Love stepping inside this store! Everyone is very friendly and treats you like a treasured guest. I recently switched to their Groomer, Amanda. She was so nice and did a fantastic job with our 80 lb. ,3 year old male Goldendoodle, Rory. Can’t wait to earn rewards to save money on grooming services and treats.

I cannot say enough good things about Amanda, one of the groomers at Benny's. My dog Callie is sweet, but reactive around other dogs and nervous around people. In the year or so we've been coming here, while she's been trained at home, Amanda has worked absolute MIRACLES with her with grooming, to the point where Callie is comfortable being blow dried after hating the dryer with a passion. Today, Callie even greeted Amanda with a wagging tail and walked into the grooming area willingly! And of course, my girl is always well groomed and perfectly clean when she walks out. The grooming prices are reasonable as well, but you can't put a price on your dog being comfortable with a groomer, and that's what I value most.

I loved coming here to get my senior dog groomed and deshedded. All the other large pet chain stores wouldn't groom her because she couldn't stand for long periods of time. Benny's never had a problem with it and was always patient with my dog and let her lay down when she needed a break. Their prices on grooming are a lot more affordable here than other places I've been to as well. The employees are also super welcoming and sweet. Now I take my 2 puppies here for nail filing. Always support our small business owners. 😊

We went there for the first time today. The nicest lady cut my chihuahua's nails, no easy task! My dog turns into a monster when she has to have a nail trim. This lady knew exactly what to do. Easy peasy! We will definately go back again!!!! TEN STARS FROM ME!!!

Recently moved to the area and found this gem. What a wonderful place for my dog’s needs! Fantastic food and treat options as well as quality chews and toys. Clean, well stocked. The icing on the cake is the staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to support a good, local business!

I had my first experience at Benny’s today! Shame on me for not getting her name… but one of the employees there was so incredibly kind and took a lot of time with me to answer my many questions as I explore transitioning my two dogs and cat to a more raw food and balanced natural diet. Not only was I impressed with the customer service, their selection was top notch!! So many great options and very reasonably priced IMO. Higher quality food is expected to be more expensive than what you would get at your average Petsmart - but I was pleased to find that they run sales and promotions, and even give samples of certain items! I signed up for their customer loyalty program and you can bet they just gained a customer for life. Highly recommend to any other pet parents in the area!!!

I've been shopping here for a few years - trying to support the local stores and only visit the big box stores when absolutely necessary. Along with a great selection of products, the staff are very knowledgeable! They have given me excellent advice about specific ingredients, the latest studies on certain foods, and even my dog's health conditions. They research the companies and food products they carry to be sure they are above standard and make it a point to carry locally-owned products. Every trip has been a fantastic experience!

Everyone at Benny's is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love that when we walk in they call out my dog's name and make a fuss over him. They helped me pick out a dog food for him when we adopted him and 9 years later he is a happy and healthy 14 year old.

We moved to the area about 3.5 yrs ago. Prior to moving, I messaged Benny's on recommendations on vets since we didn't know anyone in the area for our then 14 yr old nervous rescue pup. They immediately sent me some suggestions and we had a great experience with the vet we chose. Benny's helped us provide food, treat and chewy recommendations as our pup continued to age. Sadly, our pup passed at the age of 17. The kindness shown my the staff was incredible when I came in to donate an unopened bag of food. We are now taking the plunge into getting a puppy. Once again, their staff was so kind to help navigate the best food etc for our new puppy. We are so thankful that we found a great and caring team.

I had my puppy groomed at Benny's Pet Depot today, for the second time. I just love that place. My Pookie looked even more handsome than the last time, which was the first time he was ever groomed. If these ladies keep grooming him, he might be starring in TV commercials or the movies.

They carry items and fish that you can't find at big brand pet stores, and their prices are way better. The workers are knowledgeable and attentive. I love that they have signs with information on the fish tanks. Most places just want to make money with no regard for the animals, but this place actually cares. Also, you can usually ask them if they can get a type of fish in for you, and you can reserve some if they're in isolation or on hold. I love supporting a local business and they make it super easy!Some extra info: there's a $10 minimum for card purchases. Also, when they get a shipment of fish in, they get put on hold for a day or two. So even if they have them in stock, you may have to wait to buy them. It's for the benefit of the fish so they aren't stressed out or sick etc.

We've been buying our Princess's special diet food here for three months. The people are friendly and they always are able to get what we need. I really appreciate this place!My dog has many food allergies. The girls there are doing their best to help us find some things she can safely eat.

Only place around carrying both Fussie Cat Wet and N&D Dry Cat Foods. Great service. And for a relatively small shop it doesn't feel as if your being stalked, but they are quick to answer all questions. Also offers a Military Discount!

Very knowledge staff and decent selection of products. Staff is also very nice to deal with. We’ve had our dog groomed here several times and are always impressed with their thoroughness. The price seems very reasonable for the couple hours they spend with our dog and the dog always comes out looking good and smelling nice.

Love this place. Has everything my dog could ever need. Our dog loves to destroy his toys and we always stop at Benny's to pick up new toys for him to figure out a way to destroy and he has fun doing it. The store maybe a small but they stock a lot of stuff. Sometimes they host low-cost vaccine days for animals which can save you a lot of money and did I say this is my favorite pet place ever. Give it a try you can't go wrong the prices are good and the service is even better.
