I needed to get a prescription filled for my cat and her urinary needs. I walked in the store seems to be in disarray. The staff was so unfriendly, which is very shocking to me as a frequent Petsmart quite often. Banfield, which is another entity is absolutely horrible. They closed for over an hour for lunch. They don’t seem to care about what their customers need at all. It’s really very saddening that the worlds become so hard for the consumer.

Since getting a puppy a few months ago, I've been in PetSmart a few times to grab various items. The staff are very helpful and they have a pretty good selection of items. They also have an on-site trainer that was so great about answering questions regarding a deshedding brush for my husky puppy. They even let you bring your pet with you into the store so we've been able to bring him along to look at beds, collars, and toys.

Was having trouble finding a product for my cat and the first employee I asked took me straight to it. Solid knowledge and made the trip nice and easy.Clean store too

Great selection of items. We were there for dog stuff, so that's really all I can speak to, but it appears they have an adequate selection of cat, fish and small animal items also.The aisles are big, to allow for cart and dog (in our case) movement. The store was well stocked. We were there later in the day so there were a few spots on the floor in certain places that would need a wet mop, but it wasn't terrible by any means and I'm sure customers didn't alert staff if their pet made a mark.We'll definitely be back to get more supplies soon!

The staff is awesome and always polite but the fish and aquarium department don't have much knowledge on what fish go where.....said I was gonna buy some feeder fish as schooling for a 10gal tank.... I already knew but they never said feeder fish can carry diseases because they don't treat feeder fish... they can infect your whole tank... completely unprofessional and dangerous to customers...

The usual fish person wasn't there, the lady that got my fish for me was kind of short with me like she had something better to do, also there were only 5 feeder gold fish. Last visit was pretty disappointing

Pro Plan switched foods. My old puppy food does not exist, and it seems to have been replaced. All the stores are limited on the stock, because of Pro Plan. The Mechanicsburg store said it was in stock. I received an email that it was ready. I went to pick it up, and the app changed the store without asking or letting anyone know. I did not have time to drive to the other store. I was told I had to cancel order. This is not a review of the Mechanicsburg store, but a review of the online store. In my opinion PetSmart is the worst of the dog chains.

My sisters dog came to there groomers and left like this! Face swollen eyes swollen and vomiting and they refuse to help they took him in to monitor to him on the vet side after symptoms shown up and then left with no answers or treatment and then the front desk lady had nerve to tell her that it was because he was stressed out that it wasn’t a skin reaction to take blame off them when It was almost immediately after he came home from the groomers he had this reaction! Worst care and service we have ever experienced got brushed off and contradicted thru this whole time! All we wanted was help 😫

Needed a Hood light that was smaller than 16". The staff was helpful and you can bring your pet to the store. Purchased a LED light there with a brand name of Aqueon able to change from blue for the night to White, red and blue for daylight. Good selection of stuff and clothing for your pets along with everything else you may need. Will shop here again and again and again lol..Bringing our Yorkie Buddy with us next time

In terms of nail clipping and grinding for dogs, do not go here! I took my large breed dog to this location twice for nail services. The first time we left the salon and my dogs nails were hardly touched, definitely not smoothed or ground down. I called to complain and they had me come in again. When I went back, they had no record of asking me to come in to fix her nails and charged me for it. I just got my dogs nails done at another location and they said it didn’t appear she’d had her nails done in months and it’s only been three weeks. I would highly advise against using this location for mail services.

Just stopped in to look at the cats available for adoption. I'm happy to find out they still have cats from Paws. Some pet adoption services have insane rules. Paws is about the only adoption agency that doesn't treat you like you are getting a pet to mistreat. They take reasonable steps.

The grooming people are not professional they cut my dog eye and had to be rushed to the hospital 2 hours away please do not take your dogs there for grooming

We have our little Loki groomed there by Hannah and she is awesome! Loki can be a handful at times and she somehow makes him look wonderful every time we visit. Highly recommend her for dog grooming.

Even though this store just opened. The prices are outrageous compared to the other Petsmart. The employees really don't know how to help. I thought this store would be convenient but I definitely won't be going back here to shop. The prices are doubled. Only good thing is it's clean and spacious.

Got my dog groomed for the first time today and it was ok until I got home and saw how terrible they shaved her stomach. They did such a horrible job. I would not recommend getting your pet groomed here especially for the price.

Great quality clam sleepers for our two boys, they love them.! My wife and I would recommend them if your pet loves being under the covers all the time to snuggle and be warm, this product offers great security for your pet like being in the whom again. 👍👍👍💯

I brought my cat in for a deshed, bath, and haircut. When we left he was still profusely shedding so I called them when I got home for clarification that what I paid for was done, and the lady at the grooming center that was on the phone gave an extreme attitude and hung up on me while I was talking to her. Will never take any of my pets there again. Highly do not recommend.

The one manager here is AWESOME! A man threatened to kick my puppy and he flipped and told him to GET OUT! I was so happy the manager was near by to hear him. They really love their customers and animals!
