This is a review for the Starbucks inside. Lovely branch and I really enjoyed the quality of food and timely manner in which it was served. The bacon, Gouda, egg sandwich is yummy was delish as well as the new blended strawberry lemonade! I would recommend.

I met the most kindest, soft hearted soul at the Giant at Cumberland Pkwy. His name is Chris and he is a cashier. They should be very proud to have him as an employee. Give him a shout out if you are ever lucky enough to meet him!

I love rhis Giant. Its easy to navigate, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.I use the pharmacy frequently and absolutely love the staff there. They treat you with kindness & compassion.The store has recently been renovated and looks great! They added a lot of lighting inside the frozen secrion and health & beauty, as well as several other places.They also added a computerized system to streamline finding peoples prescriptions so picking up is quicker.

I shop at this Giant once every 2-3 weeks for groceries. I personally have had only great experiences with the staff and cleanliness of the store. The prices are a bit expensive but if you sign up for a rewards card (it’s free!), you can get some pretty great deals on a lot of food. my favorite is the meal of the week, where you buy one item (usually the protein of the meal) and get the rest of the items for free! Also with the rewards card, when you buy groceries you rack up points that you can then use as an additional discount on your groceries or for gas. I have gotten over $1/gallon off of my gas this way and it is a huge plus! My only concern is the produce in this particular Giant can look a bit beat up and smooshed sometimes. I always have a great experience at this Giant!

I usually stop here a few times a week on my way to work because it’s convenient and has a Starbucks but the last four times in a row I have been there the Starbucks hasn’t been able to make the drink I wanted because they’re out of something.Add this into the removal of a few bulk food items I would frequently purchase as another reason I will not be stopping there anymore. I’ll take my business to Wegmans or a more convenient (and stocked) store.

rude staff, it was fine until I got to checkout. heard one of the staff members talking bad under her breath about the “people” meaning the customers. And my cashier made me feel rushed, she didnt have very good customer service. Hopefully theirs better staffing in here somewhere

I always have the hardest time finding things here. But the store is very clean and the staff is usually really friendly. I visit Starbucks here more often than shopping. It's super convenient, the service is phenomenal, and I'm usually in and out. I go here more often than the Starbucks right outside this store because of the quick, convenient service.

Very poorly managed. Produce dept has real issues staying in stock on basic items, especially green peppers and cucumbers ( not exactly exotic veggies).Milk, frozen foods, and cheeses are also too difficult for this store to maintain in-stocks.If you use self serve checkouts know that for some readon pick your own corn is not available for you to select when you check out requiring you to wait until a morose and unfriendly millennial decides to come over and make it possible for you to continue. It is always disappointing and aggravating trying to shop there.

You can never go wrong at Giant, as they always have fresh produce, meats, and cheese in these depts (unlike many other local grocery stores with terrible looking food such as wilted, soggy, or bruised produce, discolored meats or moldy discolored cheese that's not supposed to be, or even many food items being sold that are beyond the expiration date marked on the items).Giant in some cases is slightly more expensive than some other grocery stores but it's well worth it to have fresh food, a nice clean atmosphere in their store while shopping, roomy aisles to move about it during busy times of the day, helpful employees that don't run the other way when they see you coming with a question (unlike Walmart employees), a greeting card aisle with a nice selection of Hallmark and Day Spring branded cards for those special occasions, as well as a nice selection of fresh flowers and even balloons, public bathrooms that are much cleaner than most other places, a large variety of goods that very seldom go out of stock (at the store locations anyway), and several cash registers with cashiers rather than primarily self-checkout (unlike Walmart). Lastly, customer service and management HAPPILY listen to your concerns and attempt to resolve any problem you may have, and they always welcome feedback❣️

I had a situation that needed to pay off bills on Western Unions. The staff were wonderful, patience and had great sense of humor trying to fix everything. They were able to refund and pay to correct billing address. It took a while but they made it all possible to make this work. Take care, Staffs, and thank you for everything!

This is a very convenient location right across the road from where we live. We can find almost everything we need and all vegetables are of good quality. Their bakery section is very good as well.

I don't understand why you have baggers when the don't comprehend how to bag produce. Had 2 boys bagging and combined they equal half a brain cell. In one bag they had eggs on the bottom and a box of fruit cups on top. Also bagged Strawberries n bananas with gallon of juice. No customer wants to have bruised fruit. ( after searching for fruit that is actually worth purchasing. Half the fruit in this store is already moldy. The rotation of produce is awful.

Convenient but regularly sells expired food. Had to return month + expired sauce the other day. They were selling rotten, week + expired salmon that smelled repulsive. I don’t know who’s responsible for checking the expiration of stocked items but they need to do a better job

Clean, fast, friendly and efficient! I enjoy the benefits of Peapod so much that I seldom actually visit the store. When I do visit, it is always well stocked, well maintained and clean. The meat and produce sections are beyond awesome. Keep up the good work!

Employees here are usually very friendly and helpful if you have a question so just ask. I come here nearly 3 times a week. Unfortunately lately they do run out of some of the more unique items I’m looking for but the the staples have been available at least in off brand products.

Aggressive shelf stocking during open hours and narrow aisles create a unfriendly environment. I had a clerk stalk me through the store and make a point of giving me the stink eye... three times during my visit. My crime was that I was startled when she nearly hit me with an empty cart. I found the behavior to be very childish and aggressive. Weis has always been a customer friendly environment. They will continue to get my business.

Visited here about a month ago and I’m still upset about it. We were visiting from out of state for a funeral and needed some food. We ended up purchasing more food than we could eat and had to return some because we couldn’t transport it on our 9 hour drive home. While I was waiting in the customer service line, the woman helping me was standoffish and said she couldn’t return my items. She asked her supervisor, named Ashley, if she could and that woman said yes while walking towards us. Once she saw what I was returning (frozen food), she said she would have to throw it out because it can’t be placed back on the shelf due to safety concerns. I apologized and said we would have had to throw it out anyway as we were driving hours away that day and had no freezer to store it in. With that, she rolled her eyes and just stood there glaring at me. I apologized again but she just kept glaring at me. I was so uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. I hate wasting food as much as anyone else, but I don’t think I deserved this treatment from Giant employees either. Each time we visit the area this is our closest store, but we will be going somewhere else from now on.

This store is great and always well maintained. Very convenient close to home shopping experience. My only gripe and reqson for a 4 star review is that there debit and credit machines routinely fail leaving the store cash only. Wouldn't be so bad...but they're still in the stone-age when it comes to ATM machines and their ATM charges a fee to withdrawal cash....meaning not only do you have to wait in a gigantic line to get money out, you're also paying an additional $2.50 to purchase your groceries...super not cool and very inconvenient. Especially in a world of rising costs and high inflation. Very bad way to look out for the consumer...
