Went there today looking for something that instacart said was in stock. One of the employees told me they had it in the back but wouldn't go get it. I litterly had to cause a huge scene to get someone to go get it. And then the one lady was extremely rude to me and started hollering at me making it out to be a huge ordeal she had to go it the item. Very unprofessional.

This was an unexpected highlight of my day! An impulse stop to start with...turned into a fruitful trip. Some things I expected to find did not disappoint; but I spent over $100 on household paper products and other items I was not even looking for! Cereal at lower prices than DG lately! Other grocery items too! My cashier was awesome and got me signed up for rewards. She patiently rung up and bagged what I handed her and as I refilled the buggy to go! Another worker was kind enough to price check an unmarked item. And That was one negative in the store...many items were not marked or price pointed.I will be shopping there more often even though it is further from home.

Update: 11/25/22The store was nice and organized despite it having been Black Friday.Update:10/28/22The store was much more organized when we went in yesterday... They had nice markdowns on Halloween stuff already!!Looking for deals but some of the aisles are blocked off with couches... it makes it hard to navigate the store

Tried ordering twice online then get an email that they're out of stock. Tried to call the store and waited on hold for for 20 minutes and no one who pick up. Wonder how these places stay in business. SMH

It is generally clean and easy to find everything. There are times when isles really could use a good stock but I am not sure on if that is difficulties in staffing or time to get it done. I always find super interesting things when I go which is about one a week or two.

They are rude! Sell faulty furniture that they refuse to do anything about and then get chippy when you say a few screws isn’t a sufficient fix to our.issues. Over 1000 dollar couch that can’t just be returned without a ton of hassle

Great store and very nice helpful staff. They also have wonderful sales. We got a leather Broyhill couch with a power recliner on both ends for $800 on sale. I am now a regular customer. Love this place!

The only issue I have ever had is with the male manager. He was very rude and acted as if I was an idiot because I was a female. On one occasion while I was still paying my bill my husband had already walked out to load our vehicle and he followed my husband out. After I paid I walked out to ask what the problem was and he was saying the cashier was unsure if she rang up everything I asked him if he would like the receipt and he rudely turned to me and said I was just asking. This was not the only time I've had an issue with him as well as others if heard about having with him. He needs a new career or needs a customer service class. Very rude, not friendly, makes me not even want to stop while he's there.

It's a good place to go when you need something quick, but it is often very unorganized there, and it's hard to find things at times. It is nice that they have unique items you can't really find at other stores. Overall, it's a decent place to shop.

One of the better chain stores to shop at downtown, for better or worse. Good prices ( it's Big Lots after all ). Great for finding unusual and interesting foodstuffs. More importantly, this Big Lots also has a decent furniture section with sofas, recliners, beds and mattresses. The store is clean and well lit with an entrance to the rest of the downtown mall on one side.
