I have shopped at the Meadville location for several years and have never been overly impressed but because it's convenient to my area I have continued to buy there the customer service at the Meadville location has a lot to be desired most of the time you have to find someone but in my recent visit I had asked for assistance and in a fair amount of time I did get an employee that said he knew the department I was inquiring much to my frustration everything I asked the person replayed he could not answer my question it wasn't rocket science it was just a simple yes or know but the person confined to reply I can't/ won't answer that it wasn't difficult I just want assurance that what I was asking would match up to the point I finally said just go at what he replied he would get a manager at which I person came that was not a manager was most definitely a Freind of the first employee and the dialect continued to rapidly spire to where I put the materials dow and left the store with out purchasing anything and I'm at this point think of never buying Meadville store again i hope this reaches someone who will attempt to fix this problem in the Meadville Home Depot not a great experience

I ordered a new electrical panel that needed to be brought from another store and a RYOBI ONE+ HP 18V Brushless Cordless Compact 3/8 in. Right Angle Drill that stated it was available in store that I planned to pick up then return home to continue working on my project. I paid with several home Depot gift cards and waited for the pick up notification. Turns out though, that the right angle drill was not actually in stock. After trying to figure out what to do and finding out there was no way to just transfer or retrieve a different drill from a different store, they cancelled my order and told me I need to come into the store to get store credit since I bought it with gift cards. So I went in expecting to get my credit back then drive half an hour out of my way to another home depot in order to get the drill I need to finish my project. When I get there I'm told there's no way they can get me my credit yet do to processing the other parts on my order not being finished. And that I should go home and fish my used gift cards out of the trash in case the funds go back to the cards I used. But they won't know whether the funds will go back to my used cards or if I'll have to come back in, most likely tomorrow when the order might have finished processing, to get the credit from them personally. So I end up driving in after being told to come to the store to get the credit back, find out it's not gonna happen, leave to wait for a phone call most likely a day away, and still no drill to use for my project. I'm beyond irrate. I feel like there should have been an easier, and quicker way to deal with this, without jerking me around and leaving me in Limbo.

If I could give a zero, I would.My daughter and son-in-law chose flooring, had the guys measure, and contacted the store when they received the email to set up an install date. Called 4 times on Saturday and never spoke to flooring and each time the call looped around to an operator and then were hung up on. They gave up on that process. My son-in-law went on Monday to pick up the flooring, pay for it and schedule the install. He was in the store 2 hours. Heard a never ending flow of excuses including of course, they just got a new system and they couldn’t process the order because some of the order was on special order and some was in stock. It couldn’t be separated on the computer under their new system. He spoke to the flooring department, manager, and supervisor. He left with nothing after making a special trip. My daughter called the next morning and got nowhere with the Meadville Home Depot. They cancelled the order. If Home Depot doesn’t care about a $5,000 order slipping away, what kind of service will you get buying even a ceiling fan? Our country’s customer service has gone down the toilet.

The lady, ( Sharon. ) who helped me , at the Meadville Home Depot, was very helpful and a very kind person, she is very knowledgeable, in her departamento, which has blinds and flooring etc.

Just giving the store a 1-star review for their "inconsiderate" care of handicap shoppers! Most handicap parking is located at the main entrance, meanwhile ALL check-outs are located at the opposite end of the store. To add insult to injury, if you choose to use one of the two handicap parking spots furtherest from the main entrance (where the check-outs are located), you have to walk all the way to the main entrance to get a shopping cart! Who thought this was a good idea?!?!?!

Heather was extremely polite and most helpful. I wheeled a floor model tool chest to the register to get pricing . She took additional money off due to the cabinet not locking and a small dent . It saved me money and she was just so happy to assist . She even apologized for other customers who were not so patient. I am glad to call Meadville Home Depot my go to store and with employees like Heather , you will always keep customers returning .

I recently visited Home Depot and was blown away whenever I need help finding something, they always know exactly what aisle it is in and were able to guide me there quickly and efficiently. It made my shopping experience so much smoother and stress-free.In particular, I was really impressed by the guy working in the electrical department. I was looking for track lighting and he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different types and brands they had in stock. He took the time to explain the differences between each one and helped me choose the best option for my needs. I felt confident in my purchase thanks to his expertise.

Like shopping there but hate to walk to the OTHER END OF THE STORE just to check out!! MANY people have a problem walking, physical disability or injuries that makes it Very Hard to walk that distance.!! Clean restroom though.. THANK YOU!!

Went this morning found out veterans only get 400 a year in discounts. I have not reached that yet anyway so then they said some things don't get discounted. So I spent 700 and got 5 dollars off. With very rude people. Last time I will go there. Always an excuse. Nothing but bad experiences every time I go there.

Needed 50 2x4x12 for a project. Asked for assistance to pull lumber forward to be able to get access and was told to use the step stool and get it down ourselves. I never expect any help but in this case the reach was well out of range.

They were supposed to deliver my drywall on Wednesday They had me wait from 6am to 8 pm a little after 8 pm I called home depot they screwed up and they didn't deliver on Wednesday so now that is 14 hours waiting on them to deliver, now they scheduled deliver for Friday from 10 am to 4 pm guess what about 15 minutes till 4 they call me and said they can't make it, 7 hours I've waited for them. So now I'm up to 21 hours waiting for them so now they scheduled me for Monday first thing in the morning I'm supposed to be the first deliver so that would be 6am a no show about 130 pmthey finally show up another 7and half hours waiting so a total of 28 1/2 hours waiting not a apology nothing that is my last experience.,y time means nothing to them already had my money.L

Had to get some special type of wood and cut it myself but a nice gentleman helped me with not only getting the wood but also cutting it for me. When I went looking for an 18" metal rod for our dolly he was there again and helped me get a threaded rod right size and also the wing nuts. Don't remember his name but you have a good employee in this gentleman.

Great location not to different from other Home Depot location's I have been to, very quick and efficient customer service when returning/exchanging and the self checkout's are pretty good and easy to use, the only thing I never liked was the way you pull in and out to the main road(322) it's to undeveloped I guess is a good word for it for both Home Depot and Giant Eagle which are both very large and busy business's. Other then that always happy! 😊

I got everything I was looking for except for sandpaper they are not getting all the sizes or grade in . They really don't know when they will have. 6in. 120,80,100,220,240,300,380 grade for hand sander. Over all the stock is getting better. Check out clerk in the self checkout is awesome yesterday was her last day. Now she's got a New job RN good for her

I love Home Depot it's got about everything i need to fix my place. They have wonderful people that work there and I have never had any of them be unkind. Sometimes though they are too busy to be able to help you. But that's not their fault they're always helping somebody else.

Black friday afternoon. No products out of place. Friendly & helpful employees. There were no lines to check out. The customer service deck was training a new person. He was helpful as well. Never had any issues with this store. I prefer it to other home improvement type stores.Only question I have is with military discounts. Lowes had input our info into their system, then I give name & discount shows. Also, since it's in their system, online orders also receive the discount. It would be great if Home Depot did the same. (military discounts for online orders)

Went in to look at kitchen cabinets. Ended up talking to Melissa who was such a huge help!!! She had great advice and is very knowledgeable about her department. She helped us with design and put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase, which we really appreciate coming from a tight budget. Melissa is awesome to work with! Also worked a little with Chris Brightman for the end of the ordering process - he's great too! Overall we had a really stress-free experience with these two and will definitely go back to this Home Depot for their easy-going atmosphere! Great job guys!

Well they certainly are not enforcing masking so shopper beware. My mask protects you your mask protects me please help me stay healthy. The store itself is, well, mediorcor. Hard to find items, but workers seem more helpful then the last time I was here. First time I wasn't treated as an invisible person, probably because my husband and I shopped for different things.
