Someone else’s leftover lasagna was found in our fridge with mold on it. Dated rooms with stained furniture. Several bathroom towels were folded and dirty in our bathroom. Half the lights in our room didn’t work despite being plugged in. I’ve been coughing for the last 72+ hours since my stay (would suspect the AC given the state of the rooms). Location is fine, close to I-79. Bed wasn’t terrible for sleeping. Front desk staff was cordial and check-in was simple.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Meadville, Pa on a weekday and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and the rooms are updated. Our room had a large mini Refrigerator, and a microwave oven. The mattresses were very comfortable with 2 soft pillows and 2 firm pillows to a bed. The bathrooms were updated and clean. It was quiet as we were in a room to the rear of the hotel and the location is not near stores and shopping traffic. The breakfast area had a very good selection of items, breakfast sandwiches, waffle maker, cereals, boiled eggs, and yogurt. The coffee & tea area, was across form the front desk making it easier to get a hot drink during non breakfast hours. Overall it was a very good quality for the overnight price. The hotel personnel were all very efficient and friendly.

The hotel is dated in every way its desperately in need of a remodel. From the non smart Tvs to the wifi with no password I feel like i went back in time 20 years. Half of the amenities are non existent. There is as far as I have found 1 ice machine for 3 floors, 1 soda vending machine and 1 snack machine which is out of order. The breakfast if you want anything hot consists of waffles you make yourself. No oatmeal, cereal or eggs/bacon/sausage as the online description leaves you to believe. There's a cooler with some hard boiled eggs and yogurt and such. Basically if you are a big breakfast person don't plan on a hearty breakfast here. It's apparent this isn't a popular hotel by the total vehicles in the parking lot totalling 10 at the most. The staff is very friendly and competent but the owner/management needs some serious help. It is clean, and beds are comfortable so if you are just looking for a place to crash, and are not concerned about amenities this place hits the spot. If you are looking for a top tier value hotel this isn't the spot for that.I am a light sleeper and the noise was bothersome, the ac unit on heat or ac sounded like the space shuttle taking off. I tried to shut it off and open the window, surprisingly it actually did open(another indicator as to how old this place is as newer hotels do not allow opening of windows) but the ambient noise from people in the parking lot and highway noise made that counter productive. I could hear people in the other rooms on my floor also

This is the definition of a budget hotel. Rates were low and the rooms were a bit worn/dated but well kept and clean. Stayed here with our 12U hockey team but this probably wasn't the best facility for that kind of group. No conference room, pool or even a good outdoor space for them to do their thing, so the small lobby and the workout room were a bit overwhelmed for a few hours over the course of the weekend. Thankfully, the staff was very patient and accommodating.

The room is generally ok, coffee sachets in the room only decaf. But I expected something more from breakfast, you will not see something warm there, like omelet or sausages, coffee is half cold. The funny thing is, muffins and "plastic" burgers are right at the front desk, and not with the rest of the products, and the employee watches this. So that they don’t take too much))) It’s definitely not worth $110

Had a great stay! I arrived after a full day of driving, tired/stressed in an unfamiliar place and needing somewhere to sleep - Gina greeted me very kindly and was really lovely despite the late hour that I showed up and booked. What is it Blanche said about the kindness of strangers? Anyways, thank you Gina for the warm welcome.The room was clean, spacious, with a super comfortable bed. There's also a heater/aircon in the room that works very well. The complimentary breakfast included make-your-own waffle which was pretty cool.Also on the night I booked I called around and this hotel had a lower rate for the night than any of the others in the area. Would recommend.

Second time I have stayed here. Nice clean rooms. Dog friendly hotel. Would be 5 star review except for multiple rooms on my side of the hotel were smoking heavily. I stayed 8 nights with the smell getting worse to the point of the last 2 nights I had to sleep with the room windows fully open. I spoke to the front desk 4 times without any change. I was given the hotel managers card to call I will update.

Bed was clean, room was mostly clean but small and smelled like smoke. Cleaning bottle was left in my room, spots of mold on the bathroom wallpaper, toothpaste on the faucet. Breakfast was insane and they ran out of waffle mix the first day and regular coffee the second day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I had to do graphics work during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by their wifi. Decent hotel for a short stay.

Our room had not been cleaned the toilet was dirty and there was spit marks on the mirror. The one bed had dirty sheets like they just made it not changed it. We were a late arrival and chose to stay. We will not be back.The staff was very friendly hopefully they can work out their cleaning staff problems.

Your staff was very friendly & helpful. We were on the first floor. Would have been nice to have a table and another chair in the room. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. The room was very clean & bed really comfortable. Love the comforter!

It's just your basic cheap hotel. It's clean. We wiped down everything anyways because you can't be too careful with COVID, but it didn't feel necessary. Staff was fine except the front desk lady wasn't wearing a mask when I was checking in. I stood way back from the desk. I dont have any other complaints. We only stayed 1 night. Its super pet friendly.

Our stay with our Springer Spaniel could not have been better. Employees were friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and have many amenities. Twenty-four hour beverage station, great free breakfasts. Outside door rooms on first floor if desired. Rooms are tight, but queen size rooms are a bit larger. Comfortable beds. Recommend the hotel highly - staff made the difference here between other hotels.

2 staff members were nice and friendly. We had a non smoking room that smelled of stale smoke, also the heater sounded like a space ship landing complete with all the sound effects, which woke us up when it decided to add the whistle at the end of landing...

The room was nice. The restroom was small and the bathtub didn't feel clean when I took my bath, the tub itself felt like there were small pricky parts along the bottom sides. The wallpaper looked old and parts of it peeling. My room had two of the same pictures on the wall, just a design pet peeve. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows had great support. I don't think they clean under them though, I found food crumbs and dust at the base. Those are the only minor issues I had, for one night around $70 for a king single room it worked out. Oh and it would be nice if they had the BBC channel.

I wanted to do this review to just say that the woman working the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. I arrived and stood at the front desk about 2-3 minutes and wasn't greeted. I rang the bell and the woman came from behind the wall and said,I'm coming. She never had a smile on her face,she didn't ask how we were she didn't make any conversation at all. She asked for I.D and the card that was used for payment,the.gave a key to the room. After getting upstairs I realized the room was facing the highway out front,it is very noisy. I am a super light sleeper and went back down to the front desk to ask if she would please switch my room to a back of the building room and she said,well you're already checked in ,so it's too late. I have never in my life had a front desk person be so rude and unaccommodating. I will never stay here again. I will be sure to share my experience with others.

Stayed in this hotel one night when I took my son to college. Took a shower - not strong water flow but tolerable. Got ready for bed late in the evening and pulled open my bed to find dried blood spots not only on the coverlet and the comforter, but also on one side of the inner sheet. Pushed the bloodied area away from me and slept on other side of the bed. Reported the issue in the morning. Staff did not apologize or respond. Asked to speak with manager who was not available. Asked for manager to call me to discuss, and I made follow-up phone calls over the next few days. No call back from the manager. I don't recommend this hotel due to lack of service/response by hotel employees and dried blood spots on and in my bed.

Staff helpful, very quiet place to stay. Desk chair was broken. About tossed me to the floor. Floors creaked. Bed was very comfortable. And the no smoking apparently only applies to tobacco. The weeds smoke was so thick we could smell it through our face masks.

Staying here for over a week.. Room has no working air conditioning. After advising employee of problem we received a fan which didn't help. It was warmer in my room than it was outside. Did I mention I worked outside in the heat all day. Well the night shift lady didn't really care as we explained our discomfort and our situation. She lied saying she would note our room for maintenance and would be checked the next day also did not have towels and garbage removed on days I didn't want full service but just that. Very poor Customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
