While waiting on the pharmacy line, the lady behind the counter was very rude and curt with the customers. I'd rather drive further to the CVS inside the target store.

My husband had rotator cuff surgery but wasn't released until after our regular CVS pharmacy had closed. The doctor sent another script in to a closer CVS. His regular CVS pharmacy had already filled the prescription and they would not fill the script. They could see we hadn't pick up the other prescription but refuse to help. The next day I went to pick up the script but the further pharmacy had called and canceled the script. I had to drive the 20 minutes back to the other location. If they had just taken a minute to call, it would have saved us a lot of unnecessary issues. My husband went 19 hours without pain medication.
