My wife wanted to stop here while we were passing through. She wanted to check and see if they carried more than our local Joann's. Do they ever. More in card making materials and a few other things we got on sale. Good stop. Nice store and the young man who checked us out was very kind!

I purchased an Ott light and found it was not what I needed. I carefully repacked the lamp and tried to return it within a week of purchase. I was told that the store had a new policy that they could not take back anything with a cord that plugged into the wall that had been removed from the box.! So do not buy anything that plugs in because you can't return it. There is no sign indicating this policy and I was not warned at the check out when I purchased it. I tried to call to talk to the manager but no one answers the phone!

I was there last week when remnants were 75%off. Pennies on the dollar especially when they figure in sale price and then %off.Meadville store is always neat and clean.

The cashier's were more than hospitable about the coupons, everything was well stocked, and the sales were good. I definitely shop here more than my wallet wants me to!! Always buying more yarn, can't get enough.

The store and associates are lovely, personable, helpful, and friendly. However, as an avid arts and crafts lady I am familiar with many stores and all prices associated with items I buy. I was displeased with the prices because I have bought identical items elsewhere for much less. If you're looking for a relatively rare sewing item this is the place you'll find it. But you will pay more.

I mainly only buy notions, occasional crafting items or batting. I don't care to buy fabric from them. I prefer to buy my fabric at an actual quilt shop. I wasn't very happy that they did away with pretty much all the cross stitching. But overall, a decent place to buy other crafting supplies, especially when you have their coupons sent to you. But you have to be careful on those as well.

The first clerk I had I wouldn't say much about. She was more worried about putting her display up than helping me. Then I found another clerk the total opposite. Helped me and answered any of my questions that I had. The cashier was very helpful also.

Not quite as good as Pat Catans but the closest one of those around is Hermitage I think, so Joann's will do. Nice people and a clean place, overall an alright little store. I usually just come here for flowers for stuff my girlfriend is working on, she's really artsy.

Always a sale, coupon galore and new items. I suggest you get their App. It is so worth shopping. I've decided to start up new crafts and am enjoying the hospitality the employees give EVERY DAY! Love it!

Fall has come to Jonann's pick your project and go for a new craft. Is selling your thing make a new quilt. Need a splash of color for your front door you'll find it here. It is an oasis of imagination. Have a great time wandering around 5 out of 5 on the disability score easy access for accessibility friendly staff here will absolutely treat you right. Help reaching things no problem help finding things they'll take you right to it. Great job JoAnn's

Want to start/learn needle point. Walmarts selection was iffy, nothing I would want to put anywhere after I finish. Checked a larger walmart, same. Tried Joanns and I was even more disappointed. Only had 2 different size options and 2 options for 1 and maybe 3 for the other. Not much at all. Bummed.

This Joanns was absolutly terrible with customer service. I purchased several yards of fabric and the associate kept making remarks of how this fabric didn't go with my clothing and hence wasn't me. Even after I explained what the fabric was for, (a project for my daughter) she still was relentlessly making assumptions about me.

I have never had a bad experience at JoAnn Fabrics. I have no trouble finding what I want and a few things that I shouldn't buy and I get them anyway I always have fun there 🐱

In-store pick up at the Meadville Pa location is a joke. I do it because I do not want interaction with a lot of people. You have to stand in line at the checkout, to pick up your order. And the checkout person was rude, because she had to go to another area to get my order.

Typical Joann's, a little smaller store than most. The staff is what will have me coming back. Very friendly and helpful, what is not the norm for most Joann stores

The staff is always so disappointing. I hope every time that I go, that it will be different but nope it's not. I tried to ask where something is and it's like I had asked her to run a mile. I am giving 2 stars because Cindy who rang us out was at least pleasant.

Meadvill store is absolutely heaven on earth! All of the employees were extremely friendly. A complete opposite of the Erie store. Happy to drive the 35 miles to Meadville.

Not enough employee's to staff the store. Waited in line for a good 20min., Cause there was only one cashier. Nobody was there to help her out.
