We've been taking our beautiful Miss Wynn Lee, one year old German Weimaraner, to Noah's for more than half a year. Wynn LOVES day care about once each week, and she's also been kenneled during one of our week-long vacations. Wynn has made SO MANY pup friends, and it fills our hearts with joy to see her playing (we love their Facebook photo posts) as well as to see her tired during the evenings she visits Noah's. We even have them groom Wynn. All around satisfaction from Wynn's parents! THANK YOU to Noah's awesome staff (everyone we've met is super terrific) for taking such good care of our little girl aka The Beast. ;)

My beautiful 9-month old German Weimaraner Wynn has been at the Mechanicsburg facility multiple times. SHE LOVES IT! A happy puppy weim makes for an EXHILERATED Mother! ;) Every staff I've met here smiles, discusses the pup and her experience, and is kind. Every other customer I've talked to walking in/out with their pups RAVES about this place too! The Facebook photos are a BONUS, and I love sharing Wynn's pics for her day care experiences at Noah's Pet Hotel & Spa West, everything from playing with other happy pups to chasing bubbles to rolling on the ground with new pup friends to relaxing in the shade to enjoying the special attention from human friends. And the price is right... though, honestly, the experience is so 5* that the price is secondary. WARNING: if you go here, you will never go anywhere else, even if it means driving out of your way (which is why I GLADLY do). P.S. Yesterday Wynn was at puppy camp plus she stayed over night for the first time. It is now mid-day AND WYNN IS STILL NAPPING... OH HAPPY MOTHER! <3

1st week (1 day a week) visit for our 2 year old lab. He had an older brother who passed not long ago and our younger boy was missing him so we wanted to give him some companionship with other dogs. So far so good. We were able to see some photos of him playing with others on their Facebook. They spend time outside playing in groups which is pretty cool. We think he was still overly excited when he got home, ended up not keeping his meal down so we will have to see how that goes.

This place is the best! My puppy has so much fun here. I love that he makes friends everyday. I purchased the unlimited pass and I am so excited that they offer it. It only makes sense. I take my puppy here m-f and I have trust that they take good care of him. He’s so worn out and tired when we get home that all he wants to do is eat dinner and go to bed. It makes me happy to know he’s getting great exercise.One thing I was a little sad about is my boy had sunburn on his nose. I’m hoping that maybe they can start applying it on his nose if I provide it. Overall do not hesitate this is the place to go!

I was pleasantly surprised when I brought Clover for her free day. The the facility was very clean and the girls that I spoke with are very knowledgeable. They kept me informed as how Clover was doing for the day. I am very happy. I have signed Clover up to continue to go there she seemed to have a very good time. I think her big smile says it all. Very happy I found Noah's pet hotel and spa for my baby.

Our dog Bella stayed from Sunday to Sunday at Noah's Pet Hotel & Spa West while we were out of town. We were so happy with her time there. She needs medication and they did an amazing job of caring for her. Highly recommend the La Carte Service for Daycare Group for their entertainment. We looked forward to seeing the daily pictures on the facebook page. We will definitely continue to take our fur baby to Noah's West.

This is the best boarding I have used for my dogs! I have 2 large spoiled dogs, usually when I pick them up from boarding they have traumatized looks on their faces, both times I have boarded them at Noah's they have been happy and healthy no trauma at all! I love being able to check on them throughout the day on the camera.

I originally started bringing my boy here when he was a puppy, he was so happy to come every day.I did go on vacation to come back and my dog had kennel cough. No one called me or anything. They kind of just said to take him to the vet. I was really pissed about that for a while.Fast forward a year and a half later, after going to many other daycares my dog has the most fun here. They actually play with the dogs. It’s really good to see that they allow all the dogs to play together instead of segregating them. I will continue to bring my dog here even though I live an hour away.The staff are pretty friendly, more friendly to the dogs than people though. But in my eyes that’s what I care about most. The prices are very fair compared to other places around here charging $50 a day which is ridiculous. Again I love this daycare and never had any issues other than kennel cough that one time.

First-time dog owner here. I toured about 5-6 different daycare/kennels in the area and picked Noah’s because I liked how the facility was laid out and how the dogs get more personalized attention here. The kennels have access to outdoors which my dog loves. The staff really made him feel at home when he first started and even sat with him in his kennel to ease his anxiety. During boarding, they offer webcam access so that really eased MY anxiety. Everyone is friendly and very helpful.

Our dogs’ first stay at Noah’s. They seemed to have a good time. Just wish that camera was sharper quality and that you could watch the dogs both inside and outside their kennel. Will be back!

The registration process was easy and so was drop off and pick up. My dog was in for the weekend, so there was no social play, but I was able to pay a few dollars extra to get some one-on-one playtime. That is a great feature. I liked being able to check on my dog throughout the day (he was in a junior suite), although I could only see him when he was inside (not the outside portion of the suite). Noah's Pet Hotel fed my dog the food I brought in for him along with treats. I was very happy with his stay.

My dog has been attending daycare at Noah’s West for about 3 years, and loves it! He’s always excited to arrive, and happy when I pick him up. The staff is great and they really care about the dogs. I have used their kennel services several times over the years as well, and knowing that my dog is in a safe and friendly environment when I leave him is important to me. We love Noah’s and appreciate having a great place nearby for Phantom to get playtime with his friends!

All of my experiences with Noah’s pet hotel have been very good. Every time I called with questions I was greeted with a friendly voice and they were very helpful. The pricing is just right and I feel very good about the facility. When I dropped off my dog for the first time she was greeted kindly and given special care in the setting of her being very nervous and shaking. I am extremely pleased!!! My dog will be staying a few times this summer.

We have been bringing our dog to Noah’s for kenneling for many years. I’m always comfortable knowing that she is in good hands. I like that she can be out among other dogs (and people) during day care hours (even though she doesn’t play too much anymore) and that she can get a little individual attention on weekends. We’ve never had any reason to worry or complain. It’s nice to be able to go away and not worry about our now 10 yr old puppy.

Noah’s provides excellent service to my two dogs. Always accommodating. My dogs always are happy to go. They wash them without hesitation every time I request them to before I pick them up. They are also very knowledgeable with my dogs. I never have to ask them to do things for my dogs. They stay on top of things and always care about the pets that stay there. I would highly recommend boarding your dog here.

Reese and Kit love going to daycare here and that has led to them enjoying boarding there also. They come home tired, well behaved dogs. I’ve toured a few boarding facilities, and this is the best one considering cleanliness, activity options for dogs, and price.

We dropped our dog (pit/mix) off for a trial day of daycare and the staff was very friendly at the Mechanicsburg location. She must have had a great time with other dogs because she slept the evening away! Lol! We plan to board her and use the daycare option while we go away for vacation this June! We are excited for her to interact and make new doggy friends.

We had a family emergency and our regular place was not accepting boarding. Noah's took care of us with no problems. The rates were great and the distance was perfect for us. I would recommend Noah's and use them again as well.

We have gone back and for the with people coming to our house, staying at our house and Noah's West. Noah's wins. We know the dogs are safe and well cared for. During the week, they play with the other dogs so they can get rid of some of their energy and are not bored. No worries about tearing up the house, people not getting them out in the am or at night etc....Also small enough that the staff really gets to know your dog. Love Noah's!

We were very happy that the staff was pleasant and seemed happy to welcome our dog on his first day. When we picked him up, he seemed happy (and tired) from a fun day of playing. The staff was also pleasant at pick up, and they were happy to provide information about how the first day went. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing people as we’ve experienced at another daycare in the area. We will definitely be taking our dog to daycare at Noah’s West again!

Noah's Pet Hotel & Spa West is a fantastic place for your pets. The whole staff is very friendly and provides you with excellent communication with the needs of your pet!! They provide options to meet your pets every need, frozen treats, upgraded boarding, web cams etc. They are reliable and responsible!! I always look forward to the friendly staff sharing with me, how baby was while he was there. I like that they give the love and attention my fur baby needs while he is away from home. It was a great experience! it was the first time I was leaving my two dogs in a boarding place, needless to say I was nervous. Steven was super helpful with setting the accounts and to put me at ease. They both had a great time, and it was nice to be able to see them through their webcam (totally worth paying for it) I will definitely leave them there again.Also, the place is always clean

This is the first time we have had the need to board our pups. I was very nervous leaving our pets, our fur babies, but the staff quickly calmed me down. They walked me through each step, toys, blankets, food, etc. The staff did not mind that we feed our pups dog food and added extras.I loved the live cams that I could check in to see our boys and how they were doing.Check out was a breeze and our pups were so excited to see us.If we ever need to board our dogs again, we will definitely use Noah's Pet Hotel & Spa facilities. We might even check out the other doggie options they offer!!Thank you Noah's for caring for our boys!!

I took my fearful border collie and brain-less terrier to start boarding here. I have a new job that will require much travel so wanted to fee secure leaving my babies behind. Within an hour had a call from Andrew who tried to integrate Diva into group play, but he carefully watched her and saw her 'freeze' and start to snap at a co-worker, so he brought her back to her suite. He brought Ziggy back to help calm her. She stayed in the suite for the 4 days but he worked with her (giving treats, working in the kennel next to her, talking to her) for the next 4 days. When i picked them up this morning, Andrew even walked her out to me without her growling at him at all! He said he'd continue to work with her next week (another boarding stay) on a 1:1 until he felt she could be calm enough to go into play group successfully.I loved being able to watch them on the video (they mostly slept on the beds and waiting for treats).i am very impressed with his doggie-skills and ability to put the well-being of the dog first. The kids will be staying at Noah's at least a week a month from now on and I'm relieved that they will be well cared for and will continue to get individual attention, even amongst all the other dogs.

Well taken care of my dogs were scared though I reserve a size specific kennel junior suite with web cam. I show up on schedule day they told me that they didn't have that kennel and put them in a small one but I see it was a good thing because it taught them to get along better with each other. I feel bad a didn't give them a tip but I will definitely next time. I was very happy with the way I saw how well my dogs were taken care of.
