I thought all I had to worry about was a bad haircut...I took both of my dogs here a few months ago when we moved to the area. One only needed its nails trimmed. As soon as I got the dog back in the car I realized she was bleeding all over my girlfriend. Two wicks were cut and when I brought her back in the employee put quik stop on the wounds and stated that usually they do the nail clippings first so that any accidents can be fixed and healed up before the owner picks them up.My other dog needed a full grooming. When I picked him up I noticed he was squinting a bit. Within an hour his eye was completely shut. I called to complain and the employee told me they hadn't done or noticed anything. They then called back and said that they did notice that my dog's eye smelled funny. Really? We took the dog to the vet and sure enough they had scratched his eye. He's fine but the vet visit set us back $80 not including all the grooming, none of which was reimbursed.This was my first and last experience at Bowser Boutique and my worst experience with a dog groomer in 30 years and at least 4 states.

Everything was amazing all around. First time we've ever felt comfortable leaving our dogs with a Groomer. We'll continue to come here and sending our friends their way. Keep it up!!!

I don't even know how anyone would book an appointment with these idiots. All I did was call and they had no idea what they were talking about. I don't want my poor baby to get hurt. I checked all the other reviews, horrible. Never will I be calling them ever again. And neither should anyone who reads these reviews.

Excellent groomers. I have been a customer for over 20 years. All of my dogs always look beautiful when I pick them up!!
