Since spring when the new store manager took over the store has gone downhill. Shelves empty throughout the store especially in the meat department. I've tried to shop at different times 8am 11am 3pm 6pm the whole department is 2/3 empty. The bunkers are empty if there is product in them it's one or two items. The shelves are bare everyday. I was in the store multiple times and seen the store manager she looks lost. Also corporate was there hammering her real good in the back of the store. I hope corporate continues to act because the store is losing money and customers. Also she got rid of a lot of good employees you can see the low morale throughout the store it's sad

The store is clean and pleasant to walk through. The parking lot could be a bit better. The pharmacy line and how you have to park to use it is a nightmare. Grocery pick up is super fast. I only shop here with there are sales because the prices are way too expensive otherwise. I wish they had a self checkout because sometimes the lines can get a bit long. For some odd reason if you have a free coupon, they have to leave the register and take it to the customer service area to scan every single one so if you have a few you'll definitely hold up the line. Not sure why they operate this way. But it's pleasant and I like the rewards program.

Organics selection isn't as great as advertised. Store was clean, staff cortious and friendly, stock well organized. Prices are higher than other comparable supermarkets, but about the same as Walmart overall. Nothing to really complain about. Produce section has variety, pretty good quality.

Really great place to shop and they carry almost everything I use, the produce section is awesome, its ALWAYS fresh. The store is clean and the aisles are stocked. Couldn't ask for BETTER MEAT AND SEAFOOD, CAN'T complain about the Pharmacy, they usually get to you right away. They got this new "guy" in Deli and he's AWESOME, sliced my cheese EXTRA, EXTRA thin, asks me every time is it THIN enough...OMG...I'M ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED, KUDOS TO THAT "KID" IN DELI. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS STORE..❣❣

I don't use this store very much for several reasons. First, the prices are pretty high compared to other stores. Second, I was turned off by their Gestapo tactics during 2020. But, I saw they had several cuts of meat on sale so went there to do my shopping. After scouring the meat department, could only find ONE of the 4 deals they had advertised. For instance, advertised 83/17 burger, but only had 80 or 90 at a much higher price. Boneless chicken breast, but only had a specific brand that cost twice as much as the sale item. Bait and switch? Not impressed! On a final note, I check out and go to the front desk to buy some lighters (seeing it was where tobacco products were located) to be told that the lighters were at aisles 3 & 4. So I would have had to get back into another line? I don't think so. On a positive note, they have a big selection of items and their fried chicken is very good, but for me, not enough reason to shop there on a regular basis.

A nice, clean store with a great selection of take out deli items and a broad variety of regular and organic produce. The alcohol department has a diverse offering of local brews and national brands too. Friendly people to ring up your purchases.

Good deli food and excellent cakes!! Produce is fresh and there is a good variety throughout the store... cashiers and customer service are always helpful and friendly... The pharmacy staff are stellar... gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the store needs a facelift... it's clean and well kept but dated nonetheless.Update 3-27-23The store is still well maintained and clean. They rearrange somewhat frequently which makes finding what you're looking for difficult. The staff are pleasant!

A nice Giant Eagle supermarket with decent customers and not much riff raff. We got some discounted Brie cheese and fresh baked baguettes to munch on for our trip up to New York.

I Love this Giant Eagle. One will most likely pay a bit more here, but they will have it in stock (wide variety) They also have the Advantage card that allows a customer to have cents off fuel, or cash back towards your purchase. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Handicapped accessible. Very large selection of all foods!

Nice, large selection of fruits and vegetables. Self-checkout or actual cashiers at front of store. My last visit here, I noticed some of the aisles have been moved to make common items that you may need to run in and grab real quick more easily accessible. Clean, friendly environment!

The place is going through a transition. Customer service is truly becoming what it should be. Employees are busy, yet personable with customers. New management is taking steps to take suggestions to bring customers back. I'll start by making more trips to the store. Wonderful to experience.
