The 3 associates were all in the back room when I walked in and I was not greeted. The whole store was not front and faced, with big holes any where I looked. Was not asked if I needed help. I was checked out promptly.

I love going to Sally beauty in Meadville. Always have my favorite products and also introduce me to new products to try.. Beth helped me work out some problems with my hair color. She is very knowledgeable and very fun.

I loved energy from the workers here (Beth, Keisha, and Megan).Beth helped me search for the items I needed, Keisha helped check me out. I stayed back to talk to the 3 of them and they are wonderful!

I have had two unpleasant experiences here. The woman working was rude to me both times and also made my child and I feel like we were annoying her when we asked which color is best. She acted irritated she had to do her job. I felt like she thought she was better than me because she works at a beauty shop. Which I had to actually laugh about that one. Also she sold me two things that were wrong and it's a good thing I didn't follow her directions because if I had...I would have ended up bald. Uninformed, ignorant and rude. Do not go to this store.

I once came into this store at around 6:00pm. As soon as I came in, I got dirty looks from the employees. I didn't know what time they closed, so I assumed that was why I received the looks that I got. I was completely ignored when they weren't staring at me. I purchased a comb even though that's not what I went there for and the lady seemed bored and irritated that she had to ring me out.I went a second time but a little earlier and again, I received looks as if I was either going to rob the place or I insulted their mother. I wanted to get some hair color and again I was ignored. There was no "how are you?" no "can I help you?". I finally went up to one lady to ask for advice on a product and she seemed bothered by it and wasn't very knowledgeable of the products. I'm not coming back to this particular Sally's because I don't feel welcomed. I also think they will know who I am based on this review and probably retaliate since they are so scary.

Easy to find what you need, the salespeople are always very helpful and are happy to take the time to answer all your questions. I just love this place! I like being able to get the products I love instead of paying up-pricing at the salon!

Place was clean. Hardly any stock. Check out girl never spoke because she was on her phone scrolling. She did ask if I wanted to purchase a bag and told me my total.
