I tried getting change for a $20 at the self checkout and the woman helping in that area said “this is the self checkout”. I said “I know. I just checked myself out and got a $20 but I need two $10s. She said she wasn’t able to get me change. So I take my $20 to customer service. Wait in line. Ask the woman at the counter for change for a $20. She said she can’t open the drawer to give change. What in the actual hell is going on at Walmart? The lack of customer service (by no fault of the employees, if it’s a store policy), is pathetic.

I’ve never been treated the way I was today. I was doing my shopping for my small family after work. The old lady working at the self checkout must’ve seen my dirty clothes from a hard days work and decided to hover (within 3 feet) and stare at me scanning every item, thinking I couldn’t afford a cart of groceries. Not only was she well inside my personal space, but made me feel like an absolute criminal. I contribute to society everyday and have never even had a speeding ticket. NEVER will I be back to this place. I’ll gladly pay 10X the price anywhere else and afford it comfortably. Needless to say, customer service got the whole cart back and I’ll take my refund elsewhere.

I prefer delivery rather than self check out. Any business that offers that gets a star demoted. Why am i paying more for food and doing the clerks job for free. Dumb. But more money for corporate. The delivery service is great and without a car its a lifesaver. Just stop dictating how much i should tip. Try paying your employees and stop sucking the life out of my purse.

Every month I buy 4 cases of water for my place of employment. Every month the greeter asks to check my receipt. I feel like I’m getting profiled. Do you really think I’m going to load up a cart with $21 worth of water and steal it. Very unhappy with this Walmart. Glad I do my shopping in edinboro where I don’t get harassed ever time I go in.

With the renovations going on, it is very difficult to find what you are looking for at this time. Once they update their store locator map, it will be easier to locate items. The parking lot is not designed well for easy in and out. Very few cashiers, mostly self check out, and the person assigned to the door is there to check receipts. You want me to check myself out, but yet you want to see my receipt. Punish everyone for that 1 dishonest customer? Go back to cashiers.....

Clean store. Set up well. Prices too high but its like that everywhere rn. Big variety of groceries. Can be crowded and annoying when customers don't watch where their going with their carts. Open 24 hours so late night shopping is less people.

RUDE EMPLOYEE THAT LITERALLY HIRT MY HAND BECAUSE SHE DIDHT LIKE MY QUESTION!!Today I was in Walmart and the cashier was incredibly rude and hurt my hand because she became frustrated. We had about 30 items total. ( 12 items were different tubes of acrylic paint ) well it took her 13 mins to scan them all. While she scanned she kept missing the bar code because she would be looking around. Well she put my chicken in with my paper notebook then started putting my pain in that sane bag. I said . ( exact words) “ im sorry dear can you put the paints in a separate bag? I don’t want them to pop and ruin the meat” She took a deep breath rolled her eyes and took the two paints out threw them in another bag and I went to grab the other bag and she grabbed the bar on the rotary table and spun it very hard and it caught me in my stomach and when it hit me I put my hand out and the metal bar crushed my hand. And when she did it you can tell it was out of anger. All because I asked to put paint in a different bag so it didn’t ruin my paper and chicken. She made it completely obvious she hated her job. She literally had no motivation to check us out and then hurt me because I asked a question. I will be calling the BBB.

Cullen at the service desk is the best kind of mad man I have ever seen. I think he simultaneously pulled off 5 different tasks within a minute. Well done sir! If you don't make him the king of the Walmarts, you are fools!!!!!!!

I work for Jackson Hewitt. The staff there is FABULOUS!!!! I usually go to an Erie location and after working inside Meadvilles walmart, I honestly can say I've NEVER SEEN OR BEEN to a more friendlier walmart, so much energy and understanding between the employees and management!!!! They make you feel at home!!!! The staff there is VERY helpful and caring. From Jackson Hewitt COL and myself personally, this store gets a 5 star rating. I've felt like crap and they CARED! If you're in the neighborhood, just know whatever they are doing they do care and they are doing their jobs!!!!I wonder how many out-of-townsers will mention this Walmart since they wanted to stop at this Walmart for "a view " of solar eclipse day. Soooo many times the bathrooms had ro be cleaned. Who appreciates????

The worst managed store I have had the displeasure of dealing with. If you are shopping for incompetence, and poor customer service then this is the place for you! This Walmart continues to absolutely amaze me with poor management and associates!

It's a decent store... it's still walmart though. Almost all of the checkouts have been replaced with self checkout now, and there are employee shopers everywhere for online orders blocking the isles. I would be fine with the self check outs, but they are constantly breaking, getting errors, etc. There is also a problem where their map in the walmart app doesn't match the store due to remodeling. The store looks like it could be pretty good in a few years, but for right now, it's just chaos.

So I really don't appreciate that Walmart consistently charges you twice for one item when you ring things up. Think it's kinda funny that that's nvr happened to me any where but Walmart. And it consistently happens there. Repeatedly.They steal your money. Then the fact that they check ur receipt and still don't see that it charged me twice for an item i only hage one of.

Stopped here on the way back from Grove City Premium Outlets. Great Walmart off the beaten path that is spacious and not busy at all! I happened to go on Black Friday which was great to actually not have people all over the place. One thing I noticed was that the pharmacy area was a little smaller than usual Walmarts. WIth that said, the clothing sections were HUGE!While all Walmarts more or less follow the same layout, the cash register area in this walmart was very spacious and the self serve checkouts were excellent! Lots of parking!

Bought some diced ham there, got home, put it in my dinner, and then looked at the package- it was 2 weeks out of date! I went to answer the survery on the receipt, and they said the ability to do a survey was only available for a week. Your product sat on the shelf out of date longer than I waited to reply to a survey! I submitted one without the survey code, but still told them I bought a product 2 weeks out of date. Heard nothing. Sent them a message on their Facebook page. Still heard nothing. So I just reported them. Absolutely terrible!

Well organized and well stocked! Had no problem finding the stuff that I needed in the store. This was my first time at this store and when I asked a staff member wear something was they were able to point directly to the location it was at.

Amazing how one Walmart seems to be better than another Walmart, even though the company strives to keep them all the same. Maybe it is the management style? The one here I prefer over the one in Edinboro.

Please bring back the Lean Cuisine Low Carb Pizza. It is the only thing that gets me to this store. You got rid of them in the remodel. Atkins Frozen Meals would also be nice. If you bring them back, I’ll change this back to a 5 star. Thanks.Ps. I was buying 10-15 at a time and will continue to because they freakin delicious.

This is the worst store I’ve ever been in. They rearranged the store so nothing is near anything and I had to run all over the store just to get a few quick things. The parking lot is also horrendous and has been for a long time. Huge rocks in the walk ways in the parking lot that no one can walk on without twisting their ankles. Whoever runs this store should be fired

Tried to buy a pack of "2" donuts off the day-old rack today but they had been mis-priced. The only reason I knew that was because the label stated they were a pack of "8". So I took them to the bakery only to be told they couldn't make the correction, they would just throw them in the garbage, and I could go buy two donuts from the "regularly priced rack. REALLY?!?!?! What kind of a policy makes sense where you'd rather throw away food than make a correction to a previous error! BTW....the discounted price was $3.05 for two cake donuts that were already 2- days old. Anyhow, I let the man put them in the garbage and I went home without any donuts! Sad day in 'merica!!!

Stressful to find items now with new set up. And when look for item on app to find in store it will give aisle letter and number that cant find cause it would be say at bakery counter. Couple aisle listed aren't labeled in store.

Shelves are never fully stocked. Nobody knows where anything is, and rather than go look, they say they are out. Atmosphere is low employees don't look happy and management corrects publicly instead of privately. It's not a fun place to shop.

I pulled in to pick up my groceries at 9:00pm for a scheduled 9:00 -10:00 pickup. I then rec’d a text saying they were delayed. I called the number on the sign, got a message with directions to leave a message and my groceries would be brought out. I left the appropriate message. Called again and the woman said my groceries weren’t picked yet and it would be 20 minutes. I told her I would be in the same space. At 9:10 I got a text saying my groceries were ready. One of the delivery folks came to my vehicle by mistake and I gave him my name. At 9:40 I called and left another message. By this time, folks who came WAY after me were getting their groceries. I called and got Kelly who said I didn’t get my groceries because I never checked in. Apparently, Kelly was never trained on how, when, or why to check the voicemail. So, even though the recording says to leave a message and they will bring your groceries to you, they won’t because the employees are not told to check it. Another problem was when I was told that my groceries weren’t ready yet (at 9:00) I was not told that I had to check in a second time because the system won’t let the employee mark the customer as there until the groceries are ready. I mistakenly thought that two messages and one live person were enough to notify. So, an hour later I got my groceries. I spoke with the manager (Daniel) regarding the glitch in their system that tells you to leave a message and no one gets it and also that an employee would not tell you that even though you checked in it means nothing and you need to check in again when your groceries are ready. He was polite enough but offered no compensation for my lost hour. It sounds to me like Daniel has a training issue.

Construction outside both entrances, instead of enter and exit...using just one side at each door. The store itself is always clean and orderly. I went to get items for a vehicle oil change. Good thing I had my cellphone to search for the correct oil filter, there was no reference book available.Easy check out. The only thing that I don't like about this Walmart is the parking lot!!

I wanted to let you know what a great experience we had last night in the phone department with Christian, Wayne and Donovan. They were so helpful in getting our new phones picked out and explaining the different plans to us! We weren't sure which way we wanted to go. They were very knowledgeable in answering the different questions we had. Thanks yinz guys!!! 😁
