So much stuff here! Great stop off the Thurway. Hubby bought from the automated system a burger combo and I got a Caesar salad packaged - surprisingly very good and fresh.

I am homebound due to medical concerns. I send people to get hotdogs for me because I absolutely LOVE the pretzel bun. In fact it's the ONLY reason I send everyone there to get them.However, lately 🤔 for some reason 😔 when I open them up....I find the hotdogs on a regular old bun. How very disappointing indeed.I usually call and am promised free ones for next time.That's quite kind, but that doesn't help me out right now. I can't come, and I'm not going to further bother the kind folks who initially went.This has been my experience this entire year.I'm not sure what is going on. I am however sure that there is a simple solution to fix it.Yes, amidst all of that I still gave 5 stars!Why you ask, because the people who work here work hard,and do a good job. Something as simple as a bun, albeit important to me, shouldn't be a red mark against the facility as a whole! That would be quite unfair indeed!

Sheetz hot dogs are a joke. I bought two hot dogs and I received them looking like this. Are you trying to save money Sheetz? Definitely a disappointment.

fries were cold, watched them sitting there out of the fryer for several minutes. they didn't even bother to put the wiped cream i ordered. place on corner of Conneaut Lake road and mercer pike.

watched a worker by the name of Crystal making my food while also pulling up her pants several times without ever changing her gloves. i brought this to Crystal’s attention who just handed me my food anyways without offering to remake it. i called the store & asked to speak to the manager. the male worker stated the manager’s name was Emily but i’d have to call back after lunch to complain because she was busy. i heard Emily telling him what to say the entire time. i recorded the video of Crystal & have forwarded it to the health board. i also reached out to corporate so that they can rectify the situation as Emily clearly did not want to.

I go to this sheets 5 days a week, minimum. Today I went in to get my drinks for work and got to the counter to realize I didn't bring my card with me to pay for it. I apologized and was so embarrassed but the staff was super understanding and had even given me the drink that I ordered via MTO. Thank you.

If you ever want a small snack to hold you over till meal time they have a steal of a deal. You can buy two hot dogs for one buck. The hot dogs are pretty good tasting.

This Sheetz is very small and the whole look and feel is different than what I'm used to. Looks like they haven't upgraded with the times. However the food is good and so are the prices but they got one of the orders wrong. I wouldn't want to go back to this Sheetz because of the small space.

They were extremely busy when we stopped in for lunch but all employees did a fantastic job trying to push out orders as quickly as possible. Please be kind to all fast food employees. Every business is short staffed.

Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had at a Sheetz. From the lady at the register refusing to sell me more than 5 packs of cigarettes. For me my woman and employee. Then the GM was very rude. We ordered and paid for extra marinara and ranch and the GM was preparing the food and told me I didnt pay for it when I told her she didnt put it in the bag. She insisted I didnt and told me I was paying for it if I wanted it. I said LOOK AT MY RECEIPT ITS RIGHT HERE. She got all huffy and tossed it on the counter and walked away. Sorry Sheetz I'm done with all of your locations due to a dumb employee and a even dumber GM.

Sheetz in meadville had locked the doors today to the store so customers couldnt go in, but still left their gas pumps open expecting ppl to use their CARDS n still give them gas business! Sorry, will now and forever take my business somewhere else! Must be democrats!

I got there and ordered food. It took over 20 minutes. Nobody seemed to be in any kind of hurry. I watched some of my food sit there for several minutes while 1 person checked temperatures instead, watched several people wander around lost.

There is barely enough room in between the pumps for two small cars, if you have a larger vehicle don't even try it.

I love most sheetz but went to this one and the employees spent so much time just chatting and not doing their job. My food was soggy by the time I got it because they stopped halfway through prepping it to talk. Food was horrible.

Waited 16 minutes for my order. Could hear the repeated ringing to notify the kitchen staff, that was in the back of the store, that there was an order that came in. Another patron at the register mentioned to the employee ringing them out how annoying the sound was. Absolutely unacceptable and irritating to be left standing in the store waiting for food no one had even acknowledged needed made. My order was #789 entered in at 11:30AM on 09/20/2020

After ordering the food and watching them slide multiple orders across the same wooden surface kind of lost my appetite. The previous crew had made sure to put it on the wrapping papper and separate.

Stopped here on a long road trip for coffee. Can you believe all 6 carafes ate down for cleaning. The staff we goofing off and could not care. I would not recommend stopping at this store.

Waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Normally that wouldn't be a problem.but when you only have a half hour for lunch. When are you supposed to eat it?

Recently updated and renovated. Now has outside and inside seating area and carries beer and wine coolers. Workers there are always friendly

The parking/pumps are pretty cramped with how busy it is but aside from that it's a decent place to stop on a road trip! Convenient and easy off/on from the highway

This a small older sheetz but they did have fast service better then a lot of the new big stores. Employees where nice and friendly.

6 bucks for a pretzel melt that's 3 bites . Sad they used to be a lot bigger . Guess that's what happens when you get big. Never again .
