Well not against the location itself. Bit here we are disappointed again. I bought a really nice welding helmet through harbor freight. It is there Vulcan helmet with wide view. Only to find out that they do not carry the replacement lenses for this particular model. Now how are you going to sell something like this and not carry the necessary consumables needed for this helmet. This isn't the first time this has happened I personally will not be frequenting har or freight anymore.

Top Notch service! Jessica [Assistant Manager] helped me with everything that I needed. She was able to answer all my questions and give me the correct answers! I wish every employee would be as helpfull as her! I bet someday she will have a store of her own! I am saying this because great people shouldn't work hard has her without being rewarded! I have never had any problems with this business. Half the tools in my shop have been purchased here. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Tools are good enough quality for my purposes. What more is there to say.

Still all nice & new. Plenty of light with what looks like Led lights. The staff are friendly & helpful. (genuinely & not suggested by supervisor) you can tell if /when employees are not having a good day.They roam the floor asking customers if have any questions or need help finding anything.Only suggestion I have is this - How about putting something on the windows. The Sun gets intense in front part of store. I've noticed several times the employees are having a tough time seeing the register & times their UPC scanner they having to shield sunlight for it to work.Maybe a medium window tint. Or paint the web site, address and /or phone number.

It’s so nice to have a store close to home. I don’t have to drive to Erie or Robinson to buy anything. Everything I need is in the meadville store. The staff is vary friendly. I was looking for a air hose for my air compressor and Hannah showed me right where I can find it. She was vary nice and professional. I’m definitely coming back when I need something else!

I own a Tree Service (HAZEN TREE SERVICE) I shop at the meadville location ALL the time! I spend THOUSANDS of dollars there for my personal use and for my business. I only shop there when I know that MGR. Jessica is working because she does her job VERY effectively and is COMPLETELY helpful in taking care of my needs and or concerns. Without her being there upon my first experience and shortly after thier Grand Opening, I probably would chose to shop elsewhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This store ONLY because of Jessica. Also I do find thier prices to be AWESOME.

Started timing my wate in line. 27 minutes to check out. 4 register's, only 1 open. A manager stood at the 1 open register and watched the employee work. I feel the manager could have helped or opened another lane. Honestly, it would been quicker to leave, go to homedepot, get my 2 ratchet straps and I would have been quicker.

It’s Harbor freight I mean every tool there is cheap for a reason but I do find it convenient for pointless objects you need to buy that you don’t mind if you break plus I bought a prybar and turn it into a tactical prybar for my kid for less than three dollars! TF:69⬇️ If ya know then ya know!!!
