We get our cake from Dairy Queen every year. This year they really out did themselves. They made us the coolest cake ever!! And delicious too! We stopped ordering from the Carlisle store after multiple disappointing cakes, and the last one made us all sick! But we have never had a bad experience, and will continue to drive the extra distance for Mechanicsburg DQ!*Disclaimer; we added the sea creatures (sharks, seahorses, & crabs)

Perverse cars only service after 9:00 pm. Creates additional air pollution with no regard for the climate crisis.The vanilla cone was tasty though the small size is suitable for sharing by at least two people.Great ice cream but no regard for the environment.

One of the best Banana Splits I've ever had. Chocolate ice cream banana split with hot fudge pineapple hot fudge nuts whipped cream and two cherries. It was even smiling at me. :)

My children and I have been going to this Dairy queen location for many years, sometimes several times a week. Tonight was our first time having an unpleasant experience. I went through the Drive-through and ordered 1 small vanilla shake, 2 small chocolate shakes, a blizzard and a float. The individual at the drive-through asked me "one or two chocolate shakes?" I repeated two chocolate shakes and one vanilla. She said "okay" and gave me the total. I pulled up to the window, paid and looked over my receipt. I noticed they rang me up for one chocolate shake, one vanilla shake, the blizzard and float. When the girl came to the window and handed me my ice cream (didn't do the flip thing of the blizzard. Even though I could care less about that) I brought it to her attention. She told me to hold on a second. She then came back and said "my manager said we can't add to your order". I proceeded to tell her that I understand that if I was decided to add something last minute bit they messed up my order. She proceeded to tell me that there is nothing she can do and that she would fix the problem if her manager would allow her. So I went back in line so that one of my kids wouldn't be without. They in no way tried to fix the mistake of an employee and just made things more difficult on a customer.

Very good and delicious products sold by them. We really like ice creams. Service is very quick too. We always prefer to take it on the go. Kids always search the nearby Dairy Queen outlets in the areas where we are planning to travel which tells how much they like the ice creams. They are Queens for all the Dairy products offered.

Good ice cream and friendly workers. Mostly teenagers working here, but seem to really enjoy being there. Sometimes it feels they get caught up in socializing and the drive thru moves slow. It is good to see them enjoying their work and because of that I don't mind the wait too much.

Always a pleasure to come here for delicious ice cream treats!Friendly and helpful staff, easy to use drive-thru, and of course, the ice cream! I have had several of their ice cream cakes, and they are SO good. My mom's favorite id the blizzards, so I pick up several and put them in her freezer for her to enjoy whenever! The store is clean and bright - very welcoming!

Almost $5 for a small blizzard. Literally costs more than a pint of Ben and Jerry’s or Haagen Daz, yet smaller. Why does a small blizzard cost more than a pint of premium ice cream? Nice staff though.

We really like Dairy Queen, however, this store has messed up our order several times going through the drive through by either missing items or missing ingredients and we find out once we get home and get ready to eat what we bought. We are 20 minutes away so we can’t just drive back to have them fix it. Today I actually called and spoke to the manager and she refused to discount the item they made wrong last week when we stopped and ordered, according to her the policy is that you have to call that same day so they can add it on their books. The world would end if heavens forbid she were to discount the item they made incorrectly because we didn’t call that day. So I’m writing a review to let you know that if they ever mess up your order, you must know that you must call that same day for them to add you to the book before they can correct it another day. I let several occasions slide by because we just couldn’t drive back, just to find out today that I should have called every single time to get my issue corrected. Hope this helps folks get their orders corrected in the future when DQ is in the wrong about their order.

Priced higher than the other Dairy Queens I've been to and I've been to many bc I have an addiction to Cookie Dough Blizzards. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. There was way too much chocolate syrup in my blizzard but that's just me being picky so other than the price it's a nice Dairy Queen

My fiance brought me here for a ice cream date a couple weeks ago. The workers were not annoyed it was so late til close and they were very professional and courteous about my nut allergy. I will always remember that this is the best dairy queen!

Very friendly staff. The young woman that helped me never stopped smiling. She was cheerful and helpful. Asked a lot of questions and was on my way. We got an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday. She loved it!

Very long line but so very much worth the wait. Each purchase and pick up where 5 mins. Plus my husband and I come from the other side of Harrisburg. Keep up the great job guys. You are doing awesome. Definitely will be back again.

Haven't been there in a while; the ice cream is wonderful and delicious but be careful to buy any other food there. Some teenagers care and on those days the food is great and some teenagers do not care and on those days the food is terrible. I got very sick from a chicken sandwich I bought so I have not returned since that time.

I was given an ice cream cake from here last year and I have to say it was really good! Nice oreo chunks, perfect ice cream, and boy was the detail amazing! I will definitely be back for some more cake and ice cream

Went in on a Sunday night. I waited for over 15 minutes in a standstill in the drive thru. Decided to park and go in.I waited for over 10 minutes to be served. 4 customers were taken ahead of me as staff walked by me as I stood at counter. Walked out in totally disgust. Staff had no clue what they were doing. Took 4 of them to give a customer 2 Blizzards !Chaos, poorly trained staff, poor customer service.
