Great staff and great service! I took my Exmark there with an oil leak and they had it diagnosed, fixed and ready to pick up in 48 hours. They also told me that a few additional concerns I had did not need addressed until next year which saved me a few hundred dollars which was very much appreciated. You can't go wrong at Kerry's.

I had an issue with my Cub Cadet while in the process of mowing several acres. It’s a new machine so I wasn’t thinking about needing service so soon, but after calling Kerry’s, my panic was relieved. I not only got the machine fixed (perfectly!), the process was easy, they came to pick it up the following day, did the work quickly and then dropped it off, getting me back up and running sooner than originally expected. The prices are very reasonable and they didn’t try to up sell me on anything. This is only my first experience, but I would say they have won me over- exceeded my expectations and made things so easy for me. I highly recommend!

I'm not sure who the other people leaving reviews have spoken to but everyone I dealt with here today was very respectful and pleasant to deal with. The guy on the phone was patient with me while I figured out all the parts I needed to order to get my old craftsman running again and even recommended another business for the parts I needed that they didn't carry. Kerry's has earned my business for life.

Took my push mower in for a tune up and a new side discharge chute. Parts cost a total of $88 but the labor cost $135! So I just spent $260 to tune up a $350 mower. Best of all they forgot to add the side chute, they claim it wasn’t on the write up (which is was on the copy we had) and then said they’d give us a 10% discount on the chute and proceeded to charge us the full amount. Lesson learned.

Excellent experience here. I know my way around a hardware store, but I came in to look at trimmers and left actually knowing how to take care of one and how to avoid costly repairs in a couple years. Their prices are pretty much in line with box stores but you get SO much more by shopping at a local place like this. I dealt with Stewart and he was excellent!

I ordered a wheel for my mower 3 weeks ago. They keep telling me it will be in any day for the last 8 days. Now they are telling me it's going to be another 8 days until it's in. I spoke to an ex employee of theirs and he told me they only order the part when they have enough people ordering parts to get free shipping so most likely my part hasn't even been ordered yet. They should be upfront with that from the beginning and I would have paid for shipping and now they won't even give me a refund

I purchased my lawn tractor from another popular dealer who offered a little bit more for my trade. That dealership easily recovered these savings on my subsequent service visits. One holiday weekend @11am, the mower drive belt snapped and that dealer didn't have one in stock! Kerry's did and I've been a satisfied, repeat customer ever since. Parts, retail items, and services cost less, the employees are personable and helpful. Kerry's was also great in repairing my tiller, they could have soaked me but didn't.You get what you pay for- be cautious of big-box "savings". Support your neighbors, keep your business local and you'll have a reliable resource when you need it most. In the end, ownership won't cost any more and you'll save time, aggravation, and that all-alone-in-the-world feeling when you go back to the big box to ask for help.

Was looking for a very hard to find Part for an Exmark Zero Turn mower and had a ton of help from the staff at Kerry's. Lowell spent about 45 minutes calling and getting the runaround from people but he didn't give up and was able to find out that the part is not needed. I would highly recommend them for you parts needs. Very friendly and willing to help.

Used their services a multitude of times. They over tighten everything. They charge more than most others because they are one of the only services that does maintenamce work on lawn equipment. It got to the point where learning to fix it myself or networking and meeting people who charge less, became more economical.

Incredibly rude! I spent 15 grand and they were nice that day, after that I couldn't get the time of day. the culture here is led by the owner who treats people as a means to his end. this attitude seems to infect most his employees. the horrible customer service is legendary among professional landscapers in this area. They continue to exist because there are not many other options, and they are well stocked. if there were another option most people whom I spoke with would abandon them in a second. In the end there is a very high likelihood you will be disappointed with your purchase and or service. Bob's outdoor Power Equipment, is an option for those who don't mind driving there.

The person we dealt with was Vinny. He was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. We are still waiting for the lawn mower we'd like to get to come in and it still hasn't and it's been at least a month, which I don't think is there a problem. I think it's the manufacturer.

I actually didn't have any work done here but I recently bought a new toro mower from another store. I didn't even have it 30 days and the engine was cutting out randomly so I was trying going to schedule an appt with kerrys. They said they were back up with work and the gentleman on the phone spent an extra few mins on the phone with me and walked me through a simple solution. I did what he said and it worked. The mower has been working great since. I am grateful the solution was simple. These guys really know their stuff. Thanks!

Kerry’s lawn and garden was once a good place. It has gone dramatically downhill, employees that work there are rude and unprofessional even when you buy equipment from them. They sell you on the fact that if you buy from them instead of the big retailers that you get better service etc. That couldn’t be further from the truth. I call for simple information on a tractor I spent over $4000 on and They gave me a hassle just to give me a product part number to see if I can find a a used part before buying new. They wouldn’t give me the product number for the part unless I ordered it through them. The guy was pissy on the phone from the start had an attitude from the start of the phone call, and this place will be the absolute last place I go to to buy any equipment or garden equipment I need. I hope The big box retailers put you guys out of business because you deserve it because the personal service that you’re looking for buying from a local shop and supporting the local mom and pop stores is now gone with you!

I rarely review places, but I am very upset at the quality of service that this place provides. Very poor customer service. Repairs took weeks longer than I was told. Never called when repairs were done. Tried to get me to pay for warranty work. Put additional charges on my invoice that they never discussed with me upfront. Wish I could rate it a 0.

This is an awful place to go. They have been rude every time I go. I own a landscaping company and I sent a new hire of mine to pick up some trimmer line. He wasn’t completely sure how to put it on so he asked if anyone there could help him. They told him it would cost him $40. It can be tricky if it’s your first time but it’s a 2 minute job if you’ve done it before. This is just one example of the atmosphere and response you get from this store.

I bought a lawnmower and snowblower there and they were attentive then. But any time I need toro parts, it's a hassle to deal with them. They've either been out of stock of basic maintenance parts and/or are just plain rude as if they dont want to be bothered by you. I was in there while the guy behind the counter chatted it up with another customer for 15 minutes while I stood there waiting to buy parts. I'm done with them.
