Went in 11-18-23 and seen a shotgun with a tag hanging on it for $139.99 I inquired about it and Gage who was working the gun counter confirmed it was the right price. So I did the background check and went to the front to pay only to find out it was actually over $200. I walked back to the gun counter to see if the manager working could do anything for me and she said while trying to hand me a different gun "this is the gun you were buying". They tried to pull a bait and switch on me. No accountability for their mistake wasting my time or for telling me one price and trying to charge another. I wouldn't recommend going here for your firearms needs. Horrible way to do business. I'll add that while I was doing my background check Gage was mumbling and cursing under his breath like it was a big inconvenience for him to help a customer.

Wait for the sales, but well worth the stop! High end clothing, great prices.The only suggestion I have is to anticipate the season a bit better. Googles and swim wear section for July instead of scattered all over the store. That would go from a 4 to 5 star level.

Bought a fishing pole, snapped it on the first cast. Brought it in and asked for an exchange on a new pole. Nothing they could do. Showed manager date of purchase and amount paid. Said “nothing we can do” no other explanation besides that. Save yourself some time with this fly by night operation and go to a local store for your outdoor needs. After the copious amount of money I’ve spent here, I’m happy to say I will not be returning. EVER. I wish I could’ve gotten the name of the goofy, glasses wearing, manager.

Always running decent sales.It seems like the same items are on sale just about every week. If they think those items need to be advertised so much, how about lower the every day price. Or have larger discounts on the items that seem to be on said ask the time.

First time in this store. Very nice selection and prices. They have a clearance sale going on for shoes right now but I wasn't able to find something in my size. Definitely worth stopping and shopping.

Terrible selection. They never have what we need or all of the sizes, like men's small. Sign price doesn't match item price. A long wait for any employee to appear in the check out vicinity. Followed by a rude and difficult checkout experience. I walked out mid-transaction and did not buy the item and do not plan on coming back anytime soon.

Don't have items in stocks that went on sale day of advertisement for start of sale. Also not ever enough staff on hand. Also don't even try to buy a hunting license there machine always seems to be broken. Miss marked pricing on numerous items and inconsistent. For ex 1lb propane bottle same brand and everything $2 difference in price. What a shame I liked having a local store to go to.

So I called about 45. Cal self Defense ammo and the lady on the phone immediately responded with “No, we don’t” )very quickly like no time to check or anything). Then I politely asked if she knew when any ammo would be restocked in this caliber. She again responded with “No, we don’t” with a tone that was kind of rude. So I was a little suspicious and decided to just stop by and sure enough they had a box of self defense 45. Cal ammo sitting on the shelf. I did not buy it because I had already gone to another store and was not going to support the way they acted on the phone. I have been there before on Black Friday and things were not advertised correctly for sales and when bringing that up to them they would respond well someone put it on the wrong shelf and would not offer anything for the mess up or the false advertising even though the items were priced wrong...

Went to the counter with my items, employee did not make eye contact with me while he was on the phone, I approached another register, employee at other register did not look at me either or offer help, I waited to see if anyone would call me over to a operating cash register so I could purchase my item, ended up leaving it on the counter while the 3 employees working the cash registers watched me walk out without asking if I wanted to purchase the items. From experience working in customer service, this place gets one star.

So I drove 25 miles to look and see if they had or if they even sold bike racks for cars. 45 minutes later, I still don’t know if they do or not. I walked the entire store and didn’t see any but there is soMuch stuff that if they do sell them, more than likely o may have missed them. I picked up a couple things on clearance of course, who can afford regular prices there. The extremely undertrained and nervous young guy cashing me out I felt sorry for. I did ask him, his response was do you see any? I explained no but perhaps I missed them. The young guy said, them no we probably don’t.! Ok poor kid as the manager was yelling at him because he didn’t page someone for the call waiting on hold. The kid was busy and said that he thought it was for the manager anyway. So of course mumbling under his breath the manager picked it up. Meanwhile 10 minutes into my transaction the kid is wadding my stuff up and jamming it into a small bag. While the kid was finishing I asked the manager if they carried bike racks, we do but probably out of them.! They would be above the bikes over there pointing. Out of common courtesy mr manager please don’t go the 25 feet and look for the customer, just walk away. This was the second time I’ve been in this store and probably no most definitely will NOT be back. It starts with upper management with training people and obviously that didn’t happen either. Joe smo could probably walk off the street and do much much better. Either Love the job you do or get out and let someone who wants to work do it the right way. Lesson learned on my part

Have purchased a few different hunting related items here. Specifically was looking for turkey hunting related ammo to which the hunting department set a box aside for me (I came from Erie to Meadville).Wide selection of sporting goods with an excellent staff.

I receive via email the specials etc. More often than not I've gone to this store and If I don't have that email with me, I'm told the item is not on sale. It is 18 miles from my home to that store, so that's a total round trip of 36 miles for nothing. Dunham's will no longer waste my time and fuel.

Good sales and service I'm lots of choices for your sporting needs Hunting Fishing golfing running hiking and even wrestling Supply as well as baseball football in any sport as well as many choices of outerwear in any seasons you choose including weight lifting supplies you name it if they don't have it ask and you might be able to be directed in the section of the store or through their online services and delivery.

It's a typical Dunham's. I just stopped by because I had some time. Walked around and looked. Store was clean, shelves for the most part were stocked. No interaction with any employees, didn't even see any except when I was walking out and the cashier was there.

Mostly came here to look at some guns, but got side tracked and ended up buying some basketball stuff too. Very nice selections of everything. A little on the pricey side, but that's to be expected from any chain.

I've been shopping at Dunhams for years. If you keep an eye on their add you can get good deals. Bonus, everytime I've tried to use a coupon they've been extremely helpful in making sure I get a discount.

Pretty good sales depending when you stop. Got bib/overalls and a pair of waterproof cold weather boots, plus a few miscellaneous items for about $200.00. :-P

Not much in stock but COVID I'm sure isn't helping. Everytime we need shoes or ammo we have to hunt for an employee. Prices are ok.
