Friday I went in to this Giant Eagle, the store was clean and stocked. The manager on duty was Tom and he was busy stocking. Went and got the worker for the deli who didn’t take long at all.Name was Sam. He kindly told me he was busy doing things in the back needed to wash his hands and he be right with me.He came back, apologized if I was standing there long, said no.He kindly asked if I wanted chipped or slice. Each thing I ordered he asked if this slice or whatever was okay etc. The customer service went unmatched. I give him a 10. Outstanding customer service.Even noticed the double bagged lunch meat on two because the first one didn’t zip.I appreciate that more than you know.Thank you for the great customer service at the check out line too. The young lady with the pretty red braids.Will be back.

Great place to shop. Wide variety of foods from shelf items to deli meats. They also have a pharmacy with great workers. Very clean as well.

Out of all the Giant Eagle stores in my immediate area, this is my least favorite. (White Oak, North Versailles and this one) Their employees (not all, but most) are rude, this store is nowhere near as clean as the other 2 stores. I only go here if I absolutely have to. Plus they don't even have an on-site bakery.

I very rarely have ever shopped at this Giant Eagle despite living 1/4 of a mile away. What will change that for me is a gentleman named Richard who dropped everything he was busy with to quickly help me troubleshoot my car so that I could get home to my wife and kids after a very stressful week. I very rarely experience such phenomenal customer service. Richard treated me like a neighbor and that is reason enough for me to spend my money at this location. If Richard doesn't receive some kind of recognition for his kindness - I'll continuously bother corporate until he does. He went above and beyond what his position entails all to help somebody in the community. It might sound like something small, but today it certainly wasn't.

Stopped by for a quick item. I was able to get in quickly, however there were a few lines. not a problem I was very patient. That cashier was very nice. I was approached by a young man in the parking lot asking to clean my windows. Also not a problem, not worried about someone trying to make a dollar

It's smaller and a little cramped but I like it. Im not walking clear across a huge store like Walmart for a few items, which is physically hardly for me to do.Most employees are actually very sweet. 4 🌟 only because items priced higher than Walmart.

Well, when you walk in next to a manager and a cashier with his orange underwear showing his whole behind and no one cares that's so uprofessional especially with my 70 year old mother! Real classy giant eagle.... glad I'm from irwin they dress properly! Ps.. orange underpants was on register 2 at 7 this evening tell him to wear pants that fit and BTW he had on a shiny belt to boot! Whaaaaaaaat???!!!??

It can be hit or miss. Meaning, sometimes produce will be sparse or in total disarray. Other times, it will look freshly stocked. Same with the bakery items, like cookies and coffee cakes. At times there will be plenty and at other times, there will be hardly any. However, their meat department and dairy have always been well stocked.Even when the store is busy, the checkout lines seem to move fairly quickly. I do have to highlight two things. First, a woman who worked in the deli department was closing up one night when I was in and some people had picked out a birthday cake for a party they were heading to.They were distraught to find out the bakery had already closed and upset that they would be unable to have the person's name written on it. The woman in the deli told them she did not work in bakery, but would be willing to write the name on the cake for them. That little act of kindness by the woman who worked in the deli made their day.Also, they are really good about keeping the floor clean. The kid with the vacuum and floor washing machine is always out and about in the evening. They are also good at retrieving carts which is good because they're not all over the lot to damage your car.Big parking lot, easy in and easy out.

This supermarket has been a staple in the community as long as I can recall. I freqeunt this store quite often, not only for convenience, but familiararity as well. I know the people who work there as well as the patrons, being is that this is where I have lived my entire life, playing baseThe store is clean and the employees are nice people.

Love ❤ love this giant eagle. Awesome staff. Friendly neighborhood store. We are regular shoppers and they know us by name love shopping at giant eagle and the daily fresh chicken is my favorite thing and is definitely an added pleasure

This is my least favorite Giant Eagle store among all stores in Allegheny & Westmoreland counties. I only went there because they were the only pharmacy in the area that had the drug I needed to get filled. The employees are not very friendly (once in awhile you get a good one) and the store looks dirty.

Had trouble finding a cleaning item & a friendly cashier walked me to where it was displayed (store not busy at my time of visit). Followed him back to register for this was all I needed. Checked out quick & thanked him for going out of his way to help me. This store is always busy & has items that other GE's don't carry. Just watch yourself in the parking lot crazy ppl don't watch what they're doing so, be very attentive.

A smaller GE which is nice. As i'm at the store everyday you get to know the people who work there. The deli personnel are awesome & always friendly! The meat department is never too busy to cut you something you need. Overall just a nice, friendly store.

Greatest place to shop, just watch out for expired dairy products. No fault of the store just those attending to that section. I noticed a block of green cheese pushed up front for someone to buy. Seems like it is always during government stamp release times. This happens regularly! Otherwise, excellent store barring one very selfish person that should be disciplined.

Awesome customer service! The cashier for the lotto office let me charge my phone and I would of been SCREWED totally otherwise...(needed it for directions)! All of the workers there were very helpful and sooo polite! My cashier in the front helped me out greatly also! Only gave 4stars because since its a smaller store there wasn't that great of variety in the selection department, also prices were a bit steep compared to other giant eagles prices also I noticed? Other than that, my shopping experience was AWESOME! 2ND BEST GIANT EAGLE IN PITTSBURGH🥈 💯🏅

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. No I won't wait 30 minutes while no one else is waiting, to fill 1 prescription so you assume ill go shop and spend money at your store. Nor will I drive 20 minutes for you to inform me when I arrive that my refill is too soon (when you could have called me as a courtesy). And informing me I can pay cash for a portion of my prescription then reversing that again-after I drive there. No fuel perks are worth any of that. (PS: if I can make it there by 9 am-when you are to open-then so can your pharmacist.)

Expensive compared to some stores. Doesn't carry a wide variety of brands. Seems understaffed. There is one manager there that is top notch. A few days before forth of July this year there were only 2 registers open and each had at least 10 customers. This manager was there as a customer this day, I watched her put her items down and began helping people in line at the customer service. That's a team player.

It’s a giant eagle but it must be one of the last ones to get remodeled. It looks like the giant eagle did by my house when I was kid and is just old and has a somewhat poor layout in comparison to other GE in the area. Otherwise the staff is helpful and never gotten bad meat or dairy from them.

The worst giant eagle I've ever been to. There's probably get-go gas stations that are better stocked. I'm guessing they hire inexperienced 18 year olds as their butchers,because the meat section is just horrible. Get it together!
