Staff person was mad our dog pooped on the floor, even though we cleaned it up. She quoted us a price then charged more in the end. Our dog has never given them a problem in the past but supposedly she was a handful this time around. I believe her attitude and the rest of her staff were the problem. We were able to watch and no compassion at all. We have two other dogs and we will not be bringing them here. Note to staff: Dogs can sense if you're having a bad day. Don't take your frustrations out on them!!!

I walked in they asked me if they could help me. I told them I was looking to find a new groomer they were very helpful they scheduled me for November 29th I was surprised to get one so soon today is the 16th of November I was very happy to get one that fast remind you I used to take my dog but I have moved away and just move back to the area

I have had bad experiences with places but I love the staff here. They take the time with my furry babies so it is a good experience for them also.

The staff that used to be friendly no longer work there and every time I go the price is more and more. Today the price was $30 than last time, which I had questioned them about then because it was higher than normal. Never going back. Sad because I had been going there for a long time.
