The staff was not particularly welcoming but were decent. We got the blizzard, which is supposed to be flipped upside down to show that the ice cream is hard. Our cups were not flipped, but we were hopeful the ice cream would be good. Instead, by the time I walked outside to the parking lot, my ice cream was running down the sides of the cups. It leaked into the car and all over the seats. 5 minutes into our drive home, it had turned into soup. I am completely disappointed. If the ice cream had not been of good quality, we should have been informed. I've never had such a horrible DQ experience. Will never be back.

So I have been putting off writing this review for the past 10 or so trips to my local DQ, however, I guess it's time..... So, my observation is that there needs to be some sort of standard to follow when putting together your specialty ice cream dishes. I order exactly the same thing every time I go ..a Reese's PB Cup blizzard, but they are never the same! Sometime there is just a right amount of candy, sometimes there is a lot of candy, but more often than not lately, you can barely find the candy. Isn't there some sort of standard measurement to keep me from feeling "ripped off" when I get a cup full of ice cream and just a couple pieces of PB Cup candy bar? Well, the reason I finally decided to write is because tonight my husband got a boat full of banana and ice cream, but just a few drops of toppings. Even I could see that through the clear container, I didn't need to hear him say his banana split was not up to the usual standard. Sorry Dairy Queen, you missed for both of us tonight!!! Please work on this for everyone! We drove by the Saegertown Dairy Isle to actually have your ice cream, but were disappointed this evening!

UPDATE: 14 min wait in the drive through for chili dog! WTH?! Love the soft serve. Food is awful, hamburgers & hotdogs. Shrimp basket was nothing to write home about.

This is an old Dairy Queen. It is not clean. The kitchen had a couple of violations from what I could see from the drive-thru (container of vegetables was on the floor. Im not sure exactly what it was, but they were using it to top burgers, and the equipment was really unhealthy dirty) The dining room smells so musty and needs to be heavily cleaned. The staff is mostly pleasant. My order has only been messed up once in the 50 times I have been there, so that is a plus.

Friendly, polite, and the order taker accurately took our order, just the one time without a lot of repeating and confusion as there is sometimes at other places. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Overall, good experience, although they could work on sustainability initiatives. Incentives, or promote programs to locate to the area. There's certainly enough business and businesses for Loop, enLoop, or something similar.Parking: Just a typical parking lot around a box restaurant. Maybe slightly too much parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid oriented, colorings are themed toward children, very festive. There's activities for children, and things for them to look at as parents order.Wheelchair accessibility: There's ways for people that ride in wheelchairs to get into the building.

If you’re looking for a fresh burger from fresh high quality ground beef, keep looking. It was all I could do to keep this cheeseburger down. I didn’t know if I was chewing the frozen beef patty that rose from the dead on the griddle or the limp pickle slice placed on the patty. Steer clear!

Took my 3 very rambunctious grandsons. Good, dessert and service was great, however, $35 for ice cream for four people did take me by quite surprise. Although it tasted good, it wasn't anything out of this world and certainly not $35 good.

Stopped on a road trip saw 2 cheeseburgers for 5.00. The cheeseburgers 🍔 beat McDonald’s hands down. Crispy pickles mustard ketchup perfect and small fries 🍟 what’s not to like 👍

Update 11/28/22: My daughter and I had a pleasant lunch today. The restaurant was clean. The service was speedy and friendly. They have renovated some but it seems to still be in progress.Update 10/18/22: Our favorite manager has left but we still like the staff that are here. The food is pretty good and the restaurant clean albeit a bit due for a facelift.I love this DQ location!! The manager is great and remembers us when we come to eat!

Got an Oreo ice cream cake here and it was amazing and my brother loved it for his birthday. I also got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was better than Wendy’s, Arby’s, BK, really all of them. I’ve also had other menu items here and have been very satisfied. The staff has been pleasant each time as well!
