied. Sandwiches had incorrect ingredients even though the discription taped to it was exactly as ordered. The app samplers looked like it was put together with crumbs from the bottom of the batch. Not to mention having four sandwiches, two boxes, and a "bucket" of fries stuffed into two tiny paper bags, then those two bags put into a plastic bag with four bottled drinks. The bucket of fries had a wrapped sandwich as a lid. (Gross!) Every food item was damaged, incorrect, or smashed. The young kid that brought the order out (curbside) was polite but unsure? He could barely carry the bag because so many items were tied up in it.

It's alright but personally it's not good food takes awhile to be served even if you order like even two things and no one else is in line for food and 99% of the time it comes out cold and disgusting and forgets alot of stuff the people who work there are straight up disrespectful and no offense lazy we sat at the cash register and no one pointed us out or came because they were doing nothing then one came then one lady came out just eating and talking and it was disgusting and rude and the place is super messy and unorganized and there donuts are rarely fresh doesn't even seem like they clean the place there food thing is always down or there coffee machines worst part is coffee is 2 dollars and something but you can go to turkey hill and get it for like a dollar and 7 cents overall just nasty place and the workers are nasty and rude and just sit around and do nothing most of the time

Just left there. Ordered some jalapeno poppers. While waiting for my food i had to continue listening to one of the girls preparing food complain about how much she hated the customers and being there, continuously being rude to every person approaching to grab their meals. After waiting for 20 mintues i tried approaching and asking where my food was. She refused to acknowledge my existence. So i waited in line at the front and asked the nice lady at the checkout if she could please check on my food. Thankfully she got it taken csre of for me. Never have i had an experience like this at any other sheets. Id avoid this one. Spend the extra couple minutes and drive to the Carlisle pike....

Been comming to this Sheetz for a few year now. This is one of the first times i had problems. Nowhere did they have a sign saying that the chip reader was down. I order my food get my drink and get all the way up to the pay to find out that the chip reader has been down all day. Then thay gave me attitude when i told them i was going across the street to the bank. At the end i told them they should put up a sign and they didn't even care. Its sad that they got 2 stars because of a down chip reader and bad attitude.

This sheetz ALWAYS messes up my order. I've noticed that they seem to only ever "forget" to put on ingredients that cost extra to put on your food. I.e. the breakfast sandwiches that you can put the mini hashbrowns on that cost an extra $1.20 to add (in case their sandwiches weren't already over priced). They dont put the hashbrowns on my sandwich every single time I order that. Such a rip off. Save your time and money and go to Resslers, juice n java or even the Turkey hill across the street. You get more food for how much money you waste at sheetz and never orders that are completely wrong or missing ingredients. Plus they don't charge you extra for ingredients!
