I hired Annie’s Flooring to refinish some oak hardwood floors in my home. They were pretty rough but they felt they were good candidates for restoration. They kept good communication leading up to the start date, showed up exactly on time and just knocked it out of the park. They didn’t cut any corners and were very meticulous about their work. The end product was sensational. Couldn’t be happier with them. Here’s some pictures before I installed baseboards.

After 23 years of multiple dogs, three kids and lots of traffic, our floors were in need of some tender loving care. Mindy and her staff were meticulous. They patiently worked with us on the right stain and gloss to meet our needs. They cleaned up each night and the sanding was hardly noticeable throughout my house. Mindy and her team did a great job with our new floor! During the selection process at their showroom, the office staff was very knowledgeable - filling us in on pricing, types and any other information we asked. When Mindy came to measure our square footage, she filled us in on options that existed for our floor and helped us to pick finishes that were right for our house. We were excited about the idea for the flooring to carpet transition (see the photo). The team was quick to remove our carpet and install our new floor and trim. They kept the area clean and did great work. We highly recommend!

I had contacted Annie’s Flooring in October of 2023. Mindy called back personally, we made an appointment for the next day for her to come and take measurements for our family room, long wide hallway and kitchen floors. Our kitchen is in the “old” part of our home, the hallway and family room are in the addition built about 10 years ago. We have a stone fireplace in the family room where I wanted tile placed in a half moon shape, and also a half moon shaped tile entrance at the top of the basement steps coming into the family room. They did a fantastic job of laying the tile with the curves, and then the transition from tile to carpet was beautifully done. Not to make life more difficult, but then I wanted a curved transition of the carpet to the heated luxury vinyl plank flooring to be installed after the carpet. Since we had completely gutted our kitchen, changed the floor plan, along with new cupboards, the luxury vinyl plank was being installed once we had the base cupboards in. I believe there was a bit of mis-communication among the way of professional electrician involved, the installers, and office managers. Blending the two parts of the house together was a much larger area with the heated luxury vinyl plank flooring than what they had ever attempted before. The entire job was a huge learning experience for Annie’s, the electrician and us. After moving out of our house while they installed the heating mats, poured all of the leveling material, waiting for it to dry, then installing the actual flooring, it took about a week. There was success with the hallway flooring being heated, but the kitchen was without heat. The electrician came back out to check things. With only one thermostat being installed for the entire floor which covered approximately 750 sq. ft., and a factory override that was installed on the thermostat, the electrician removed the override and thought that would fix the problem. We gave it a couple of days, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved yet. Electrician back out to check things out again. It was decided to put in a separate thermostat which covered about 400 sq. ft. of the newer part of the house where the hallway is with a different substrate of flooring vs. the kitchen substrate flooring. After the second thermostat was put in last week, we now have heated luxury vinyl plank flooring with all of the ~750 sq. ft. of flooring. All of the tiling, carpeting, and the heated luxury vinyl plank flooring looks absolutely beautiful, well done professional installation!! I would definitely recommend Annie’s Flooring to anyone who wants a superb looking finish, no matter how large or small of a job!!

Annie’s flooring was a pleasure to work with! A previous vender had laid tile and did not level the floor which had an inch fall in 4ft. Annie’s (Darby) offered to search for my original tile (put down 20+ yrs ago) and found it!! I had contacted 2 other local companies and Annie’s was the only one who even offered. The tile blends perfectly with my other rooms. The workers ( Parker and John) removed the old tile, leveled the floor and laid the new tile. They also placed the vanity. All work was done with expertise and precision. The tile work is perfection ! Owner Mindy followed the process and made sure I was satisfied. I am very pleased and am a looking forward to the next project I have scheduled with Annie’s Flooring!

Annie’s Flooring did a wonderful job refinishing our hardwood floors! The floors had a lot of damage and stains so we weren’t sure how they would turn out, but they look beautiful! The team was efficient and professional, they helped move some of the furniture, cleaned up at the end of each day and tried very hard to work with our family schedule. Mindy even took care of our cat while we were away and they were working on the project! My experience with Annie’s Flooring was very unprofessional. When I first contacted them, Mindy and Chris said they were able to do the flooring in our small diner on the dates we needed it done. Mindy offered to stop by real quick when she was on her way back from another appointment, but I was not able to meet with her at that time. So she asked that I do the measurements and send them to her since she didn’t have time to stop by before doing the project in the next few weeks - it’s a 20 minute drive. I’m not a contractor so I added a little to each measurement to make sure they had enough material. They offered a decent price on some flooring left over from a recent job. I received a quote and accepted it so I drove over to the facility and put down my 20%. They took the payment, I signed the agreement and at that time we were still on for the project. The next day I messaged Mindy and reminded her that those measurements were just estimated and if she could meet up to see the project before they started so I could let her know exactly what they were doing. I received a response back saying the project was being cancelled due to other projects that came up and that she was sending my deposit back. I emailed both Mindy and Chris since this put me in a bind having everything lined up with no response from either. I received my deposit back today. I will never do business with this company again. All the positive reviews is what drew me to calling them. Apparently you can’t go by that.

We were unable after several attempts! Phone calls to have Nature Stone Company return to apply our epoxy over our flooring that Nature Stone installed last year. So Annie’s was recommended and was very receptive to help us. They researched the product needed and made several attempts to get the Nature Stone product but the Stone company was not cooperative. So they did more research and found another comparable product- waited for appropriate weather and applied the epoxy to the outside patio. The owner and business manager were sooooo wonderful. Called us the day before to make sure it was OK to apply and then followed up the day after. What wonderful local customer service!!!! We would highly recommend them.

We just had Annies install subway tile backsplash. They did an amazing job! They were there when expected, and were very professional. They did quality work and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the price. A big shout out goes to Jake and Greg for being extra careful moving my new appliances. Jake even cleaned under my stove! I would recommend them for any home improvement needs. They are top notch!

We were completely renovating our kitchen and that included the floor. They came in after we pulled out all the cabinets and the island to find a cheaper, damaged wood species. The new island was going to take up less floor space so repairing it was a must. They pulled out the damaged wood and replaced With the same species wood we found. Then sanded and refinished the floor. The before and after of the floor is a spectacular transformation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Service: Repair flooring
